I took my vehicle in for maintenance ( 150 point inspection, oil change and tire rotation), I had a 2:00PM appointment. I was not attended until 2:40PM, without so much as an acknowledgment. My vehicle allegedly needed a tire change, I asked for proof as it was being attributed to physical damage on the tire, none was provided. On my way home, not even 20 minutes later something looked off. I had two prior service stickers on the top left hand corner of my front window. I only had one now, theirs (Kendall Hyundai) that appeared to be placed over another. After further investigation it seems like they had no problem removing one sticker, but struggled with the second ripping the tint off with it. They tried to cover the tear with their service sticker. I signed the paperwork for the vehicle at 3:52PM, at 6:21PM my engine light turned on. I had already called and left a priority message because of the tint. I called again at 6:40 and was instructed to leave yet another priority message despite not having heard back on the first.

Not sure what happened but I used to trust and love this place. It is not what it used to be and they are scammers. Kept my car in service for an entire week to tell me the brakes need to be replaced before they can drive my car and find out what is wrong with it. Being that it was making a grinding noise and brakes were engaging while driving at high speeds I already knew there was a problem with the brakes. Don t waste your time.

Recently had a pretty frustrating experience with Kendall Hyundai s service department, which was surprising given I ve bought and serviced three cars from them in the past without any issues. This time around, our car had a factory defect, and getting it fixed turned into a real ordeal. It took over two weeks, and throughout, the communication was minimal. The tech advisor, though polite, barely said more than a couple words at a time, and the timelines for the repair just kept getting pushed back.When it was finally time to pick up my car, neither the tech advisor nor the manager came out to say sorry for the wait or anything. I had spoken to the manager, but would have expected them to meet us. And to top it off, my car wasn t even washed, not promised or not even sure if they do that in normal circumstances, but think it would have made up for the lack of customer service.I ve had great experiences with Kendall Hyundai before, so this was a letdown.Hoping it was just a one-off and not a new trend.

CONSUMER BEWARE!CHECK THE SERVICE BEFORE YOU LEAVE!BackgroundWe opted to have our 2020 Hyundai Palisade serviced by the dealer when we made the purchase. This means that they increase our monthly payment so it covers, tire rotation, oil change, filter changes and other standard service procedures.We just had our vehicle serviced, at this location, on or about 10/06/2023. During this visit, Hyundai service advised us that we needed new plugs and brakes. We opted to take the vehicle to a private mechanic because Hyundai seems to over charge and the service, at this location is subpar.Turns out, the vehicle was critically low on oil and the air filter appears to have never been changes. See images and videos attached.No one in the service department answers the phone here and they rarely return calls. The attached documentation shows clear evidence of fraudulent behavior on the part of this dealer. We will be contacting Hyundai directly to escalate this matter.Services: Tires, Auto A/C recharge, Tire rotations, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

Terrible customer care and service. Tried to sell us an inspection for a total of $500. Just went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Said I need an air filter when I have a K&N filter that you don't change just maintain. 4 hours for oil change and tire rotation, with an appointment. Won't be back.

Dropping off your car for service takes FOREVER, regardless of appointment time.Had an 11:00am appt. Admittedly, pulled in 7 minutes late. 4 cars in front of me. Could not leave until 12:20pm.Their system sucks, more than a handful of people standing around just talking, while only one guy checks people in with an iPad, because surely those things are too complicated for everyone else.

I called the parts department just to ask a question, someone answered the phone just to tell me I was going to be on hold, well, after almost 33 min on hold I hung up, that's CRAZY. At least someone answered this time. I called 4 times before, and no luck whatsoever....

Don t go here for services , had an appointment for 2:00 pm , got to the place at 1:50 an hour later I was still in line waiting to get service for my car at the 3:00 pm , plus what ever time is going take to service my car

Kept our car for over two months during the holidays with poor communication. After being pressed and hours of waiting on hold and for call backs over the course of weeks, we were told they needed a part. In the end, oil wasn't changed and problem wasn't fixed. We weren't offered a replacement car until things were escalated.

I waited two hours for routine maintenance. Got laughed at by a technician for asking for an ETA after 40 minutes of being checked in. Never received an estimate or notice about what my car needed. Had my appointment cancelled and rescheduled. No communication. Car was returned with same air pressure. No log or receipt with what they did to it. I cannot confidently say my car was even looked at. This location is obviously understaffed and the frustration was noticeable amongst the advisors and clients. Honestly deserves 0 stars, but there was one advisor who was very patient with everyone and tried to help the most.

We when for oil change today , they told me 2 hours wait so i walk around next door , after 1 hour suddenly got a text my oil change couldnt be change because of an odor coming out of the car , manager said tenician didnt feel safe , another employee was trying to help us applause to her because she did more than The service manager , at the end manager told us to get our car clean and come back , we took it down the street for a wash they said he exagerared for the smell it was like coffe smell , i guess no one wants to work anymore or wear a mask , we fell discriminated for a situation like this mind you all our family buy cars from there and do the maintaince there . I had an 8:30 appointment and didn't get checked in until 9:05. I called a month in advance and one of the services I requested was not on the work order.. It took more than an hr to replace the wiper arm that was on recall. I was told it would take 5 days to find out why white smoke was coming from my tailpipe and no loaners. I have a 2023 palisade with 3000 miles.

