Amazing experience getting my Porsche Cayman serviced. All employees were very professional, polite, and honest. Nothing but great things to say about Victoria as well. She is very knowledgeable, kind, and helped me make the best decision for my car s service needs. She really made my experience memorable. MasterClass makes the entire process easy as can be with sending you information about every detail that is inspected. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service center. Definitely will be back in the future!

I love this garage, they take picture of my cars to show me the results during the period they keep it. They communicate with me every day, everyone know how it's important to have news about our car very professionnel, good price and incredible service I recommend 100%. It's the best garage I never had!

When my 2013 BMW 550i's engine failed at 67k miles due to known problems with the N63 engine, the dealer tried to stick me with a massive repair bill and barely lifted a finger to try to help. I turned to MasterClass due to their great reviews, and they blew me away with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated the highest degree of professionalism, starting with Wally asking great, detailed questions on the initial phone call about what had happened, to them providing a reasonable quote, being proactive about ordering what was needed, communicating via email regular updates with pictures attached of progress, and then closing it all out with a straightforward explanation of the itemized bill.The trust I have in this place is very high and I intend to be taking my future automotive needs to MasterClass due to their reasonable prices and exceptional service. After moving to Miami from NYC a few years ago, I happened to find Masterclass Automotive and I m glad I did. The passion Ronald & Francisco have for all vehicles is second to none and it shows in the work. I love the modern approach to diagnosis, repair, etc. The guys are always available for general maintenance, complex mods, body shop, etc. and I know that my high mileage cars will remain on the road without issue. The team is always accommodating and I highly recommend this shop to anyone that truly cares about their ride!

This is by far the best repair shop I have ever been to. The attention towards the client, the explanations they give you and informations on top of a very thorough work ethic. I am so glad I discovered this place. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable always with the best advices and tips. They always try to accommodate you in order to spare you with any trouble. They take the time to explain everything to you before doing anything to your car. I met with Victoria she is very talented and meets with you always with a joyful attitude! I definitely recommend!

Have used this shop for all repair and improvement necessities for a few years. The Masterclass team is extremely accommodating and offers a great final product within reasonable prices. The fleet of cars lineup they have on a daily basis doing work there speaks for the business itself.

I cannot recommend Masterclass Automotive highly enough! After being in a car accident, I was looking for a certified BMW body shop and came across their name. From the moment I spoke with Victoria, I knew I was in good hands. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of my questions and putting me at ease.When I brought my car in, the entire team at Masterclass Automotive was just as welcoming and professional as Victoria had been on the phone. Master Class is a class act! A first class operation from top to bottom. I received such excellent service on my vehicle that I m now ruined to ever go anywhere else. This is a dedicated team of professionals that you can trust.Someone hit my car while it was parked and I needed a collision repair and asked MasterClass to also run a diagnostic and let me know what else needed attention and they found a few things I was aware of and a few things I was not aware of. I am so grateful. They have excellent communication and explain everything well, and they were 100% honest in letting me know what things needed to be done, and other things that were not necessary right now, and things I may need in the future. Their pricing is very fair and they did excellent work. They also finished all of the work quickly. Their communication is excellent. They even gave me follow up instructions (ie, have the brakes checked in six months, keep eye on tire tread, come back if AC stops cooling, etc.). Thank you Ron, Frank, Victoria and team. I made a big mistake by going to change oil in my Bentley to a mechanic with no experience who damage my air suspension. I definitely learned this mistake, When I went to masterclass automotive and Ronald the owner and Francisco the manager took care of my car. It was extremely wonderful experience. They treat me and my car the best way. I am very happy with the result. Definitely recommend this place and I hope other people are going to learn my lesson.Services: Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair, Oil change

Honest & Proactive.Over the years I've taken a few of my cars to the shop and still satisfied. What I really like about these guys is options. They're in it for the long haul and don't have to meet "sales quotas" like the dealer service reps. They always give me options and a heads up about what should be done and considerations but never high pressure.It's very simple, a car is always going to be expense. Things breakdown, wear down so it's really only a matter of WHEN you're going to do the work. Like many people, you can wait until it breaks down and then costs you more. Me, I prefer a proactive mechanical thats honest.Keep up the great work.

Hands-down this is the best automotive facility I have used. The entire team is incredibly courteous and professional, especially Frank. I've use Masterclass for three vehicles and each time the service is impeccable. Responsive, clear, trustworthy and no surprises which is a plus. They are the best !!! I have been their client for 5+ years and trust them with cars in my family! Recently took my car in due to an accident and I had Victoria and Frank help me out. They were lovely to deal with even with the insurance headaches that come with accidents. Even with some setbacks by the insurance, they were able to have my car fixed in no time without compromising the quality of work. Masterclass is the best auto shop in Miami because they can handle any job large or small to perfection. They have made a sunroof seal in an antique 911 better than new, and they can service all of the most modern luxury cars. Absolutely 100% clean reliable and trustworthy business. Specializing in older BMW restoration. They are second to none when it comes to this. They are the best in the business. And not only BMWs, all types of vehicles from Exotics to Classic Ford GTs. I dropped off a very special Ford GT to them the other day and their work ethic and cleanliness is beyond measure.
