Took in my car for a corporate car full maintenance service including oil change, tire rotations, liquid levels, etc - the full service (valued at $250+). Coming into it there was a low tire indicator. Service completed (all indicators no longer active) and a couple days later the same specific low tire pressure indicator came back on. Returned to ask for service on the tire and they refused to be able to help given that tire repair is a cash only service . Sent me to the other Jiffy Lube nearby as they thought they could give me a receipt there but the other location didn t have any patches and said it was fishy that they only take cash for tire repairs. Went to another much better place nearby (Tire Choice) and turns out a nail was in one of the tires and they gladly fixed it in 2 minutes. It is clear that Jiffy Lube saw the nail and didn t say anything about it to just charge and send me off. Never going back to Jiffy Lube and buyers beware.

I had a recent visit to Jiffy Lube for an oil change and was thoroughly impressed by the quick service and the professionalism of the staff. They were not only courteous and friendly but also displayed a deep knowledge of their work, answering all my questions and ensuring I understood the service being performed on my car.However, the cost of the oil change was surprisingly higher than what I would have paid at the dealership, which was quite disappointing. This experience has motivated me to consider learning how to change my oil myself to save on such expenses in the future. While the staff s expertise and the efficiency of the service were commendable, the pricing was a significant downside

I was told there was a fee for extra oil, and that my car would take 7 quarts. I checked online because my car has a small engine, and noticed my car only takes 3.7 quarts, but 4.5 quarts were used. I brought it up when I went to pay, they confirmed only 4.5 quarts were used and removed the fee for the extra oil. The service was also supposed to take 30 minutes to an hour, I was there for almost two hours. Two police men showed up and they serviced both of their cars before everyone who was there waiting before them because "they're going to bring more business". I do not trust bringing my car back to Jiffy lube after this experience. Charging clients for 7 quarts when their car doesn't even take the full 5 quarts included is a rip off.

Very fast service oil change. I walked in, with no appointment. They had cars in all bays, yet I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.Everybody was nice and focused on their work.

From the manager to the staff the service was slow, rude and unprofessional. I waited an hour to get attended when there was on two cars before I arrived. Then since I had service prior done and the location about half a mile away I was told that I cannot be given information on any recommendations they gave me cause it s different management and that I should be more responsible and keep my service sheets and that they don t do any mechanical work but if I wanted my breaks done that I should go to a local shop cause that other jiffy live will charge me an arm and a leg. They were very rude and unprofessional and didn t even give me a windshield sticker and said the machine was down and gave me no recommendations and also did not want to accept my coupon so I had to pay full price for my oil change.

Did not top-off the windshield fluid, although the receipt says contrary.Same with tire inflation, did not do it but the receipt says opposite.Receipt states they washed the windshield, they haven't.They misstated the millage, the receipt says 31,001, actual 45,633. So, it recommends the oil change once the car makes 38,001 (7,000 miles later, as recommended). It should be 52,633!In addition, they mentioned they did bunch of other things, they didn't do anything but change the oil, I was next to my car all the time.They gave me the milage sticker, for me to apply it to the inside of the windshield!?!!Possible reason, they were slammed, at least 10 cars waiting.Good for them.Bad for me.I have been using Jiffy for the last 4 yers.This was the last time.Thank you.

I got screwed over. I mentioned at the beginning that I had seen on Groupon the offer. The guy told me I don't need to buy it and I ll pay the same price ( 70usd )Then I had to write my infos and I saw the price of 110 USD . I said am I going to pay 110 ??? He replied to me , NO, don't worry we will adjust to your Groupon price .I trusted. Then I asked if he could help me with the Bluetooth. He said don't worry I ll help you. Then I see he was not trying to go inside the car and help I ask again, are you going to have a look ? He said : oh the other guy will do it .Then time to pay : you have to pay on groupon first is telling me the other guy . So I do right away the thing , pay 70 on Groupon. Said he says : you owe me 30.I said how ??? Since we even started, I asked if I was going to pay this price of 70 and that's all , I made sure i asked a couple of times and the reply was YES now I need to add way more. The guy who was at fault at the first place lied again pretending it was the "taxes" . But on Groupon when we pay a service we Never have to pay on the top of it unless we wants to add a service but anyway it's told before starting to make sure the customer understands that he will have to pay way more . It's really unfair . I drove all the way to south beach for at the end paying way more than on the beach . Awful experience.