Made an appointment 5 days ago, got here 20 minutes before, and it took them more than 3 hours to do an oil change. This is beyond ridiculous and unacceptable. If I was include the wasted time waiting for service, the total cost of this service would have been ridiculously expensive.

Worst customer service ever!!! It's been 2 weeks without knowing the status of my car that was left at the service department and i have been trying to contact them since 2 weeks and the only answer i can get from them is that they are busy, the asked for my cellphone and that they will call us as soon as they are available .... and you you know what nothing happened!!!.

Service fine. Took about 1.5 hours for basic oil change, tire rotation on warranty service. No one greeted us on arrival or after we got call car was ready. First time there, wasn't sure what to do. Believe they could see our confusion, but we had to initiate query. Need a more streamlined, customer centered process. Waiting areas shabby, seats ripped, need updating.

The dealer in general was satisfactory and ended up buying a vehicle. I was disappointed that I had to return the next day to get the rest of the items because the service department was already closed by the time we finished the paperwork... Shouldn't the necessary items be available to complete the process? I went back next day to retrieve the rest of the items, including the second key, the manual, the floor mats and the cargo cover. However, they did not have the cargo cover (not that I needed it, but, it was on the window sticker) They did not take it from another car, so it had to be ordered. That means I have to make a second unnecessary visit. That is unnecessary time, gas and tolls; other than that, the rest was OK...

First of all I wish I could give them a 0 star rating. I made an appointment more than a month out,(May 6th, appointment set for June 23rd at 8am) for an air conditioner issue I was having with a brand new 2022 vehicle I purchased in February. So I get to the service department on time, only to be told that they can't look at my car on the day that they scheduled me to come in to have it looked at and Proceeds to tell me that they may not get to it until the 27th, who does that? who sets an appointment and then tells you that your appointment is not really appointment. So I ask them what am I supposed to do without a vehicle while I wait for them get to my car. Their response was you can get an Uber or you can ask a friend or relative to drive you around, REALLY.Needless to say I am a very unsatisfied customer

Wow, I feel sorry for Hyundai owners in Kendall. This dealership told my aunt in early September that they had no service appointments until November! She had driven over from Tampa and her AC stopped working. They said they had no time to even look at it. And they told her it wasn't under warranty. I came with her to drop off the car. There were many empty repair bays where cars could have been serviced.It was really, really hot and humid that week as only South Florida can get. She drove back to her dealer in Tampa and they took care of her immediately. The repair was covered by the warranty and didn't cost her anything. What a contrast in service between the two Hyundai dealers! I hope this place can improve their service and get more mechanics or whoever they need to make things run more smoothly.

Worst Customer Service ever !! They asked me to pay for more than $2500 in repairs. When I asked in detail what that s for?, suddenly drop down to $1000. No explanations. Spend hours waiting on the phone and in person only to receive poor explanations and nonsenses.

Terrible customer service, don't respect the time of the customer, you need a appointment for be service, I was waiting 2 weeks for that , 2 weeks without AC in miami with a 100 degrees, and the day when I have my appointment just say you need leave your car for 7 day to be inspected, the managers were very rude, but with special customers they don't coming appointment they promise there cars will be fixed today, so wire maybe is money involved.

Staff aren't very helpful today when it comes to getting a car serviced. I don't know if it's like this all the time, and I'll update if it is, but with this many people working here and none acknowledging you when you arrive, it's not a good look. You could wander around for ten minutes with a bewildered look in your eyes, and they won't say anything to you until you confront someone and start asking questions. So, here are some tips: If you're southbound and following GPS, don't turn left when it tells you. Go up one more then make a U-turn, because that's the only way to get to the entrance of this dealership. When you enter the dealership, make your immediate left for servicing. There'll probably be a line already, according to what an employee was telling me, and if you don't have an appointment, they will turn you away.

Management needs to work on improving the service area. Employees are helpful and polite but the area is disorganized.Wait time is ridiculous considering you have to make appointments even for an oil service.

Service here is horrible. Scheduled an appointment for service no one called me to confirm prices. When I arrived waited 45 minutes for an advisor and then they couldn t do the work on my car. Complete waist of my time.

The costumer service is the worst thing that has happened to me in car service. They had to pick up the car and no one ever called me and no one showed up, I called the dealer for 4 days straight and left messages to different managers and no one called back. As soon as I can I change cars and I never go back to them.

Awful service from the Techs and service department, Humberto the service advisor did all he could, but the techs are useless, diagnosed an overheating car with a bad battery, the Manager Joshua said that if they cannot see any codes they cannot do anything. They clearly tried the least to solve my issue and the Techs just try to go thru many cars as they can. Do not go there unless you wanna waste your time.

I wasn't here for service but everyone I encountered was great. The parts department really know their stuff too!
