The shop manager Daniel is kind, polite, attentive, and professional. He will give you professional advice and suggestions that your tire really needs a replacement or a quick fix. Very trustworthy. The staff working there are kind, fast, ready to serve, full of energy. The last but not the least, they offer one of the best prices that cannot be beat in the south Miami.Recommended.

One of the best if not the best tire shop I ve been to since I ve moved to Miami. Great quality used tire (like new). Awesome music plays while you wait. There a section with free snacks, water , soda, coffee and tee. The staff are super friendly. Definitely will be coming back. I was seen relatively quick and didn t have to wait too long either. Daniel made the experience worth while.

I had a nail in one of my tires, I didn t have to wait for the service. Everyone was very nice and they finished the repair in less than 20 mins. Highly recommend, the place is clean and the ambiance is very welcoming.

I recently visited Mr Goma Tires for a new set of high-end tires, and I can t recommend them highly enough. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with exceptional service. The staff are top-notch, attentive, professional, and detail-oriented, qualities that are hard to come by, especially in Miami.I was also quite impressed with the reasonable wait time, which is a testament to the operational efficiency of the place. It s clear the owners are on top of their game, ensuring performance excellence in every service they provide.If you re in the market for tires, and you are looking for a one stop shop this is the place to go.From Alignment, Brakes, Balancing, Mountain and mechanics their service is unparalleled, and I wholeheartedly endorse them.

Wonderful! Quick service with great tires! Check it out! I was very impressed. I almost paid over $200 for the same tire I got here for $90 exactly! I had to tip!!!!! Loved my experience here!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE! Came here Friday October 13, 2023 after reading good reviews but unfortunately the work is not good. I came in for an alignment and tire rotation. As I drive off to get onto sw 184 st let go of the steering wheel to test the alignment and my whole truck veers to the right side in seconds. I go back so they can check it and they just rotate the tires and say that's all they can do. Didn't bother to re check the alignment. My truck is worse than when i took it in. Very disappointed. Definitely DO NOT recommend this place, unless you want your car to be worse than when it came in.

Great service!! Fast and affordable my tech was JZ and he did my oil change and filled my tires with air. The man in the office Daniel made the whole process a breeze I called and made the appointment and everything was done in a very timely manner. Very happy with the service and clean environment

I have been here 3 times already, and can confidently say it s the best place to take your car to get serviced! They have great pricing compared to other places, friendly and helpful staff, and very customer focused. They have an indoor & outdoor customer lounge with complimentary wifi, snacks, sodas, coffee, etc. I usually call ahead when I go, and so far I haven t had any issues with the wait time which is great. I definitely recommend anyone looking for the best spot for car servicing to come here, you won t regret it!

What can I say and where do I start.... Let's start off that there prices are the best in town. The professionalism of the crew is outstanding. They have a waiting room that has TV and refreshments while you wait. The place is spotless. Best of all they treat like your family. Super friendly and they work fast. You can sit outside and watch them work. Thos place works like a well oiled machine. I'm never disappointed everytime I come here. And it's been 3 years... You won't regret it.

Jose is the very best! In and out within minutes. I m thankful bc as a social worker I need new plugs or new tires very often. They are always kind here. When I have brought my children it has been an equally great experience. They have chips and soda or coffee. The music is always so fun and honestly, I m thankful for these guys.

I had an awesome experience at Mr.Goma s tires! Excellent service from the manager/owner and the technicians did the work on my car in a timely manner. No extra fees or charges, what I was told I would pay is what I paid, I know where I will be getting my tires from now on. They even have an indoor lounge with a fully stocked fridge for you to utizle while you wait, awesome service

Mr. Goma s service is impeccable. I will refer them to everybody! The wait time was quick and the guys were professional. I drive a Nissan Z 23 and nobody would change the tires because the risk of scratching the wheels due to the size of tire. Not only did Mr. Goma install the tires, but they did an excellent job protecting the finished wheels. Thank you Mr. Goma and thank you Jose!

This is by far the best tire shop in all of South Florida. Amazing prices, selection and service. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes for the installation of two tires. The waiting area and restroom are impeccably clean, and they even have snacks and sodas for you to eat while you wait! I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves it. This is a prime example of how a business should operate! Thank you Mr. Goma!!!!!

I haven t been in yet however when I called to ask for appointment for my oil change. The person I was speaking to it sounded like he was in the shop or a music concert. The background noise was so loud. I could barely hear him. I had to ask him over and over again that I wanted to make an appointment. When I was about to hang up I finally figured out that I didn t need an appointment.I purchased the oil change on Groupon and the site said I needed an appointment. I am thinking I am going to find out how to get a refund.Update: ok just got back from my oil change it wasn t done. I watched the technician take 1 screw out of the noise damper ( you are supposed to take that off) to get access to the oil plug and filter. The one technician that took the screw out, got into a car with another customer that had come back because he was having a problem with his car and went for a test drive. When he came back, my car was taken down off the lift. I asked the gentleman at the front desk if I could get a receipt for my oil change and he said no because it s a Groupon the Groupon is my receipt so I have no record showing. I got an oil change for my car. I came home and watched a YouTube video on how to change the oil on my car and realized that everything for my oil changes underneath the car and you have to take down the noise damper to get access to it. I will be lodging a plane with the Better Business Bureau and never ever go there for an oil change. Tires may be fine but do not go there for an oil change . I wish I could give NO stars.

I contacted Mr. Gomas on s Dixie hwy T 4:58 pm after finding a great deal on Groupon. They waited for me to get here at 5:33 pm and despite my tardiness welcomed my children and I with amazing customer service and smiles all around. The place is booming with business, music, great service and a cozy outdoor customer lounge and an even cozier indoor lounge where you can forget you're waiting while enjoying a complimentary snack or drink WHILE watching funny animal videos. Very kid friendly for a car service shop. I'm very happy and coming back for my alignment, on time next time.
