I came in on Thursday with my Ram s transmission gone. I talked to Felix and he said they would do everything in their hands to help me with my truck. My experience was terrible, after 1 week they returned the car to me worse than how I drove it, they told them that they couldn't fix it and on top of that they broke my radiator and they took no responsibility or action about it. It's a shame that my comment is negative, but it was my experience.Mi experiencia fue pesima, despues de 1 semana me devolvieron el carro peor q como lo lleve, le dijo q no lo pudo arreglar y encima me rompieron el radiador y no tomaron responsabilidad ni accion al respecto. Es una pena q mi comentario sea negativo, pero fue mi experiencia.
