All the staff are great! They make you feel welcome and appreciated every time! And, this last time, I got held up at work and I didn't think I would make it in time. I got there 20 minutes before they were to close. The staff graciously took care of my car and took the time to explain everything to me. These guys are the best! Thank you!

I was so very impressed with my visit. The technician explained the service and got to work on my car right away. The oil change and included service of fluid checks took only 20 minutes. I purchased wiper blades and they were installed as well! Very happy with the service!!

The Jiffy Lube attendant was excellent. He was helpful, informative and found the solution to my problem. That same problem I took to the Fiat dealer and they could not help me. I appreciate the service that I received at this Jiffy Lube and the associate that assisted me.

Joel Gomez and Chris at the store on 7798 Coral Way have helped me several times. In fact they re the reason I keep coming back. They re friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the process of the service being done, what caused it and gave me recommendations on preventive maintenance I can do myself they didn t try to upcharge or try to sell me on things I didn t need or could wait on honest hard working men. I went to get my car's oil changed on 3/4/2024. I got the oil filter and air filter changed as well. Afterwards, I noticed some strange sounds coming from my car, but I assumed it was the air filter. After hearing the noises repeatedly, I took my car to a goodyear on 3/8. The goodyear checked the dipstick, and it didn't register oil AT ALL. They completely forgot to replace the oil! When I took the car back to jiffy lube, they ran a "heat test," which came back "OK." I asked for the result of the heat test on paper twice and I never got a copy. I got a copy of my work order, which said they added FOUR quarts of oil on 3/8/24. The manager tried to convince me that engine leaks caused the oil to spill out, but it's clearly impossible for all that oil to spill out in only a few days. The 3/8/24 work order/receipt comments stated that my oil filter was "defective" and "unusual noises" were coming from my engine during my previous two visits to jiffy lube. The work order comments were obviously FALSIFIED because I got my oil filter changed by jiffy lube on 3/4 and there was no mention of "strange engine noises" on the work order/receipt from 3/4. I tried to speak to the manager to get the work order corrected, but he coincidentally "went to lunch" as soon as I paid for visit #2. I reached out to the franchise and still haven't heard anything!!

I absolutely hate going to the mechanic for oil changes, but John made the experience 100 times better. He was extremely sweet and made me feel comfortable in getting an oil change. John didn t make me feel like I was getting ripped off or getting something to my car that I didn t need.

Service was awful, the guy who was in charge was rude and once I paid 127.00 usd for oil change, he didn't change the new mileage when I suppose to change the oil once again. So I don't recommend it.

Worst customer service in town, I don t give less stars cause I can t, I went in for a oil change they told me 15 minutes then they said one hour, 3.45 hours later the car still wasn t ready. Workers here were rude and inconsiderate with me they knew I didn t have more than an hour they changed everything they could without caring for the customer time. They lied to me every 15 minutes saying only 15 minutes more! They should be honest an truthful to clients about waiting time and let the customer decide if he wants to wait. I lost half of the day believing in their lies. I would never take my car to another Jiffy lube. Rude people and liers work there.

This place is the worst place you can go. The people that work there are very nasty and un respectful. Diciendo groser�as y falta de respeto. Unprofessional and very rude. Un trabajo mediocre y malo. I m going to take my time to get to the top of this people.

This place was horrible. The staff isn t friendly and the kid that took care of my oil change was clueless. They didn t check my lights like they ve done in the past. They also marked that they added washer fluid and they did not. I even asked the kid and he said, No it wasn t added because we don t have any so I went to the office and the manager said, whaaat! Of course we have wiper fluid so he went outside and showed the kid. I m now sitting here wondering if he in fact did my oil. One thing that these people do have in common across all Jiffy Lubes I ve been to in Miami is that they all look miserable at their jobs and when they see you come in with your car they look like a big giant rock just landed on top of them. They don t seem to realize we re paying for a service that is also not cheap. Go to Valvoline, they treat you better.

Told me to wait. By the time it was my spot, they pushed a different car ahead and told me to move my car.The guy was just mumbling and not explaining himself. Decided to drive away.

Horrible service. They spent half the time trying to upsell me. When I said no to all the other stuff, they decided to leave my car there with the battery out and began working on other vehicles... of course trying to upsell the other people. Never going back.

