I m not really a review person & rarely ever leave one but I had such a good experience so I thought I would share.. I contacted Kris because I found him on offer up & starting messaging him about potentially leveling out my truck & getting a new set of wheels as I just bought a brand new F150. I instantly went the next day to check out the options, I picked out my wheels & showed Kris some pictures of what I wanted & he ordered my wheels right away, along with Nitto tires. Wheels took 3 days to get to their shop & my truck was dropped off at 8am and ready by 2pm. My truck came out better than I could ve even wanted. Alignment was perfect. They did a 2.5 inch leveling kit, new wheels, tires, balancing, alignment, & transferring of the sensors. Everything was done fast & correctly. Thanks again Kris! Stay away from this shop. They stole my money for a service they should not have completed and did not inform me of the issues at the time yet later on claimed they did. I reckon the good reviews come from people who know someone there because there's just no way. Zero professionalism and the woman that runs this place talks about the cars as if she is all knowing. Only to try and rob you of hard earned money. I changed the tie rods in my vehicle and decided to take my car here to get an alignment as the pricing was fair. After driving my car for a couple miles; my car started pulling again. I returned the following day, a Friday, which she told me there something was loose on my suspension at the time of alignment. Then, why did they perform service? To do an alignment, they would have needed to regulate the bolts holding the tie rods. They also didn't drive my car prior to aligning??? Anyways, the lady told me to return on Monday for a complimentary inspection. Okay, more time wasted but sure, I'll come back. When I returned on Monday, she had two of her men run an inspection on my car, which I stood and watched the whole time. The gentleman who worked on my car, was no longer working there (within the span of 4 days) so he was unable to take responsibility. I had to deal with two men who didn't so much as try to communicate with me. Actually, most of what was discussed about my vehicle was done in another room so I couldn't hear. They ended up telling me I needed 400+ worth of labor plus any parts I would need for an issue with my drive shaft. Of a 2015 Honda civic with 87k miles... She then refused to give me the paper with the so called estimation, claiming it would cost $80 to receive it. I understand that a shop will charge for an estimation, but I only wanted to see the paper as my Spanish isn't perfect. I can communicate just fine but there are some words I do not know and I had never heard the ones they were using. I know that estimate was garbage and inaccurate. And, why tell me you would inspect my car free of charge and then change your word? Needless to say, I took my car to have it inspected somewhere else and they said everything was fine. This business lacks professionalism, ethics, and integrity. A lot of the good reviews I see are from people with trucks and maybe that's the caveat. It shouldn't matter what car I drive or if I'm a woman. But it's clear that this business only cares about money. I had to get my car realigned at another shop, so in the end, I spent more anyways. Whatever reply I receive from this business to this comment will be a weak attempt at damage control. Disgusting experience and slimy people working here. I would never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. Sorry.

First time customer , walked in and all employees helped out with all my questions and financing was super easy I was in and out in 1 day with everything my truck needed , including necessary mechanical work and new rims and tires. DO NOT GO HERE My step dad got robbed at this place. THIS SMALL BUSINESS WILL REMAIN SMALL DUE TO ITS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not go through with what they initially say from the jump start. He bought a brand new set of rims and tires and was told he would have 35k miles warranty and it hasn t even been 6 months nor 35k miles and they said it was not under warranty. They first wanted $150 plus taxes and then once the money was given to them they asked for an additional $135. ROBBERS! YOU GUYS WILL GO NO WHERE HENCE ALL THE REST OF THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!! THE PHOTOS SHOW THE TIRES AFTER ONLY 6 months

I had a terrible experience with this tire shop. After driving a long way to pick up a tire I had purchased, they claimed to have sold or misplaced it. The owner seemed disoriented, raising concerns about their competence. It was a frustrating and inconvenient ordeal.

These guys are the absolute best. Amazing customer service and they do phenomenal work. I will absolutely recommend all of my friends to Chris. It s hard to find stand up people nowadays I drove over an hour to come to him. It is absolutely worth every mile

Stay away. Save yourself headaches and car problems. Trust me is not worth it. They always write a response right after to excuse themselves for the bad service. I had airbags on my truck , they promised me that a six inch lift kit wasn't going to affect the airbags. I paid for the lift for the entire truck, they only put the lift in the front and where using the airbags to level the truck without me finding out. They got paid in full and did a half job. I drove off without noticing. Few days past I went back and they were playing it off as of it was something I agreed to do. They charge me for the complete kit front and back and only install the front. The guy name Chris which is also the owner told me to come back next day cause they had to order the parts cause they lost the remaining. Finally when they arrive christ told me don't worry I'm working all night to install them. After 6pm his wife called my phone which I have all the text messages for future reference told me that she was going to call the police on me cause I was holding their employees against their will. I ended up living my truck overnight and christ promising me it was going to be ready next day. When next day came I came to find out that the airbags were remo ved from the back cause he couldn't install the 6 inch kit, after he promised me it could be done when I first purchased the kit. I entered in a text message battle with his wife cause she wanted to charge me $400 dollars for removing the airbags without telling me in advance or giving me a receipt. Long story short I had to leave my truck another night cause the shocks did not arrive on time. I went thru hell and back with this people. They lie to you. They have poor and I mean poor customer service and they don't own up to their promises. Stay away, this people are wolf's dressed as sheep's. If you value your money and your time stay away from this delinquents. Ontop of that. One of his employees was telling that they make them work overtime and they don't get paid for it. That they were looking to sue them. They're bad people overall, please stay awayService: Steering & suspension repair

