UPDATE Mar 6 2024 Still a BIG nothing. Never got a call back even though I called over 6 times. If it was the General Manager he does NOT care about this service, only car sales. VERY POOR> Glad to see over 50 people have viewed this and been warned. I would suggest going to another dealership that actually cares about it's customers.Original: Dealership has nothing for customer. They will sell you a product for your car that will damage it. PT90753140 is their part number and it turns to garbage on your car. When I tried to have something done dealership was a big NOTHING. Service could not address it, Sales didn't and General Manager has done NOTHING. They send you an email telling you to call from a fake Brianna but NOTHING. Cost me $480 to remove and 2 lyft expenses. Notice the pics and Lexus of West Kendall doesn't care.UPDATE as of Jan 31. A person IDing themselves as the General Manager left a mess on Jan 19th. I have since called the number he left a total of 5 times and still no further contact. VERY POOR. I will continue to update to let people know of the terrible customer care received.

Cecil and the staff were amazing. They truly exceeded my expectations. I left extremely content with the exact car that I wanted. Betsy helped me with setting up the insurance and made the entire process quick and simple.

The most dreadful encounter that I have ever had with any automobile dealership transpired when I purchased a pre-owned 2021 Lexus SUV on a Friday. The vehicle, which boasted a mileage of 11,000, was not subjected to a meticulous detailing, as they had informed me that it was too late to do so. Instead, they instructed me to return the following day for a thorough washing. Given the late hour, I comprehended their reasoning. Upon arriving home, my husband promptly noticed that the tires were grievously worn-out. In a disheartened tone, he remarked, "This is how they handed you the car." Wishing to address the matter, I swiftly contacted my salesperson, apprising him of the situation. In response, he nonchalantly stated, "Alright, I shall confer with my manager." Once I arrived at the dealership and unveiled the deplorable condition of the tires to the manager, his retort was astonishingly incongruous, as he asserted that the tires were, in fact, in satisfactory condition by virtue of having passed the safety inspection. In light of this revelation, it appears that once the transaction had been sealed, little else mattered.

Incompetent and Rude staff. Nothing like before. This place is not as good as it was in prior years. Alex, the manager will clean his hands and will not make any decision. Make sure they document all you do there because if a problem arises they will make sure to delete it so they are not at fault.

I have been a loyal customer of Lexus for 15 years. I love my car and enjoy the comfort it offers, but the service department at West Kendall truly tries my patience. They simply don t live up to the expectations of a service department of a luxury car dealer. During my last visit i was waiting 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation and when I inquired about my car, they called the service advisor to follow up. He was suppose to call the checkout desk back with an update but after waiting for 20 minutes i had to i inquire again only to find out he forgot to call back. I was so upset for their lack of consideration, that I asked to speak to a manager only to be told he was too busy to speak with me. After insisting the manager did see me and while he was apologetic for their poor service, and told me about their pick up and drop of service, and do not see myself using their service department again.

In spite of the fact that I made a mistake in making an appointment the staff who was checking the log for appointment helped me that I will be seen as soon as an advisor is available . True enough after few minutes I was seen by Esteban who was my advisor way back then thus the process was in motion and was completed in a timely manner. Your customer service was awesome and excellent.

Incredible experience! They had expert knowledge of the vehicles. Great team to work with. Overall the experience top notch. Highly recommend. Used to spending long hours for the purchasing process. Everything was smooth and quick. Big thanks to everyone on the Lexus team.

The auto sales associate Camilo was very informative, knowledgeable , patient and trustworthy. Made the process of buying the my vehicle very easy and less stressful. He is an excellent representative for Lexus and considering returning there for my next vehicle .Only downside I found that the insurance people that were out on the lobby should have an office . Kind of felt they were not given appropriate location to perform their job in such a multi million dollar company . One office for the 2 employees handling the insurance I think is well worth for them would give positive view for the company and their employees

They picked up my car for service. I got updated for every steps they were doing, even a video of my vehicle was sent to me to show exactly what was being done after service.what a great service. Customer service was awesome. I will recommend any body to be part of Lexus of Kendall. You are the best

Esteban, my Service Manager, was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He identified the small problem w my Lexus right there in the office upon my description of the issue. He quickly ordered the part and got the job done the next business day!The cashier girls were polite, funny and got it done quickly.They brought my car up right away and they had washed it.Thank you.I ll be back! .hopefully not for an auto problem but for my next new Lexus.