I m a customer since 2019. I went for an oil change and this time I m disappointed with a terrible experience. Manager is unprofessional and lacks of education!First of all, they lost my oil cap and I was waiting for almost 2 hours, I talked with the manager explaining that I need to go back to work and he was very rude, there was no solutions at all and I took an Uber back to my work until they find the cap at the Volkswagen dealer.Came back in a Uber again and pick up my car. I went at 12pm and my car was finish at 4:30. This is the last time I will come back! It s not about how much is the service, is more about the experience. Terrible

After on oil change I find my gas cap left near the engine block. 11/18 I called to report finding my gas cap left off to side, not even partially screwed on. Most of the oil had leaked out. I was told to come in to speak to manager. I came in to be told there was nothing they could do address it, I wanted to be partially refunded for the oil I had paid for. But, Aaron the manager denied me completely and wasted me time twice by having me come in again. Lessons learned: don t use jiffy lube, always check the work before you leave.

service was done lightning quick at 1:30 PM by a friendly staff on Biscayne Boulevard and NE 82 ST.had to use them cause I was over due for over 2000 miles for my oil change and most rinky dinky repair shops in Miami seem to be extremely busy and arrogant theses days regardless of their business status or reputation asking for appointment these days for a basic oil change service which done by decently skilled technicians should take no more thank 10 to 15 minutes!!! ( some repair shops make it look like if they are going to perform open heart surgery!)but I would have to agree with other Reviewers that prices have gotten ridicously and Scary Expensive with Jiffy Lube!!!!!!( not the place to go without discount coupons ) !!! the only reason I went with them is because I recently started a second job which has left me very little time for my self! but after paying $159 for an oil change and pair of new wipers I would definitely use that as motivation to find the time to continue doing my own oil change!!! nothing personal against Jiffy Lube because you did got me out of a Jam with a much needed Oil change!! but you guys need to care about your customer pockets just much as our Engines!

Traveling back home and needed ASAP service, we were in and out in 15mnts. The service was great from Oberto J, Leonardo L, Jose M and Parnell S. the service was described in detail and what kind of oil was needed for truck as well as explaining that anytime you get service w/them anywhere in the country, they are able to pull up the service history.

Absolute SCAM and RIPOFF. Had a Groupon for full synthetic oil change. At the end, they surprise charged me an ADDITIONAL $70. over $140 for an oil change that I had a $70 Groupon for. Do not go here unless you like being taken advantage off

I will never go to Jiffy Lube again; due to terrible experience. The technician put the wrong battery in my car; which cause car signals to read all crazy diagnoses.Plus, they didn t put enough oil in my car and within a few weeks, my oils change light was coming on.I simply came in for an oil change Groupon which was $89 and left with a $600 bill and the Groupon wasn t applied.I feel like some of the male techs prey on women. I wrote the company and spoke with the Manager (which who fixed my issues) however, it shouldn t take me 3 times to within 3 months to finally feel at peace with the job.

I HAD A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. PARNELL AND HIS TEAM WERE SUPER...THEY DID A TERRIFIC JOB AND DID EVERYTHING I NEEDED. I CAN'T IMAGINE DOING IT ANY BETTER...PARNELL WAS ESPECIALLY HELPFUL. The employees at the 8295 Biscayne Blvd location were extremely unprofessional. One of the employees was calling me inappropriate names and not by my name. I also choose to stay inside my car because I only wanted an oil change. I had to tell one of the advisors that I only wanted an oil change that I called a few minutes prior. As I was sitting and waiting for the oil to be changed, the employees began talking about things that had anything to do with my service, and I was the only car there. After 30 minutes of waiting in the hot car, the employee forgot to finish the oil change because other cars started coming. I saw a Mercedes-Benz pull up and the employee rushed me out the Bay to service the the driver of the Mercedes-Benz and they also told me to reset the oil indicator on my own.Service: Oil change

Heavily pushed sales before I even pulled all the way into the garage. Went into for oil change, suggested over $500 in repairs by the time I left, 10 minutes later. Was told I needed transmission fluid that would cost $180 within minutes of being in the shop and the hood not even open. My vehicle does not have transmission dip stick so there is no way of knowing that without going into the transmission (validated by the manual and another body shop). Attendant was pushy and could not offer reasoning as to why I needed service besides that my car was "old" - went to another body shop immediately following and no additional service was needed. Will not be going back.

They are non professional. the staff also tell you a price of a service and charge you differently to what they say.They did not put the sticker saying about my next service .also charge you for extras you did not ask for . Shame on them .

I had a delightful experience. Who says this about an oil change? Me! The attendant was such a pleasant man. He held a conversation about his experiences in life all the while servicing our vehicle. I ll definitely visit this location again. Thank you for the opportunity to describe my experience with customer service. These days it s rare you receive top notch service.
