The salesperson was very educated and really patient with me. I m an older person and he was very helpful they should hire more young guys like Mateo best worker from this jiffy lube location so far. I left really happy and had a great day thanks to his smile and the way he treated me. And he recommended me a few things that were wrong with my car, and I wanted to take care of everything but unfortunately, I didn t have the full money, so he helped me choose which services were the most important ones not caring about the prices. Really happy with this employee

First time stopping by for a full synthetic oil change ($109.99 without receiving the vacuum service) during my lunch break. Professional, friendly and efficient service provided. Got my AC filter changed too for $49.99. Would recommend for quick services.

The workers were super fast and extremely nice , changed my oil rotated my tires and changed my transmission fluid too in less than 20 minutes super fast!!! and i saw them do everything since it was my first time doing an oil change and they made my experience super fun, i will definitely come back here for my next oil change, thanks to mateos crew and himself for recommending me what i had to do and for the discount he gave me , thank you jiffy lube

I visited this establishment to have my spark plugs changed due to a misfiring issue with my car. Unfortunately, the technician neglected to test the coils and check for codes on the ECU. Despite replacing the spark plugs, the misfiring persisted. The entire process took nearly an hour and a half. When I inquired about the diagnostic code, I was informed that the ECU had not been scanned initially. Subsequently, it was discovered that a coil needed replacement, requiring the work to be redone. I raised the issue with the supervisor, who agreed not to charge additional labor fees since the mistake originated from their technician. Although I appreciated the good customer service, the ordeal extended my stay at the establishment to nearly four hours. Had the technician performed the necessary diagnostics correctly, I would have been on my way two hours earlier. Consequently, instead of a five-star rating, I'm inclined to give four stars.

A bit expensive but the service is quality. They will always try to sell you other accessors is their job, just say no, it happens everywhere in the world. I made the oil/filter theoca and rechanged the dreio fluid that was low. I spent $220 on both services. I was on site for 45 minutes.

I was told I needed a brake fluid exchange, which I strongly doubted, given that the car had only 4500 miles on it. I took it to a different company, where they explained why I didn't need that work, in fact likely wouldn't until 40K miles. The takeaway is that I feel this particular Jiffy Lube--possibly under new management--was purposefully deceiving me, and I won't be returning. I had always trusted this outlet in the past.

Really fast service, they guy who helped me through the whole process was really nice and super presentable, he also talked to me about everything that was bad with my car, they changed my brakes and also did a tune up and the difference after was really surprising, my car felt brand new no more shaking and the brakes felt amazing I really recommend this place to everyone, thank you jiffy lube

Very fast and really good service, everyone was really nice and they sold me just what I truly needed , they were so nice I even tipped one of the guys because they deserved it , really happy with the service, this location is really the best one.

Service was great I need an oil change. However I ve been able to get great service and olive changes for cheaper. I drive a 1999 Honda CRV and the charge was $62 for a basic oil change. I d revisit if I have to but not always

Called to get my tire plugged since there was a nail piercing through one of my tires. One of the employees lies to me claiming that tire patches are illegal and the only way is to replace the tire itself. I would understand if it s something that they don t do, but I literally know of other jiffy lube locations that do tire patches, it seems to me that they were just trying to trick me out of more money. Immediately hung up on the phone and I m never gonna use this company.

Came here to get can oil change. They were quick but tried to sell me so much stuff. Once I finished, I drove and I noticed a noise everytime I turned the wheel. The undercarriage shield wasnt held in correctly so I went back and they said they "fixed it". They did not. Did not even touch it. I'll show some pictures to see what it looks like. It is rubbing against my axle. They told me to come back in the morning since they were pretty much closed. Not going to jiffy lube again.

This was so much faster and less expensive than going to the dealer for an oil change and transmission. The staff, including the manager Julian, we're very courteous and thoughtful.

Store hours are a lie. Got out of work at 6 and got here at 6:30 employee told me they already closed. When I asked him why his website says he closes at 7 he said it s because they close the shop at 6:45 and they clean before they leave. Like I said I got there at 6:30 They clearly didn t want to service my car and I didn t want to argue so I left. Don t waste the trip.

Chris and Jose at the Jiffy Lube on South Dixie Highway were friendly, helpful, and honest. They changed my oil quickly and applied a coupon I found online. I m definitely a returning customer!

Not clear at all. I came inquiring about an ac recharge. I was told to come recharge is $200, I asked about if they can find if the ac is the issue before I pay for anything. "Yes it is included. Next thing Im told the ac compressor is broken and the cost, fine. Then I am charged for the cost of the recharge for a "diagnostic". So I pay, meanwhile I get no recharge. A diagnostic at any AC place is free to $50 dollars max. Not 150-210$. I only stopped here since it was on the way and I take my car here for oil changes. They lost my service permanently.Service: Air conditioning

reasonable all the way around. I left firestone because (after making an appointment and showing up on time, having to wait 34 minutes before anyone spoke to me) they said it would take 4 hours for an oil change.I came here and was in and out in 22 minutes.Unfortunately, one lift went down when I was there, and they couldn t do the tire rotation, but I can come back and get it done.They even cleaned off the corrosion on my battery terminal.9.0/10

I never write bad reviews but I am so upset with the way I was treated at this location. I called asking for a battery replacement to check if they have the battery. They told they did. My battery was under warranty because I bought it one year ago. When we arrived and entered the office, it never Cross my mind that a manager (Gabriel) could be so disrespectful and with zero customer service ethic. I felt so bad eventhough I was asking something that it is on my right because the battery is still under warranty. After this experience, I would never use Jiffy Lube for my car's service.Service: Battery

This was the worst experience I have ever had with my car. I never write reviews, but I needed to write something. I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. When they were done, they told me my brakes were metal on metal and needed replacing immediately. I asked for the dimensions and they said the front were at 2mm and the back were at 3mm. I wanted to get a second opinion because they were going to charge me 1,300 dollars for my new brakes. This is way too expensive and wanted to see if I could find them cheaper. I had to tell them no at least 20 times that I did not want their services at this point in time. I could tell they were very angry with me and I felt extremely uncomfortable that they wouldn't take no for an answer. They brought in another person to try and convince me which I said no 5 more times. Eventually I left and went to get my breaks inspected at a Good Year. After that inspection, the worker brought me out to my car and showed me they were BRAND NEW. My brakes were in perfect working condition and Jiffy Lube wanted to charge me 1300 dollars after LYING about my brakes being at 2mm and not taking no for an answer.Service: Oil change

Needed an oil change and never cared where that came from. Stopped at the first location I saw and had a great experience. Looked busy at first with all garage spots full. Pulled up and had a young lady ask me what service I needed, she then directed me to the lounge for TV, coffee and comfy chairs while I wait. Waited under 15 minutes and had a gentleman take my payment. It was a simple in and out visit. What I liked most was that all the staff were having a good time and very professional. Going to make this my Oil Change Location from now on.

Today s visit was amazing. I was so impressed with the staff and their professionalism. They worked very well together. I was extremely impressed by a young man Ramiro who was of so much help explaining what was going on with my car and what needed to be done. I will definitely recommend this location to all my friends and will be returning soon. The facility, I may add, was very clean and easy to find. Thank you guys for a great, smooth experience.

Friendly but completely inept!!! I have been going there for years but will never go again as they only put 1/2 quart of oil back in my car for a premium oil change. I almost burnt up my leased car engine. Don t trust them.
