I'm here to report the terrible experience of being a Lexus customer! When you buy a car, they are great, but when you need them you are on the hook and even if you pay the warranty you will be alone and will have to pay for the repairs to your car which they should cover and is within the contract! At the beginning of last week, I left my car to check the bearing, which was making a lot of noise, the attendant Mario was very arrogant and said that wasn't the case, he kept my car there for 4 days, he tried to apply many things to me that the car didn't need to do and It didn't solve my problem, then I left my car at another mechanic's for a few more days to see the things that Mario said he had to do, but in the end the mechanics I went to said I wouldn't have to do any of the things he did. he sent it, mario also said that I had to do an alignment and change the tires so that there wouldn't be any more noise, in the end I spent more money and kept the car parked for a few more days, I'm a worker who uses the car to take Uber, to pay the high installment for the car and the warranty and insurance, but their lack of advance care and expense meant I had to keep the car for two weeks and that cost me a lot of money without working, they did things for the warranty on my car that didn't solve it My problem being that I had already warned you what it was! In the end, the warranty didn't want to cover any more services and, in addition to being stuck and losing money, I had to spend a lot of money on mechanics, an immeasurable loss for a worker who chose the brand thinking it would protect himself, and in the end ended up taking a great loss! be careful when choosing your car, choose a more responsible brand

I came for my last free service at 50,000 miles. I came ten minutes early for an 11am appointment. I was checked in at 11:32am after complaining (around 11:20am) that my service advisor had no one in his office but I did mention that I saw him typing on his computer so I understood he was busy. The lady who checked me in said she would try to find someone available. Ten minutes later, my service advisor came to get me.He told me he had a customer ahead of me who took a long time so he got behind. He then told me that the service was $303. He clearly didn t look at my file. I told him it was free. He said ok. We ll rotate the tires. I asked about the oil. He said we ll throw that in. Throw it in? That s the service I came for. He said it ll take about two hours.An hour later he called saying I need back brakes, the rotors cut and the brake fluid flushed. He said it s $390 but he can do it for $315. I said I ll pass. Wasn t prepared for that. He said what about flushing the brake fluid. I said how much is that? He said $190. I said I ll just go with the service.This is not the first time I ve come here with them recommending these expensive services. I understand it s a business but GOT DANG!I spoke to the service manager and he said he ll look into it. And of course, nothing happened. I really hope I ll NEVER have to come back here again!!!

I was visiting many dealerships before deciding to come back and I m so grateful I did. Not only did I get the best deal but the best service by Maynel Garcia I highly recommend you come see him if u want the process to be effortless. I was there for almost 3 hrs and only reason it took that long was because they were bringing in my vehicle from another dealer. The financing process was also an amazing experience with Juan Soto. Hands down don t waste your time, gas or money just come here and I promise you won t regret it !!! I will definitely continue to do business with them

Second time around service has been much better and my advisor (Christian Gonzalez)was excellent. He was not only extremely busy today but received me at the dealership for service even though my appointment was made in error at another location. Much much happier this time around and glad to see Lexus living up to their promise of customer service.

This morning, I had a service appointment for my vehicle. While I was late, I was still seen. Marilu was cordial, professional and highly efficient. She kept me informed and ordered a necessary part for my vehicle.. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I had not had a satisfactory visit at another service department so I highly appreciate the customer service received today. Kudos to the gentleman that delivers the cars after passing by the cashier. I will definitely return here again and will consider purchasing my next vehicle here too.

