Yves Alexander CSA took care of me Saturday morning super fast super friendly they got me for a $10 coupon. I ended up spending 200 but I m still happy with their service I needed it the car needed the car is going to feel better. Thank you so much Saturday morning less than 10 minutes $200 I don t have to waste my time look at my photos to check it out

Jiffy lubes mechanic forgot to tighten the drain plug, 4 hours later my car engine seized while driving on the highway. Had to get a new engine and was quoted 8k -12k. Jiffy lube said that they will only give me 5k for repair and I had to pay the rest or take it to their mechanic ( which I didn t trust and when asked in an email about the repair warranty he refused to answer ). He didn t want to answer my email( he wanted no paper trace) not very trustworthy. I don t have a car thanks to them, and won t for a few weeks while my car is in the shop and they do not want to pay for my car rental because, I filed with mine and their insurance and didn t take their cheap offer. I m in shock that after they completely ruined my car created this huge inconvenience they were barely even willing to do the bare minimum. All I wanted was my car fixed at a credible shop and given a car to go to work

A++ Customer Service experience at Jiffy Lubes on 441. Mitchell has excellent customer service skills. He was polite, he wasn t pushy and I was pretty much in and out. Jean K did a nice job as well. Shout out to Mike too. Thank You for my oil change!

The technician Anthony was very knowledgeable, honest, and extremely helpful during my unexpected moment. He helped me understand the breakdown of what my vehicle was experiencing and even went out his way. Also, I appreciate it Mitchell for allowing me to think things through with no pressure, they understood my circumstances and giving that they were busy at the time of my arrival, they both were patience with me and I thank them.

Mitchell was great at explaining all of the recommendations, but I didn t feel pressured to purchase anything other than what I originally came in for, which was an oil change. Jean, the technician who did the oil change and changed my AC filter was very prompt and courteous.

The job was smooth and quickly. Got a oil change and they checked all tires as well as well as filled up the windshield wiper fluid. I will definitely return to this particular jiffy lube.

terrible service! The oil was changed and the sensor shows that they poured a lot I ll forgive a full refund! because I'm losing a working day! They also took a lot of money! I do not recommend this office to you!

Bunch of crooks, it is the second time I try to get an oil change, they advertise one price, confirm while you are in the line waiting, once you pull over and open the hood the price double and they think we are stupid. This is an amazing experience! I came in a little after they opened at 8am, EVERYTHING WAS DONE FROM MY CAR! My biggest pet peeve is getting out the car as a millennial. Then I left my purse but they had Apple Pay! Did I mention I never had to leave my car. They had a portable ac tube that pumps cold air in your car while you wait and being serviced. I used to go to this jiffy lube years ago but started going to the dealership once I bought a new car. They always had impeccable service but now it s even better! Kudos to you!Services: Transmission, Tires, Oil change
