I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service at Luxury Custom Garage Auto Body Shop, and I couldn't be more impressed. From start to finish, Nelson and his team went above and beyond to ensure my car was restored to its pristine condition.First and foremost, Nelson's expertise is unmatched. He took the time to thoroughly assess the damage to my vehicle and provided me with a detailed explanation of the repairs needed. His knowledge and professionalism immediately put me at ease, knowing that my car was in capable hands.Throughout the repair process, Nelson kept me updated every step of the way. I highly recommend Luxury Custom Garage. Nelson and his team have turned what is usually a tedious and annoying process to something that is straight forward, efficient, and reassuring.My Genesis needed repairs in an area that had been previously damaged. Unfortunately, the most recent damage revealed just how poor the quality of the earlier repair job was (coordinated through insurance). As you can see, the "before" photos are shocking they showed rust and literal holes in the parts that were supposedly fixed before.From the moment I reached out to Luxury Custom Garage, Nelson and his team consistently had prompt and clear communication. After the initial evaluation, they sent a detailed quote that clearly outlined the work and pricing with no hidden costs. I really appreciated this, especially as a woman.As soon as I dropped off the car for repair, Nelson's team began working on it immediately and it was ready to be picked up after just a couple days -- again which I really appreciate because previous similar jobs have taken over 3 weeks and I need my car on a daily basis to get to and from my job.Nelson and his team were a pleasure to work with and true professionals. I can't recommend them enough. Thanks Nelson!

I have to say that Luxury Custom Garage the owner Nelson and the young lady at the counter are super professional and very attentive. The craftsmanship and attention to detail is superb. I dropped off my truck yesterday Sunday and they called me today Monday afternoon that my truck was ready.Thank you so much for your speedy work. You guys are awesome I returned to Luxury Custom Garage this time to paint the roof black. Again no disappointment, the truck came out awesome! I came to Luxury Custom because I trust the work they do and was really happy with how everything came out! This was the first project for my car and if I had to do it all again I would go with Luxury Custom. Owners take the time to hear you out and make sure you leave as satisfied as possible! This place is amazing they treat you like there very own family with high-quality service I had a really bad accident with my Tesla model Y to the point where other shops told me that everything would have to get replaced by Tesla, and that can cost up to thousands upon thousands of dollars and told me that the door and the front bumper was was going to take up to a month and a half to get there but when I came here they took the car and told me no problem Don t even stress about it they told me to go home come back in three days and They fixed it in three days!!! Literally, no exaggeration three full days The owner Nelson and the manager Benito deal with you directly which I loved I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family when they re ever in need of a genuine Bodyshop

I did a number on my car . It s my first car and I removed paint, cracked and dented it all across the left rear door trying to park it. I was super nervous having it fixed but my friend recommended Luxury Custom Garage and they did an AMAZING job. Nelson said my car was going to look good as new and I m blown away. It took two days and they were in constant communication and even dropped my car off for me. The staff is so sweet and they treat you like family. I m so happy with the results. I HIGHLY recommend the 5 star reviews are 100% earned ! Thank you !!!!

I took my car to luxury custom garage, and it was an amazing experience from beginning to end I was quoted from another company, previously a much higher amount and luxury custom garage was able to give me a quote for much less price by being able to repair items, rather than replace them. I would definitely bring my car back here given the chance to. The customer service was impeccable, the turnaround time was great (I was able to pick my car up within five days) and they ended up cleaning my engine and refilling my fluids in my car. 5 star experience. The guys at the shop are extremely trustworthy and very thorough. Thanks luxury custom garage for everything.

someone opened my passenger rear door. and my door got ran over by car ,it was broken wide open and damaged and also my passenger door was damaged as well. I ran into luxury custom garage on Google. So I came to see why they have 5 stars . And let me tell you from Nelson the owner to my boy Benito and guliermo .when you walk in there you don't feel like a customer, you feel like a family member. As far as there work . I wish if I can give them 10 stars . Absolutely beyond perfection not a single flaw . I can't believe they fixed the same doors i really taught they order a new doors . I don't know why they call it a shop ,it should be called a manufacture . Seriously thank you guys and God bless you

Got into a car accident on Dec 23 and took it to Luxury Custom Garage. Picked up the car today. Below I posted before and after pics. The customer service is impeccable and the owner Nelson is very knowledgeable and gave us a very decent fare. He kept us updated on Whats App on the progress of the work. Highly recommend this place! We left very happy!

Great service and professionalism! They took care of my 16 year old truck with 300k miles and made her look brand new. They painted every inch of her from grill to truck bed to everything in between such as the rims. Really happy with the final job! I was highly recommended this Autoshop garage by a friend, I am a 44 year old woman and we all know how hard it is to find a decent honest estimate specially for us women, when we visit auto shops and mechanic shops alone most of the time we get ripped off, let me tell you that my experience with this Bodyshop was AMAZING, I purchased my brand new 2024 Tesla Model Y about a week ago and wanted to do something radical to it, not only Nelson the owner took the time to seat with me and help me decide what body kit was best but when the order arrived he called me immediately and the very same day the body kit was installed in a matter of less than 2 hours and the job came out perfect, the price and the quality of work were amazing, the service and treatment was the best, here they make you feel like you are family, Nelson the owner is always greeting his customers and making sure the job is coming out the way it should be, I will be forever taking my car here because they showed me that they are the best not only because the quality of work but because the way they treat their customers. I highly recommend this Bodyshop to every individual looking to repair their cars.

This body shop is like no other. They actually care about you, your car, and your situation. The repairs were lightning fast, the staff is beyond kind and understanding, and very helpful. I was involved in a minor car accident that left noticeable marks/scratches on the side of my vehicle that I thought were deep in the paint of the vehicle. I stopped by Luxury Custom Garage in Wynwood. In a matter of minutes, Nelson buffed out all of the marks/scratches (damage) which left the car in the same exact condition. Not only are they professional and the work is world class, the guys here are very personalble and friendly! I highly recommend this place for the quality, convenience, efficiency, professionalism, and most importantly, extremely reasonable cost of service 5+stars.To make it very clear this body shop is not owned by my family member or a friend, therefore this review is not biased

Best car repair experience I ve ever had in Miami. I needed a part replaced and Nelson handled it for me with great urgency and professionalism. Guillermo, Benito and the guys over at Luxury Custom Garage took such good care of me and my baby! They said it could take 2 weeks for repair and finished in 1! I have never had such a great experience with an auto body shop. They are honest, effective, quick, great communication and KIND!! I will be sending everyone I know here.