I went this evening as a serious shopper for two cars.The young man who attended was kind, Informative and helpful. Then came the part of speaking to a manager for pricing- a young cocky, arrogant man who did not even bother to give me real pricing because "I was not going to purchase the car tonight"- He did not want to be bothered.When I told him how I shop,He dismissed what I said,Was rude, sarcastic and more. The other young man apologized on his behalf when he saw how upset I was as I practically ran out the door. He acted as if I was wasting his time and it was the opposite.... A true waste of my time.If this "manager" is person you choose to manage your center, I will take my business elsewhere.To this cocky manager I say...Learn to Be respectful of people's time, Learn to treat women Appropriately... Be kind helpful and generous to your Clients... and behave yourself because even your physical demeanor was unpleasant to observe.I left there so disgusted that I will go to another dealer.I ask that the regional manager call me and I will share more with you.It is my hope that this man does not represent your Business. No one walks into a dealer just for fun... I was there for real business.I am sorry to the man who helped me.I was in such a shock that it didn't tell off the guy as it was happening...Unfortunately , educated people sometimes don't say what they should say when they're in an unpleasant moment.This was truly an upsetting and unnecessary experience.

Honestly, this has been the worst experience in 8 years with this company. The communication is absurd. I dropped off my car on a Friday at 9:30 am. The company didn t call me when my car was ready after more than 24 hours, therefore I called the Lexus. They proceeded to say it s ready and while I was on the phone with them, the message came in. I asked why they didn t call prior, their response was, your advisor isn t here. So no one knows. I wasn t able to pick up the car bc they were closing in one hour.On Monday, I finally get a call from advisor saying my car is ready. However I am unable to pick it that day bc I worked 7 am -8:30pm, therefore I called about 7-10 times and everyone either put me on hold or accidentally hung up. They were nice and very empathetic on the phone but they probably didnt know what else to do. I was trying to see if there was an alternative to getting me car back without being charged for having the loaner, as this was the lack of communication over the weekend of the employees who never notified me.Tuesday morning appears and I finally received a return phone call and I am telling the representative about how I m very upset and the whole situation and her response was, Mam the advisor isn t here until 11 am, so I don t know what you want me to do. She hangs up the phone while I m mid sentence. Mind you, she is from the service department and never apologized not once.For me this was the final straw. I lost it. Poor. poor communication and customer . It was one thing for the other representatives to say sorry and were empathetic but this lady was flat out rude.Following my millionth explanation, I finally spoke to the manager. He was going to make me pay for having the loner past a certain hour. I explained to him very carefully that I work three jobs and I wait all of Friday and Saturday for my vehicle and unfortunately I am unable to drop my clients or patients at the hospital now; and I tried calling to explain this but no one responded or they hung up on me . I love Lexus cars so much but I don t think I can go back when this is the service I ve been provided. The only person that apologized was my advisor

The dealership came highly recommended to me as I was interested in a +$70k used vehicle. The first time I went I took it for a test ride and sat down to read the car fax then was told that the car was sold.Two weeks later I initiated another online search and the car is still listed. Calling the dealership I asked if it was still available and was told yes. No one could say why I wasn t called when the other deal fell apart. I confirmed I wanted the car and would be in tomorrowWhen I arrived to purchase the car I was told there was another deposit on it. I left a deposit on the chance it didn t go through.Sure enough 3 days later I get the call to come down. Upon leaving the driveway, I was cutoff and tried to blow the horn but it didn t work, all 4 tires had wildly different air pressure, when I retracted the convertible roof the rear window frame snapped and the dashboard warning light went on when I was close to home advising not to drive due to too much oil.When I parked the car I wanted to put the cover that came with it on but was now no longer in the trunk! It was when I looked after my test ride and it was in the pics on the website showcasing the car.When I texted my salesman to complain about these things he replied, well at least you have a nice car .Very frustrating. I called the dealership manager the next day and left a voicemail. I believe his name was Mr Griffin. Within an hour I received a call from their service department advising that they d order parts and repair everything.Based on the Manager s interaction he earned the 5 star review but unfortunate that it had to get to that point.

I had a fantastic experience with Lexus of Kendall this morning. I arrived without an appointment, hoping to get help with a Bluetooth problem related to Google Maps. The entire staff could not have been nicer. The receptionist was super friendly. My service advisor, Ileana Gonzalez, was able to get my car in front of a few service techs, who quickly analyzed and solved my problem. I was out the door in very little time, and wasn't even charged! And Maps worked perfectly. A+ service from start to finish.

