Andrew was great he was very welcoming and helped me right away. He was knowledgeable about the things my car needed. The service was fast as well. Would definitely come here again for all my car needs.

All the employees were super friendly and helpful, they took care of me as soon as I got out of my car and my service was ready in less than half an hour. I will definitely always return to this place and I recommend it to all my friends and family

This company is racist try to intimate the guess into buying these not needed for any vehicle. First thing I was told as a former employee is that jiffy lube doesn't care about if the customer needs it or not. You sell to them and make up lies to back up your false diagnosis for the vehicle.

I was there for sinthetic oil change ,ac filter change and motor filter change. they did not vaccum . my AC started.making terrible noise that same day after i left that location. Now I have to replace AC compressor, the filters were never changed and the oil filter was installed crooked and spilled all the oil. I did not trusted them so I took my car to a Mecanic that discovered all that. I was suppose to go on a road trip. Imagine without AC and without oil. Unbelievable

At the location that I went to Andrew B. came up to my car and let me know what to do and how long it would be. The service was quick but efficient. Andrew let me know the best type of oil to use for my car that has high mileage and showed me my filters and what needed to be changed. I was told about 40 to 45 minutes and I was in and out in 35. Andrew and John R. really helped and explained everything. Will definitely be back for my next oil change.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I've been a customer at the same location over a year now. I am always pleased with the way the service advisor explains everything to me. Today the young lady made sure to informed me of the status of the job while I waited in the lobby. Very efficient on keeping all customers aware of the service being performed.

My mother s car got an oil change at this location on February 2023, she goes to this place all the time. Today, I did the oil change myself and I found that the oil filter was marked and dated February 2021. This means that for more than 2 years it has had the same oil filter even though she regularly goes here to get an oil change. This is extremely disappointing. At this point, I can only hope they actually change the oil.

If you don t want your car screwed up, don t go here..3 weeks ago I had my oil changed here and yesterday my engine seized and realized that the filter was either not installed or they put on the incorrect filter. Now I have to pay THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to replace my engine. I will take this to court.Secondly, don t even get me started with the people working here. Whole bunch of inexperience, inattentive, and unprofessional workers. Pays no attention whatsoever and even forgot to put the oil change sticker on my windshieldService: Oil change

These guys broke a coupler that connected my radiator reserve line...10 minutes after leaving the place my car overheated due to the busted coupler. I have had my car for years and never had an overheating problem. I took it to the dealership mechanic where they showed me exactly what was broken and showed that it was extremely recent due to the lack of discoloration. And imagine that...the coupler that sits right above the filter that have to be either unhooked or gently moved to the side. If this place doesn't know how to properly change the oil in this vehicle without damaging and breaking other parts ..then STOP WORKING ON A VEHICLE YOU HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF. Avoid this place , unless of course you want to run the risk of broken parts and a future bill from your mechanic.

Had my oil changed there.Wonderful efficient service.Knowagable efficient staff and more importantly HONEST!!!!!A mechanic friend told me what needed to be done or not and the mechanic agreed after checking (did not tell him what needed fixing)He indicated the fuel injection needed cleaning but I opted for additive .Sure enough 4 bottles later I took it back Wednesday 22nd 10am and saw a different guy who told me they didn't do that there and sent me US 1 or sunset.Can somebody check he was not being lazy and fobbed me off because lots of oil changes were being done at that time.

I would really like to thank Justin V., Erik D., Richard H., & Salomon D.They were extremely kind, gave me recommendations on what I need done, and informed me on what can wait until my next service. As a woman, I truly appreciate that because most places treat me like I don't know anything.
