I had been about 10 months without a working AC in my vehicle until I visited this auto shop. Not only was I given a reasonable rate for having my AC fixed, but I was given a lifetime warranty. My vehicle was handled with the utmost care and the customer service was great. I recommend anyone to get their vehicle serviced here because I definitely will if any problem should arise again.

I went to get my catalytic converter checked out and the lady/ owner of the shop was very honest and attentive with me and spoke clearly on everything, as far as pricing , parts, and the process of the work. Had a flat tire in my Tundra. Caught a screw in between the tread.J&J plugged the tire, replaced the spare underneath the flatbed and sent me on my way in 20 minutes. Been going there for 25 years. Professional, reasonable and they care! Thank you J&J for a great job!

They try to scam by telling me my truck needed a bunch of repairments they wanted $1000 went somewhere else they charge me 250 for everything saved $750 be careful going there seriously

Excellent mechanic shop, honest and reliable. Always gives me much a better price than what I would pay at the dealership. This shop is well equipped and has top-notch equipment, from tires installation and rotation to alignment. Thanks Ignacio and Odalys!

This guy Ignacio, who is suppose to be the owner at this mechanic shop. He was suppose to fix my car, kept it for over 3 months, never told me what he was suppose to fix and never communicated me to see if I authorize parts and service that needed to be replaced on my car. Then, we he finally had some news of the whereabouts of my car, he gave me a ridiculous cost for the repair, way overpriced. Probably more expensive the repair than the car. He never provided me with a written invoice, only thing he did was send me a lien!!! No other way of coming on terms. He is now planning to steal my car. This place is a rip off. Now, he is forcing to take my car by a lien. I never even seen an invoice of the repairs! Never use this people. They are crooks!!

I had a couple of things repairing spending over $3500 with them. I went back for small ac issue and owner was not there but Sam was very disrespectful and wanted to charge me exorbitant amount without checking anything.I checked online and even if it was as he guessed noone in the country was charging that high amount for job. Not a nice way to treat a client who has spent that much money and recommended other clients.

One of the greatest place I have been too. Honest owner and crew members. Price is Lowest of all the other places I have been too. Recommend alot of my Family members to this place. Highly recommend this place.

All workers are dishonest especially "Igancio", there always floppin the prices. Tried once there aligment i got on special for buying 4 old dry tire the aligment left my steering wheel sideways when they were finished. Do not come see these unprofessional people or you will regret it.

Horrible service! I literally just called them to find out about replacing a header collector gasket. And he said to me very rudely "this is not like A McDonald's, that you can just come and out. You going to have to make an appointment"Stay away from here.

Very honest shop. Thank you Ignacio and guys for fixing our AC at a very good price and not trying to rip us off. Honest mechanics are very hard to come by nowadays!

My car muffler needs fixing, they said I was rusted, I need it ti change 50% of the pipe, they want to change me $260 , I call Frank muffler shop, the fixing was done for $50, not even a fraction what this j&j want to charge me.

DO NOT GO THERE. Rudest people ever. They lifted my car and broke my side skirt. Now i got to go to court because they didnt want to fix it or pay for it.

Do Not Go There. Nothing but money hungry mechanics. They are the reason no one trusts mechanics. They over charge for parts AND labor.

Excellent attention from Odali initially, the workers Denis and Pedro. I went for a change of sensors from my old tires to the new ones, balancing them and aligning them, the service was excellent, the best of all was that I didn't have to make an appointment and they solved everything on the spot. I recommend it 100.Excelente atenci�n por parte de Odali inicialmente, los trabajadores Denis y Pedro. Fui por un cambio de sensores de mi llantas antiguas a las nuevas, balanceo de las mismas y alineamiento, el servicio fue excelente, lo mejor de todo fue que no tuve que sacar cita y solucionaron todo en el momento. Lo recomiendo al 100.

NEVER NEVER EVER STEP IN THAT WORKSHOP..IF THERE WERE ZERO STARS I WOULD PUT IT ON. THE WORST THING IN CUTLER BAY. THEY ARE NOT MECHANICAL... THEY ARE HANDYMAN, OR LANDSCAPING. BUT NOTHING ABOUT MECHANICS.
