This is a terrible place. We bought a part and they never gave it to us. We asked for a refund and he didn't want to comply. We called the cops and he gave us a fake check. We lost our money. Please be careful with these people

I had been to the shop couple of time and the young fellow running the store Julio is very friendly and helpful you can tell he knows and like the business.The place has been there since i can remember,good sign already proof is in pudding, take care of people,price is fair most parts are imported,heaven for Trump's tariff.I recommend this shop anytime,you will be satisfied.Patrick

SCAMMER ALERT! I recommend that no one step foot in this place unless you want to get scammed. On July 17 I saw an ad on ebay for rims for which they were advertising for a Mercedes s550. I contacted the vendor and since he was local I decided to pass by the shop to get them. I spoke with the owner Alain Amado. He 100% guaranteed me that they would fit my Mercedes. I paid him $800 cash. The next day I took them to my mechanic to have them put in only for them to tell me that the rims weren't the right size and they didn't fit. I immediately called Alain and told him what was going on and that he needed to change them for me. He told me that wasn't going to happen. After going to the shop and calling the cops he told me he would take them back but was going to charge me a 20% restocking fee (mind you he sold me rims that didn't fit my car) I agreed to take the $640 instead of the $800 not to continue arguing with him. He told me I had to come back on Saturday to pick up a check because he didn't have any. I went Saturday picked up the check and gave him the rims. I deposited the check only for a few days later the check to bounce back due to insufficient funds. My wife contacted Alain to let him know it was a felony giving a bad check above $300 he was rude to her. I was able to take the check directly to his bank and get the money which now I'm not only short $160 from the 20% restocking fee but $35 for the insufficient fund fee the bank charged me plus the $80 I was charged at my Mechanic for trying to install the rims which didn't fit. I happened to look on ebay again and he listed the same rims I purchased from him but now has them listed for a BMW instead of the Mercedes how he originally had them. Conclusion of the story don't shop here Alain is a total scammer and doesn't deserve anyone's business. They also go by the name AP Europarts, Inc. You could tell this isn't his first time doing this and that he's done this before.

Very sad to say I did not read all the reviews prior to coming into this place to realize that I was also scammed by Alain the business owner. Went in to purchase a set of wheels for my BMW M4 and after a few days of back-and-forth telling me the parts were going to arrive and then no one would pick up the phone finally when the parts arrive they did not fit my car.Went in to get some clarification when the business owner told me off in the most disrespectful, despicable way possible. Using racial slurs.I am reporting this business to the authorities.

BEST PLACE IN MIAMI TO FIND OEM PARTS FOR GERMAN CARSTHEY HAVE VERY HONEST AND FAST MOVING WORKERS AS WELL THEY HELP MY FAMILY MEMBER IN CHILE WITH HIS OLD MERCEDES SO THEY ARE INTERNATIONAL AS WELLANYTHING ORIGINAL OR MAINTENANCE FOR MY GERMAN CAR THEY ARE THE FIRST PEOPLE I WOULD GO TOHIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO VISIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!HIGHLY

Ordered a radiator hose for a 2006 BMW, not a special order part nor is the vehicle a classic car by far. Part ordered on Saturday. Monday called asked to speak with Juan. He was busy with other customers. Long story short. Its Tuesday no part and Juan never called back. Horrible customer service and over priced. Look else where. I will never ever order from them again. They also lie about their hours and parts are not original parts. Three days and they couldn't locate part. Do not use them. Pass this on. Its the only way to stop these people from taking advantage of the consumer

They sold me a defective product and when I went back they told me that they do NOT have a return policy.I feel like they robbed my of my money because I could have bought this anywhere else.

Fake replacement and they are selling them like Germany and original parts, it happened to me more than one time, I was there at the store to complain and the manager always have bad answer. In addition they have high prices for fake stuff

HORRIBLE EXPIRIENCE!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPIRIENCED IN THE INDUSTRY. THE MANAGER ALLAIN TELLS YOU ONE THING AND THE NEXT DAY HE CHANGES STORIES. NOT ORGANIZED AT ALL!! THE STORE IS A MESS!MY HUSBAND PAID FOR A NEW SET OF TIRES FOR HIS CAR ($2300)AND THE MANAGER TOLD HIM 5 DAYS AND AFTER 15 DAYS STILL NOTHING!BE CAREFULL, THERE'S WAY TO MANY OTHER PLACES YOU CAN GO TO AND GET A BETTER SERCIVE FOR YOUR $$.

Terrible ! Descuido total; manipulan al cliente, te hacen creer que se interesan por ti, pero no es cierto. Si bien me consiguieron varios repuestos a buen precio y ya era cliente de ellos, nunca me advirtieron cu�nto ser�a el sobrecosto de otro repuesto. Fuera de eso, no me hicieron bien la factura, me cobraron dos veces el mismo repuesto, me dijeron que me iban a devolver el dinero, pero eso no fue cierto. Se hicieron los desentendidos y me temo que me quedar� esperando !!

Recomiendo que nadie compre nada aqui,el due�o Me saco a empujones Y me vendio un bombillo de BMW q no sirve y no me quiso devolver mi dinero,me estafo dos veces porque el primer bombillo tampoco me lo devolvio,el segundo tampoco sirvio y se quedo con mi dinero,muchas personas les pasa esto en esta tienda,tambien hubo un tipo con unos rines q el due�o le estafo el 20% y los rines no quedaban en un mercedez benz,este due�o de la tienda es un falta de respeto y estafador,es una gran estafa todo lo q hacen en este negosio, les recomiendo QUE JAMAS VAYAN A COMPRAR NADAA DE NADAA A ESTA TIENDA GRACIAS SALUDOS A LA COMUNIDAD

Las tres personas que alli laboran tienen buen trato pero lo que es incosebible que la entrega de unas piezas demoren en llegar mas de 20 dias despues de pagadas. Los que alli trabajan tampoco tienen respuestas de la demora. Yo no recomiendo a ningun cliente que llegue a este lugar, el servicio es muy deficiente y deficiente con MAYUSCULA.

Mi experiencia personal es un pesimo servicio al cliente!La tienda esta demasiado desorganizada !.No existe un trato correcto hacia el cliente, siempre que llegas a la tienda es una espera de al menos 20 minutos para ser atendido!!!!!La verdad nunca mas, prefiero buscar las piezas por internet yo !NO VAYAN!
