I had an awesome experience. They expertly and efficiently installed a performance exhaust and fender eliminator kit on my triumph speed triple RR. Overall I was impressed with how easy they were to deal with, their high level of communication, and thequality of their work.

Great shop, been to them many times with my r6, they do good honest work at a fair price. Recently had a flat tire and needed a new one asap but got to the shop little before closing. They stayed longer and got the job done for me. Thanks!!

The dealership lied and said the 2021 Ducati motorcycle I purchased had a clean CARFAX. It s been 7 months now and I m trying to sell the bike and I can t because go to find out the bike has been in an accident. They hid this information completely and I would not trust them.

Really appreciate the skills and honesty of this shop! Miami Motostop has the computers necessary for maintaining specific bikes and provides superior service and excellent communication. I received updates and photos the entire time the mechanic was working on my bike. I took my 2017 BMW scrambler to reset my service light after its scheduled maintenance. The shop before (located on NW 22nd Ave) had me waiting over 6 months for this, saying their computers were being fixed when in reality, they never had them in the first place. I will only go to Miami Motostop from now on. Highly recommended.

Great service! My clutch cable was broken on my Yamaha 09 Tracer. They ordered the new part and done the replacement accordingly as soon as the new part arrived. Highly recommended :)

Wonderful service. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. As a new rider it gave me comfort to know that they had my best interest in mind when purchasing a new bike. Would highly recommend!

Overall great experience. They had a quick turn around on my bike. when I arrived I thought I needed my brakes replaced, but they were honest and told me that they were fine. I had my chain cleaned and readjusted, and my oil changed. They sent me an estimate before they worked on my bike, which was nice. Also, my bike was washed after the service, it looked and rode better than when I dropped it off. Fabricio and Izummy were very attentive to my needs and I would highly recommend this shop to others who want to pay decent prices for good quality service.

Very HONEST service. I took my Husqvarna Vitpillen 701 to them for a repeated clutch issue and they helped to steer me in another direction stating it might be more cost effective. They also only charged me a nominal fee to look at the bike. I will definitely be back

You won t find a better motorcycle shop in Miami. I ve been to numerous motorcycle shops all over the country and this is by far one of the best. The reason is they re incredibly knowledgeable about every single part of my bike and they re able to offer service that makes me feel like I m a special customer and not just a number. Seriously they treated my bike like it was one of the most important things in their shop even though they re busy. They were able to deliver the results super fast and more incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I m so glad that I live close to the shop because it s hands-down one of the best motorcycle shops I ve ever been to . Don t hesitate. Prices are fair and the service is impeccable. It feels mom and pop with the 5 star service and fair prices.

My son and I had an excellent experience buying a pre-owned 2019 Kawasaki Z650. The bike was is amazing condition - you offer quality merchandise at a fair price. The paperwork and transaction was completed quickly and we were on our way. My son drove it 2 hours north and the bike performed beautifully. You made us feel comfortable throughout the process.

Reliable, honest and efficient. I ran over a screw mid afternoon and they were able to replace my tire right away, without hesitation. He also adjusted my handlebars as a courtesy. It s good to know there are still honest mechanics in this city. I will be back with any bike related needs. Thank you guys!

I approached this shop after viewing one of their bikes on a Facebook ad, we spoke a little about the bike and I decided I would head to the shop to physically see it. Upon arrival I was greeted by Izummy and Fabricio, they made me feel at ease and comfortable whilst staying professional, answering any questions I had with confidence and reassuring my doubts as I had not ridden a bike in 2 years. I put a deposit down, and on returning to pick up one of the best purchases I ve made in years they remained incredibly helpful by loading the bike into my van ready for its new home. Communication throughout my experience at MIAMI MOTOSTOP was more than exceptional. Looking forward to returning in the near future

Carlos and Emi were super helpful and friendly. Paperwork was all ready for me. Drove 5 hours to Miami and well worth the drive. They even found me a local place to get a trailer, and strapped it down securely for me. Will buy my next one from there when ready to upgrade.

amazing shop. i brought my 2016 r ninet for a checkup, oil change, break fluid flash and change, clutch fluid change and diagnostics. Izummy was patient with me and listened to all of my concerns since i just switched from a harley to a bmw. Fabricio did work on my bike and all works well. he even gave me an advice for what to look for and may need additional attention in the future. they are honest and clear about the charges. no BS. they made me feel welcomed and confident when i was leaving the shop. thank You MIAMI MOTOSTOP, im glad i stopped by :)

Not only is this the best service I have received at a motorcycle shop in Miami, but anywhere I have been! Great communication, and they went above and beyond to fix my motorcycle and get it running like new. I can t recommend this shop enough, truly a refreshing and professional service.
