I was a little skeptical at the beginning me being so picky with my car and not trusting anyone with it. But let me tell you that he crew at MBW changed my whole perception!They did an outstanding work on choosing the right tire setup to avoid any rubbing, installing everything (Including my springs) and most of all following up with me to let me know the status at all times.Megan is the sweetest thing ever, give that girl a raise!

Great people to deal with!! Very professional.Ricky 5 star customer service, kept me inform throughout the upgrade on my suspension. My truck looks great and rides awesome thanks to his suggestions. Very happy with the outcome.

Minus the wait, i can definitely say that these guys our great at what the do. Micheal was very helpful and knowledgeable when it came to my car. At the end, i was very satisfied with the work that was done. OH yeah, mind you that had to fix a problem that another so call professional rim shop said that is was impossible to do. What i liked most was that they kept me informed the whole time through, they were honest and upfront with me through the whole process, i would definitely let them work on my car again.

By far the best service ever. Great customer service, the techs are great and Megan is AWESOME. I called to get a quote for my boyfriend's truck to get it lifted, tires, and wheels. She called me back right away with the prices. She even gave me her personal cell phone number for further assistant. She went over and beyond. I was so happy with her customer service skills that I decided to let them work on the truck. They did an awesome job. My boyfriend and I are so happy with their service. I highly recommend this place.... Thank you Miami Best Wheels!!!!!!!

Poor customer experience. I was told that my truck was aligned already. I decided not to trust the business owner and got a second opinion at a certified dealership and see results below. I'm very disappointed. I paid a lot of money for a job that was barely completed. Please do not go to this shop, spare yourself the time you will be wasting with the so called "Owner". Which to me has no vision what so ever on how to run a business, specially when 100% of your revenue comes from satisfied customers. I included a picture of my alignment so that you see how messed up my truck was. Its freaking unbelievable how they expect you to pay such a high price and in return offer nothing but disappointment and frustration. Really guys take your car/truck somewhere else. Shame on you "Miami Best Wheels". If negative stars were available on the reviews you would get -infinite.

Such an outstanding experience. I called the store because I was shopping around for rims and tires for my truck. However, my knowledge of measurements and limitations for the options that I wanted or needed for my truck are very limited. Fortunately, I spoke with Megan and WOW! What an amazing overall experience. I felt so comfortable because she explain not only the sizes and options, but how other customers have felt with the look and feel of what I had in mind, which made decisions A LOT EASIER. She even send me a quote of what I had in mind and HER personal recommendations approximately 20 mins after the conversation. I was very impressed because some places NEVER get back to you.Very exited to see my truck after installation, and VERY IMPRESSED with customer service. GREAT JOB MIAMI BEST WHEELS AND MEGAN!

I rarely write reviews but these guys truly deserves it. I was upgrading my wheels and tires on my F150 and had tons of questions. Ariel V. walked me through the entire process and took his time to explain options, tradeoffs and prices for everything involved. He was even responsive via text messages throughout the day. I'll definitely keep coming back here for other truck upgrades.

I found Miami Best Wheel on her Instagram account. It looked like an interesting store and when I saw it in person I was surprised by its wide variety of tires and wheels for all types of vehicles. The best thing about Miami Best Wheels is its personalized attention and its excellent prices. I am grateful for the best wheels in Miami .

Had the pleasure of working with Ricky jr the sales manager I wasn t sure if I was going to use this shop or another shop but Ricky jr made that decision very helpful and he was able to answer all my questions I definitely recommend shopping for tires and wheels with this company definitely will be sending my friends to shop with Ricky jr

This place is horrible I don't recommend anybody to spend their money on this company. And if you had a great experience it's only because you spent over $1,000 and gave them a sale I purchased a product over two months ago for my wheels I explained to the girl in the front desk that this was very importantas my wheels were shaking and I needed this for safety reasons it has been two months no one has called me I called every week and I have not got a refund or the order that I paid for this place is a joke

These people dont know what they are doing, they take forever to do the work because they have too many customers without enough resources. Thats why half of the people leave disapointed. They make promises before taking your money but once they do they lose all respect and integrity of their work and dont care about the customers. I recommend you dont come near this place! Trust me just read the reviews.

The customer service was on point despite all the questions and back and forths that I had. Ask for Megan she is extremely helpful and has patience to spare. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Took my Toyota Corolla to Miami Best Wheels and I love the job that they did on my car, I drop my car with 18" rims can't be more happy with the service and the great job that they did definitely I'll be going back for more upgrade on my car thank you guys