My regular service advisor at Lexus of West Kendall Mario Rosel always provides excellent service, unfortunately he was off on the day of my appointment. However the professionalism did not drop, because Esteban Munoz stepped right in, and provided excellent services.Thank you Lexus of West Kendall for providing excellent service advisors.

Many consecutive disappointing experiences with West kendall Lexus. Despite being a loyal customer, I found their customer service to be lacking and their prices significantly higher compared to other dealers in the area. During a recent inquiry about a part, they quoted me a price that was $100 higher than what another Lexus dealer was offering for the same item. I highly recommend avoiding this particular dealership due to their inflated prices and poor customer service. It's important for businesses to prioritize fairness and quality service to maintain customer satisfaction."

My experience with the place and the 5 stars is all about the sales person Hector.He is always very kind, respectful and pays attention when I explain my needs.Customer experience should be the first priority for this place in order for us to return again, that explains why I consider Hector a good sales person, even though he always explains the best options for a new car, at the end he understands what I really want and my options in first place when visiting the dealer.I cannot say the same for the finance department and the person who assisted me, he was very respectful and polite but was trying to push at all time something I clearly said I did not wanted and makes feel uncomfortable. 3 stars for this unpleasant service that sometimes make customers feel regret when they leave the dealer with something that was pushed but not desired.I understand you need to promote the best sales but some times you need to keep customers returning back, you cannot think in only one beneficial scenario but instead for both sides. I still love Lexus cars.Again thank you Hector for all your help, and professionalism.

Any time I ve had issues with my car, I come to this location. The customer service is superb and I always get taken care of. They also have a waiting area with great complementary snacks, different beverages, and a cafeteria. I love coming to Lexus of West Kendall!

The video of the work performed was very impressive. Excellent performance very satisfiedOne situation is the rotation of the tires, the pressure was not adjusted and I don t believe the tires were rotated because the right tire pressure remained the same. If they rotated them then that front right would be in the rear?

I had a good experience with the technology person but making phone calls to Lexus is horrible. You need customer service reps to be courteous to all customers, after all, the Lexus cars don t cost $5:00 I hate calling there. Thanks. I own. 2024 NX 250

This dealer lack of respect for costumers is unbelievable. I have giving them the opportunity to call me and make things right, but so far it hasn t happened. I guess that I will contact help me Howard and if having their reputation tarnished , that doesn t work , I will see them in court. Shame on you , Lexus of west Kendall.Eight weeks ago, I visited Lexus of West Kendall requesting a cancellation of Gap Insurance due to refinancing with another bank for an SUV which was purchased at this dealership. The required paperwork were submitted to Anthony, the Finance Manager. For the past three weeks, I have made numerous attempts to contact him and get a status of this cancellation. And at this point he has not returned a call as he promised. I also feel like I am being given the runaround, since no one there knows who to contact for this to happen. Really?!?! Talk about poor professionalism and horrible customer service. This is the first Lexus dealership that shows no respect for the customers.Today 10/3/2023 I received an answer to the review I left yesterday on how this West Kendall Lexus dealership have ignored my phone calls and even promised that they will contact me and hasn t done that. Today they posted on their answer to my review a phone number for me to contact them and I did , but it wasn t any different from before. Today the receptionist told me that she didn t know who could she direct me to. When I mentioned the word legal she put me on hold and after a little while she told me to give her my phone number and that the finance manager Malic would call me. Guess what , again no call . This West Kendall Lexus dealership has no integrity nor principles. Stay away from giving them your business.

I went for an oil change, and during the appointment, they recommended a complimentary inspection. While the oil change took longer than other Lexus services, upon receiving my car back, I only received a single paper (resembling a receipt) with no information about the inspection. Additionally, the car's computer system didn't reflect any change in oil maintenance information. I handled it myself (hoping they indeed changed the oil).The Customer service was very poor!