Very upset with the manager at this place. I went there for an oil change and wiper blades and they changed the battery of my van wihtout my concern or my manager's approval, said that everything had been cleared by company manager, turns out that now I am in deep water for the unauthorized change of battery without prior approval. This was very unprofessional, getting me in trouble at my job fbecause of their greed is not cool.Service: Oil change

tried to charge me $127 for a $60 dollar oil job. If i didn't go on groupon they would've charged me way more, make sure you look on groupon to get a way cheaper voucher.

Ha this place. Well I will not be back to this place. I read the reviews before I went and working in customer service I know you can't please everyone. But with that being said I paid $106 bucks for and oil change and my whipper fluid to be filled. They said we will check your other fluids as well. They didn't check anything other then the oil. Didn't check the air in my tires wanted to replace my whippers which I wasn't interested in. Told me I needed my breaks flushed cuz they was over due. Well just had it done so that was a hard no. I read the reviews and still tried to give them a good shot to get a good review because that's what I do I help people know what they are getting them selves into. Well do yourself a favor and fine another spot.and I'm not into a I'm sorry come back in and we will make it right from the manager in from ca I travel alot and my car in how I make money and I have to take care of it to keep going this place didn't help in that.

Worst place ever. I took my car for an oil change and they saw a young girl and tried screwing me. They killed my battery that i ve NEVER had an issue with before and then demanded I should get a new one. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.

These guys were AMAZING today. After having had a horrible experience at Bird Road Subaru, this restored my faith in mechanics and mankind in general. I went because my oil light started flickering on and off. I'm about a week early for an oil change but figured maybe a recent road trip to north Florida might have pushed it. I also had recently bought a headlight to replace one that had gone out but being a relatively clueless female, I didn't have the confidence of popping the hood and removing the several components necessary to reach the light socket. I called ahead of time and they said sure, that they do it and charge a small labor fee. No problem. So I went. I explained why I was there and I was told I could stay hanging out in the car, and after some investigation under my hood, that I just needed a top-off -- not an oil change -- they'd do it for me, no problem. Then they took the new headlight bulb and it was quickly returned to me -- it was just a connection issue that they were able to resolve. Getting kind and honest people instead of swindlers or those who robotically perform tasks without thinking to make a buck or two (especially when it's obvious you're a clueless female)... it's rare. But if you're looking for that kindness and honesty, this is the place. I will definitely be bringing my car here for service from now on!Services: Electrical, Oil change

Victor made me feel as if I were a valued customer. I wasn t pressured into buying anything I didn t want, and was informed of things to look out for in order to keep my vehicle in top shape. To pair with this the service was super quick. I ll be returning here for my next oil change.

I came in to this Jiffy Lube a few days ago to get my Bronco's radiator flushed. I came to this Jiffy Lube because it had the best reviews of all other Jiffy Lubes in the area near me. I had a pleasant experience. Staff was courteous, the place felt safe considering the times we live in. The cost was provided beforehand, the manager personally tended to me. I felt the work provided was thorough, they went above and beyond. Now that I know what other services they provide, I will be sure to be back here in the future.

I do my regular maintenance to my car so I just need to do the oil change this time. I stopped there and the price seemed fair. When the car was in the service area a women started telling me some non sense more things that my car needed. I told her that if my car had all that problems I will better took it to my regular mechanic. She told me that they already started working on my car so I could not leave. At the end , my $ 125 initial bill was $ 380. I really regret going there. I can understand why the place was totally empty when I was there and another customer run before they started anything. The mechanic did not even talk, just the women attendee was aggressively raising the bar. I do not Know if all the location will be the same but basic on this experience, I will never use the brand again.

Phenomenal, quick service! There were 8 cars in line ahead of me, on a Saturday afternoon, and we were serviced and out the door in 1 hour. The staff were all friendly to my small children as well! The bathrooms weren't the cleanest, but you dont go to jiffy lube for a clean restroom. We will absolutely use them for all future oil changes

I was very pleased to take my vehicle for an oil change at this location. The manager, Anthony, ran over to my car and said that he was ready to complete the oil change within 25 minutes. I was shocked but very pleased since he kept his word.Both Anthony and his assistant were very very Polite and efficient. I will be returning within two weeks to change the oil on another vehicle.
