Well on Saturday 1/20 my friend took his car to this place and it was unable to fix the tire problem plus, the workers there aggressive and over priced labor. Anyways i was there when they where working on my friends car and telling that they could fix and a rim for Monday and it didn t happen me and my friend had to call the Authority because they threatened us and telling us that they aren t giving the rim to us anyway the experience i had from the place it was the best , and if u are the same lady for calling my attention for leaning on the car with your Land Rover discovery . Also that another one there a lady that she come and check on the workers and she doesn t knows tf happends through out the day

I've brought my business to Lopez Tire for about 2 years (2018-2020) and the constant customer service I receive is always a breeze! Very clean, neat, and very professional with every interaction I've received with Lopez. I recommend it greatly! Tire techs are trained properly to install your tires correctly and without any doubts. Thank you for all that you do.Update (02/03/2023):It's been a while since I've last visited the shop for any work on my tire needs. To be honest the rotation of techs they've had over the years doesn't settle too well with clients like me.-Sometimes the techs would tighten the lug nuts too hard with their air guns (it's not NASCAR). I had to replace due to over tightening.-They will not be gentle with your TPMS sensors that are located on the valve stem within the tire. I've had to replace two of mine at the dealership $$ because during the tire removal process they were broken off.-Make sure to remove any valve steams covers you probably have bought aftermarket to complete the look of your wheels. Techs will probably throw it into a pile of old steams and lose yours because they don't respect your property like they should.FYI, the shop is located at the end of a street that is filled with tall speed bumps. Take your time.I'm not bashing the owner or their business, but this is an honest review you'd expect to read or see. Hopefully this was helpful and leave you with the lasting impression I've been left with since my last visit in 2020.

Saw me right away. I went in with a nail in my tire but it apparently didn't puncture the tire - they took it out and charged me nothing. Great customer service!

With the fast paced life people live in (including myself) nobody wants to be in a service shop for long hours. THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! I've gone three times for a hole punch in my tires... they're fast and reliable! I go around 3 and Im always in and out. They even make sure you have enough air in all four tires! would recommend !

Awesome Owner! We had a setback in our car and the way the used tires were functioning, so we had to come back and he did us a solid and sold us new tires for an affordable price, and even gave us some good car tips that you don't learn from your regular mechanic. Highly recommend this place if you want affordable used/new tires with good tire pressure and good rubber quality.

Not professional at all , the prices go up from one day to the next even though you are a client of theirs . For a punch to a wheel of 20 usd in a week they raised it to 35 usd. They have no experience. I do not recommend them.

So i took my honda civic 2016 to change all 4 tires, rotation and alignment. I found out after 3000 miles that the direction of rotation was reversed. I was driving with wrong side of the grip on 2 wheels. When they put the wheel back on, they broke 2 of the bolts. I was notified about this issue when i went to Honda service center to change my brake pads and they couldn't remove the wheels. I went back to Lopez and he helped me resolve the issue. The old guy who worked on my car back then and today had some attitude issue because he sucked at his job. Other than that, it is resolved. But changing tires isn't rocket science and a tire shop shouldn't suck at the most basic job. Watch out!!!

I went for a wheel alignment patiently waited for about an hour. Just when I thought it was my turn. A car drove up that had already been there and left an hour earlier and then Mecanic decides to let them go aheadof me. Terrible service.

Amazing service, was able to get me brand new tires at an amazing price. Super organized and super sanitized. Social distancing is perfect. They gave me expert advice on the tire sizes I needed and made sure everything was taken care of before I left. Customer service 10/10. For this reason, I rate this 5 stars

I just wanted to share that I was told one price and then charged more at the end. I was told 15 dollars to balance and mount a tire and 5 dollars to dispose the tire. I was charged 25 dollars instead per tire and I had 4 tires. So just beware and get something in writing or record what is said about price. I don t mind paying 25 dollars but honor what you say. With so many tire places, I will definitely never return to this place and have told as many people I know not to go their.

This place is the WORST!! My boyfriend took my Mercedes here because it has run flat tires and I had a nail in my tire. They fixed nothing because the morning after the tire was low on air again. Shortly after his credit card was used with different charges and that was the only place he had been. They are too concerned with stealing peoples information to doing the job they are paid for. I never write reviews it s simply not my thing but I think people should know when a place is worthy of trust with you car. I just got my tire fixed to find two nails that they never repaired. A total waste of money going here. I wish you all the best of luck but this is not the place..

They are awesome. Went In to change my tires out. They unmounted and mounted and balanced my new ones in 20 minutes. Very quick and affordable. Very respectful, and you ll be in and out faster than my dad left. Highly recommend.

No other place to go get your tires fixed. They are super friendly and resolve your issues. I had a bad tire sensor and in a few mins, issue resolved. Thank you.

They were great! Awesome service, a friend sent me from a different shop and told me to ask for the owner. He gladly came out and figured out what was wrong with my tire. Fixed it for an awesome price and in under 20 minutes!!

Extremely helpful. They sold me two used tires each for $25 In Great Conditions (basically new). Also they rotated my back tires to the front for $5 each. They were very quick I would 100% recommend this place.Another recommendation is to call ahead of to check if they have your correct tire size.

Very knowledgeable owner and workers, very clean work space. Fair prices and excellent customer service. Lopez tires resolved my tire issues that other nearby shops could not. This shop is my go to!

My alignment was not done properly. The person doing the alignment did not adjust one of the settings. Had to be aligned for second time. And to top it off my rear tires which I had installed at the same time as the alignment were over-inflated to 60 lbs., instead of the recommended 33 lbs. I found out when the car's rear end was bouncing all over the place. One star rating because 0 stars not available.

The service of Lopez tires exceeded my expectations. Great prices on new and used. Decent wait time.Only complaint was that they needed cash to complete my payment after I had made the original deposit with a credit card. In other words they advertise that they accept cards but the employee said on weekends they "prefer not to take cards" so I literally had to leave find my nearest bank and return.Besides that superb company. Highly recommend.

Took my f250 there today. It was driving so bad that I hated driving it anywhere further than a 20 minute drive. Any shop I went to dealt with 1 tire, put weights wverywhere to try to balance and each time the drive was worse. Alignment horrible. I asked Lopez to see what he could do on the ome tore I thought was the main issue. He offered a service that would check all 4 and get the info of which were bad or if therd were rim issues. I didnt expect much but went ahead anyway. Hoping for it to get any better. When I left I actually called them to tell them how the truck was driving perfectly! I appreciate that he didnt go the route of most shops and assume that I wanted the cheaper resolution and instead gave me the correct one! Today they resolved a major issue for me. I highly recommend them!

I stopped there because another tire shop left one of my air sensors loose and I needed it tightened, Alberto greeted me instantly and found it they had broken the piece. He fixed the problem in less then a minute and didn t charge me a dime. Service there is great and customer care is excepcitional, I highly recommend this shop and it is the shop ill be using from now on.

It's a small operation so the facility is limited. Having said that I was treated very well and they took care of my vehicle's issue right away, which is something you don't get often at the big players locations. Price was below the big guys pricing for my patch. So all in all a good experience.
