Great experience. Brought my Jeep to get a Brake System Flush and Coolant Replacement, charged me less than at the dealership. Ws in and out this morning in 20-30 minutes. The associate that helped me was very friendly as well.

Everyone was helpful and friendly and the person in charge kept everything organized and running smoothly. I will definitely return there next time I need an oil change or other service for my car. It was easy, fast and a good experience overall.

The first experience was great until they told us they couldn t change the AC filter for my ford explorer. it was disappointing as they claimed they didn t have the filter so I went and found a filter brought it and they said they don t do the assembly for the AC filter so I had to return the filter. Anyways long story short they didn t satisfy my needs. the positive part is they did the oil change in few minutes and i was happy.

The staffs at this location are amazing, my car was overheating due to the fact that the other jiffy lube messed up when they were flushing my coolant and I had to quickly go to this one. My wife took her car to this place 8787 Biscayne Blvd Jiffy Lube #391 2019 Mazda cx-3 for oil change and after they change the oil when she start the car a warning light come out and check engine light plus other warnings light, the guy who change the oil told my wife that something was wrong with the battery, then they check the battery and the alternator, everything was okay so she took the car back home after making many stops because the engine was running super rough, at home I plug my AUTEL computer in to the car and several codes come out referring intake and map sensor so I went to the map sensor located in the engine bay and I couldn t find the plug because was disconnected and hidden under the map sensor, I plugged back the sensor reset the codes and everything was working properly, I can tell that was a bad apple on this place but I don t know if everyone else is involved on this, if something similar happened to you on this place make sure to take the name of the guy who works in your car and make a report or let the owner know about the situationOr don t take your car to this place and save a hard time and money.Good luck.

DO NOT GO HERE. They use cheap materials, add on costs, and rip you off big time. I replaced my front brakes in May, it is now December and they are already in need of replacement. Every hour they called me with something else that they had to fix on my car and ran up the charges. Finally I told them that I didn t want anything else, I only wanted what I went for which was to replace my rotors and brake pads. They warned me that I would have problems if they didn t fix it, but I have not had the problems that they predicted. The only problems I have had with my car are from the exact things that they fixed. They must use extremely cheap equipment and then overcharge you for it if it runs out in less than a year. My car was not ready when they said it would be. Additionally, the workers ate the snacks that I had in my car. I will never go to a jiffy lube again, and I recommend that you do not either. There are a number of much better local options that are actually trustworthy and do not scam you.

I opted to get out of the truck for the oil change. The service member who moved the truck for me smelled so bad I had to spend $35 extra dollars to detail the interior of my truck twice ($70) to get the smell out.

Be sure to ask for Kourtney! She is a warm, friendly, and trustworthy lady. She epitomzes the Jiffy Lube brand by putting herself in the customer's shoes. When she did not know the answers to my questions, she was not afraid to ask the tech. This lady deserves a franchise opportunity! Seriously!

I pulled up and waited 25 minutes with only one car being worked on, and once he came up to my window he told me I need an oil cleaner and I told him not today and he told me to do it until I got annoyed and said whatever. My oil change took an hour which I have never had happen at any other location, and I told them I m going to stay in my car when they asked and he said he would put the AC vent in so I can have some air and he forgot after I asked twice. Two cars have had their oil changes done and I m still sitting here waiting to pay. This is horrible.

Amazing service at this location in biscayne boulevard (8787 Biscayne Blvd, Miami, FL 33138) . I went there because is has good reviews about the service and I'm glad I did. I had a location near me but I preferred to drive 30 min to this location because of the reviews and it was worth it. Good hospitality

I highly recommend to not use this company. They ruined my car. My car engine was damaged because the stupid employee doing the oil change forgot to put the oil filter. It passed 3 weeks already and this people still not paying for the damage. My truck is sitting in the alley behind the store. I'm fighting with them to get my acr repair and to be responsible for the rental of the car I have to incurred because I need to go to work. The worse company everServices: Transmission, Oil change

No real service like others. Just high price oil change. Nothing else. No Thank You. Never stated price until the end. Never expected 145 dollars for oil change. No check tire pressure. Never again. Going to tell everyone at the job.

Everything was preformed as we discussed but 1. Was supposed to blow out the washer for solution because 1 was clogged and but wasn t performed maybe they forgot but I didn t realize it until I got home. But good job anyway

Great service from the manager Fidel M. If pricing too much he will work with you. Just the workers need a lil enthusiasm (show that they want to be there and work). Besides that their work was great. I even got the red carpet treatment

Drove right up, no waiting. Weather was cool so I was able to sit inside if the car without the AC. Oil was changed pretty fast but the card reader was not working. Card information had to be called in old school style due to a recent power outtage. Miss the days where you could get a quick interior vacuum with your oil change but covid has ruined it for everyone.

Fast service HOWEVER, they are dishonest about their pricing.They know your car takes more than 5 quarts of oil (you can even look that up on google), but they will only tell you at the end so they can CHARGE YOU MORE. I ended up paying $150 for a synthetic oil change, go figure.This not a good business practice and it was my first and last time coming to this place.Dishonest business do NOT deserve our money. Get it together Jiffy Lube!

Nixon really went the extra mile to help me when we had a hard time with the Jiffy Lube credit card promotion. I had my brakes serviced and they seem great and the entire job took about 2 hours. These days places can be so unethically not thorough but this place was solid. I'll be back and I appreciate the human kindness.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

I needed my car serviced for an oil change and to have coolant added along with a coolant flush. They were timely in helping me and provided recommendations.
