Bad customer service no warranty on the job and incomplete took payment and didn't finish the entire work over price be careful the owner Carlos will ask you cash to give you a small discount and don't give you any warranty

Exemplary customer service. Excellent workmanship. I left my car there and in less than a week my vehicle look better than brand new. I got a think George Courtney Carlos and Joe for all their help. This really was a quick an amazing experience. I recommend these guys to everyone in need of auto collision repair. They are top notch

Nice people. Terrible communication. I had to stay on top of them every step of the way. They would promise to call me at a certain time, but I ended having to call them after waiting several hours. They rarely pick up their office number and they don't have an answering machine. Their business card lists a cell number, but voicemail is not setup. It's practically impossible to get them to call you back.I took my vehicle to get repaired after a small accident. I dropped it off and mentioned several times about a specific issue the insurance did not catch in their estimate. I got the car back and it was still broken. They still have the vehicle, almost a full week after I was supposed to get it back.Overall, my experience with them was... acceptable. They're good, nice people, and they do good work. But when they fail, they fail big.

Just left my Infiniti SUV and I'm very pleased with the work. Pieces were from manufacturer. They gave me an estimate and when completed it came out to less. They also said two weeks and my car was ready in 8 days. This is what I call underpromising and over delivering. Customer service is also great. If you want high quality work, this is your place. Totally recommend it!

Had to repair my hood of my Cadillac. Hey did a amazing job with very great price. Great costumer service. Highly recommend this shop for any of your car needs.

Great experience here at Legacy. Alex did a superb job getting my car fixed after an accident in a timely manner. This will be the only place I bring my car to get fixed and the only place I will recommend. Thank you everyone at Legacy A Auto Repair

Have had work done here to my Mustang a couple of times and they always do a fantastic job with the paint work and adding anything custom, very easy to work with and prices are good. Will be back in the future.

Quick and simple! And they weren't trying to sell me all the extra that we not test nesscary. Honest shop and would recommend again.

Nice people , bad communication, poor quality paint poor body repair , poor results over all , ahora voy en espa�ol :)Gente bien nice !!! Mala comunicaci�n , mediocre trabajo de pintura , mediocre reparaci�n , a pesar de que el seguro pago los da�os pues los resultados fueron malos , estoy insatisfecho . No los recomiendo ..Cada d�a que veo lo mal que qued� mi carro digo porque en un pa�s donde hay tecnolog�a y de todo para hacer las cosas bien , se hacen terriblemente mal ?Respuesta : no hay amor ni verg�enza por el trabajo .

The worst service I have ever had in my life! Terrible costumer service... They promise to leave your vehicle like new and when you receive the car, you see the horrible job they did!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.El peor servicio que he podido tener en mi vida! Terrible costumer service... Te prometen dejarte el veh�culo como nuevo y cuando recibes el carro, ves el horrible trabajo que te hicieron!!! NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA.
