Went today for oil change, the service was decent considering I used Groupon. My car takes 6 quarts of oil and only 5 quarts was put in it.. and yes I know I asked the mechanic doing the job. Now I have to go out of my way and get a quart of oil which I was additionally charged for and never used. In addition to that I had tires rotated, they have no idea how to mount tires correctly they messed up my car now it jumps all over The service was friendly and on time but needs much improvement.

Had a frozen lug nut on my BMW. No other tire shop would touch it and my only option was taking it to the dealer and paying thru the nose. Brought it in to Midas and within 5 mins Jorge was able to remove it and replace with a brand new nut! Highly recommend these guys!!!!!

I came in for a transmission fluid change & the team was so professional & kind. Jorge was very helpful & the process was quick. I definitely would recommend to anyone in the area!

Don t go anywhere else, they have great service here! Friendly and informative about your vehicle. No hidden fees and there s a coupon for $30 off synthetic oil. But overall great service! Driving my car to the front to pick me up was the Midas touch!

GEORGE HAD THE "MIDAS" TOUCH FOR HE WXPLAINED MY TUNE UP OPTIONS AND AVAILABLE COUPONS. HE CALLED ME WITH 3 ADDITIONAL SERVICE NEEDS. I WILL BE RETURNING FOR THESE 3 SERVICES THIS WEEK! HONESTY, INTEGRITY, AND BELIEF IN HIS STAFF, PRODUCTS AND COMPANY MAKE THIS MY "GO TO" MIDAS STOP!

I must say, I am very impressed with this shop and the staff at this Midas location. James is probably one of the best Managers I've seen, and I've been around shops most of my life, he really handles his job with such professionalism and passion really is excellent at what he does, you have to appreciate and respect the quality work, doesn't over promise or over charge is fair and gives honest recommendations. hank you! You definitely earned my business for life.

I had an amazing experience that exceeded my expectations. I have a German car and was surprised at how capable the team was to diagnose and repair my quirky car. Forget the dealer. I'm coming here from now on. Very professional, good vibe, good work, and don't nickel and dime. Highly recommend.

They probably paid a lot of money for most of these reviews so I feel bad with a genuine negative review. However, this place is horrible, fortunately most cars are becoming electric so this place will be obsolete soon. First off I waited 20 minutes in the lobby before anyone came in to speak to waiting customers. They were busy speaking amongst themselves in the car bay. Then they want $350 plus tax and fees to put a cat back exhaust on my car. This is an hour job at the most, it s just bolts, no cutting or welding. His excuse why it cost so much is he have to spend a lot of time lining everything up. I guess he s used to speaking to ignorant rubes, but I couldn t leave this place fast enough. Go to Reno, muffler, or some other place that has reasonable prices.

Sheena was very nice to refer me to another shop; however, this particular shop charges an $80 disposal fee if you are using the $60 synthetic oil change coupon. Other shops around the area will charge you a $5-$10 fee or no fee at all.$140 for an oil change seems very high. Kindly, please rethink the amount of money you are charging for the disposal fee.

I took my Scatpack to Midas for new tires & alignment, I had recently had work done on my car by another shop & after inspection by Jorge & his crew they discovered the other shop had left one oxygen sensor loose & another broken.I ll definitely be bringing my car back to Jorge & his crew!

Called in last minute today on a Saturday and and not only was I able to get an appointment, but was greeted like a VIP ! Jorge (store mngr?) who runs the place like his the Owner, greeted me and took care of all my truck issues without a problem !Great customer service and Amazing serviceThank you,Aquiles

Terrible experience spoke w Jorge explained to him the awful sound my car had , he called an employee (not the mechanic)and asked him to drive my car, he came back w a diagnosis of right front ball bearing was causing the sound, I asked if it wasn't necessary to use the computer to make sure that was really the problem and he said no . Long story short I left there and still had the awful noise I called and Jorge told me to bring it next day.I took my car back 3 times and none of them were able to pinpoint the problem I had apply for a Midas credit card and approved and the manager knew it. Also the bearing they changed was the left one instead of the right which was the one the employee indicated was the problem. Out of desperation took my car to another mechanic, he drove the car and when he came back he stated that my only problem was the TIRES I could not believe that Midas such a famous establishment the mechanic and his assistant were not able to pinpoint something so simple.I requested a refund but they refused. Now is in the hands of the Better Business Bureau and small claims lawyers. Do not trust this place specially if you are a woman and most of all if you apply for a MIDAS credit card do not fill it out in front of the manager I am in debt now and still w the sound I cannot change my tires right now . Be safe !

Excellent customer service. Quick turn around and very clean location. The manager, Jorge, was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. I needed an oil change and alignment and he went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning for future maintenance on my car and would gladly recommend their team. Thanks again!

Midas on Bird Road provided exceptional customer service! Sevos and George specifically were an outstanding help from the start with fixing my tires. They were professional, friendly and altruistic going above and beyond for their clients. I was welcomed with very uplifting conversations from the moment I arrived during a very stressful time. The clear communication, updates and positive attitude made my time waiting very enjoyable. I am beyond pleased with the work I received here and will come again for all my automotive services. 10/10 recommend this location, associates and technicians!!!

This location is great! The manager was a delightful person. The service representative Seba was very kind and knowledgable. It was a very nice experience visiting today for my Alfa Romeo Stelio's oil change. I am very thankful for the staff. You have a great location on Bird Rd. I take my truck to this location all the time for anything that comes up with my truck. Tires, general repairs, engine diagnostics etc. I ve yet to have an issue with any of the services. The manager Jorge, takes great care of his customers and takes his job very serious. The mechanic (can t remember his name he s got a salt and pepper beard lol) does an excellent job every time. I ve Reccomended several people here and they all love it here. The manager and mechanics are honest, very reliable and knowledgeable. I trust this place with all my vehicles and repairs.