I wasn t going back to Lexus to do my services, first because of the cost of the services and the poor customer service they have. I didn t have no options to go back and do some services my car was needing. I can t say everything was bad my advisor Christian help me in everything he could and provide me with all the information for the services my car needs. I specified to Christian that my car needed to be clean and he agreed. Also, he went beyond to help me getting a courtesy car despite I didn t have a service appt. But after picking the car and paying a large amount for the services, my car wasn t clean. It looks like they put the car in the washer machine with dirty water. Usually I don t complain but it is frustrating the amount of money the customers spend and the services you are getting they are not up to the prices they charged. I will give a less stars but Christian deserves better. Something is certain I will not go back to do my services in Lexus, and really planning to sell my car and go with another brand that appreciates customers.

It is certainly a pleasure to Lexus of Kendall. Everybody was very helpful and courteous, especially my terrific service manage, Luis Rivera. They were nice enough to squeeze me in at the last minute for routine maintenance on my vehicle prior to a long driving trip to visit my family for Thanksgiving. After the maintenance and car wash, the car certainly looked beautiful and handled even better than before. It is certainly reassuring that my car's maintenance is now up-to-date and that they have now found everything to be in good working order. I would highly recommend this dealership.

The service at Lexus Of Kendall was outstanding. I did not have to wait for my vehicle service. They called Uber to take me home and when my car was ready, Uber came and picked me up. That s why I love Lexus. The customers come first.

Considering switching to another Lexus Service shop after my recent experience. Made an appointment in advance for a routine service including a loaner car. Check in was quick. Different story with the loaner. Waited over an hour with no communication, had to ask a few people what s happening, advised did not have loaners available. Would have made alternate arrangements had I been advised in advance. Asked for a manager, miraculously a loaner car became available. The service wasn t conducted until the following day. Was sent a text with additional suggested services for $90.99. Approved the service, when I picked up my car the bill was over $600. The manager made a few adjustments to the bill, reducing it to around $400. Appreciated the manager stepping in, however, communication skills are lacking with the staff. Think twice before making an appointment for service here.

My service advisor, Efrain, was exceptional. He was able to source a part locally which saved me having to wait 2-3 days for. He also had my car waiting for me outside and ready for me to drive off when I got there making my experience pain free.

This was probably the worst service experience that I have encountered. One disconnect after another disconnect, After another disconnect, almost 3 hours just trying to drop off my car never had an issue with Lexus of Kendall before. If this ever happens again, I will no longer do business with them.

Honestly, my experience exceeded expectations. This location is not only conveniently located, all the staff from the Valet Gentleman to the Front Desk receptionist were SO friendly and nice. Mr. Efrain the service advisor was quick, professional and highly communicative. Even though it was a busy day and he seems to be packed with lots of work ! I come from still owning a couple of Mercedes, Audi and Porsche vehicles, and now I recommend Lexus over other brands. This was my first and definitely will not be my last time buying one of their products. Not only are great cars of the highest quality and reliability standards, but now from the sales person to the financing person, and adding all service departments people; Lexus has proven me, as has done with many others customers over the years why people love this brand.

I have taken my RX350 to Lexus Of Kendall for service several times over the last few years. It is always a very pleasant experience. They always provide a free loaner, they get the job done when they say they will for the price they said, and there is never a hard sell. Our regular service manager is Effrain, and he is great! Ask for him!

Service is a joke. The service manager is great but unfortunately the team is a mess. I left with the same issue as I brought it in (6.5 hours later) saying they couldn't duplicate the issue (mind u as soon as I drove off lot it was the same). Service advisor DISASTER. No return calls no follow up, the people who answer the phone???? I called and got hung up in 4 times 2 times sent to a random voicemail and 1x I finally just said I'll show up in person. The service manager tried to make it right but they gave me my car at the end without the issue remedied. Total mess!