So I search for places to lift my truck and found Imco enterprises and explained to them that I m was installing 20/12 wheels with 35 inch tires and they said it will work with a 4 lift so I went ahead and approved the work then proceeded to install the wheel and tires. Ends up they rubbed really really bad so I asked them make some cuts which is common when adding aggressive tires to your truck so I then again approved to cut and trim the fenders and they butchered my car (see photos attached) and last but not least I picked up my truck and my windshield is broken cause they locked the keys in the car. NO REIMBURSEMENT FOR THE WINDSHIELD AND THEY STILL EXPECTED ME TO PAY FOR THE BUTCHER JOB THEY PERFORMED.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

One star is too much for this business,Stay away from this place. I had purchased tires and rims from them.Luisa in their front desk is nice until you paid her after that, she turns into a rude, privileged, and demeaning individual.She charged me for 5 new sensors,if you see the pictures in the shop have exactly the same valve(no sensors)I call Luisa she said by phone I personally changed the sensors or somebody else switched,so my point is they charge me for the sensors never was installed and she avoided the complain 100%So who knows have manny time this places charging people and never install the parts or etc.Service: Tires

If I can give this place a negative star I would. I dropped off my vehicle early on Saturday morning for wheel balance and wheel alignment.When I arrived there was only one vehicle in the entire bay and they were finishing up the alignment on it. I was told I was going to be next. I dropped off the car and walked over to my gym, which is about 2 blocks away.I came back an hour and half later and my car had not been started. There was about 4 other cars in their bay that came after me.Completely wasted my time. Unfortunately, this one of those shop that you need to be on top of them. Sad that this kind of service is still around in 2023.Services: Tire rotations, Wheel alignment

I will definitely recommend not going there, they do fake online FB advertising. I contact them for a set of Toyo tires with mounting and balancing included. When i arrived there in early morning what a surprise. A lady called Andrea received me and said, i don't have anyone to install the tires. Anyways i ask to see the tires and guess what..... tires never exist or the sale never was legit. We just sold it!!!, not true!!! We text late night before and i went to the store before they open. I hope someone has enough time to pursue this type of scams and put this company out of business.

This shop was recommended by a friend, and he was right about service products and price. They made a make over on my Jeep grand Cherokee, tires rims and a lift kit.The final product is amazing and very happy with their professionalism and accurate description of their products.I will be coming back to finish some other projects that I have pending.

Great shop.Luisa was patient and sent me multiple pictures to help me make a choice. Once lift kit arrived my truck was completed in about 5 hours. Wheels,tires,lift and alignment turned out great. They offer great warranty and the work quality is very good. I am very pleased with the service and completely love my truck. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of work and they help finance as well. Recommend 100%. Thanks guys.

Im not usually the type of person to write reviews, but after my experience here i had to. I saw the 3 star reviews for IMCO but decided to give them a chance, thats where i messed up. I took my jeep to have a lift installed. I was given an estimate by the woman inside and when I spoke to the mechanic it turned out to be way more then the estimate. I brushed it of as simple miscommunication between employees and was told the car would take about 8 hours to install the lift. Long story short, my car was in that shop for almost two weeks. On top of that the mechanics that work there have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They broke the strut on my vehicle and had to order another to install it which took about another week. Once my car was finally ready the second i go over a bump there is loud clanking coming from both sides of the suspension. Turns out the mechanics left bolts loose on the suspension. To wrap things up i took my car to them on December 29th and it is now January 28th and i am still hearing noises in my car that were never there before. I had to resort to go to a completely different shop out of fear of them fixing my car and making it worse. I feel bad for Chris because he is the only mechanic who knows what he is doing, unfortunately he couldn t fully work on my car because the other mechanics have no idea what they are doing and need to be supervised. Im almost 100% sure that the other mechanics are not even qualified to be working on vehicles. If you are thinking of coming here, save yourself the stress and go literally anywhere else.

This company is owned by a mother and a young son that blame their customers for taking their vehicles to their facility for repair. They do not check Vin number or confirm the year of the vehicle what they rely on is the customer to give them the year make and model even though the car is there present for them to check everything.I do not recommend this location whatsoever and be careful that they don t take your money for ordering the incorrect parts

Stay away from this place. I had them install a lift kit and purchased tires and rims from them. The lady at the front desk is nice until she swipes your credit card, after that, she turns into a rude, privileged, and demeaning individual.I took my truck on a Monday, They told me my truck would be ready the next day, next day came, then they said it would be ready by 10am, 10 am came, now it's going to be ready by 5pm. This continued until Friday at 5pm, in which my truck was still not ready. I stayed there until about 8pm to take my truck home.On the drive home, rattling everywhere. The next day, I tightened loose bolts, changed tire sensors, and took it to get aligned elsewhere, which means spending $ I had already paid to imco, for a job they obviously didn't complete. I still noticed some rattling and was able to figure out the driver side shock was completely missing the top bolt. At this point, even though I would rather take it anywhere else, I took it back to imco to allow them a chance to remedy the situation. The older mechanic man told me it doesn't take a thru bolt- seriously? The lady at the front desk, which is the owner, implied that I must have taken off the bolt myself, like I don't have better things to do with my time.Over $5,000 spent and wasted at this place. Incompetent and a safety hazard. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want the job done right.

Scam!! they advertise a price and when you get there it s way more expensive, the excuse is that that was a special witch was never described in the post and they do this to make you drive there and try to sell you what they can. Because of this kind of people running businesses Miami is getting worst and worst, so unprofessional and not even an apology after I drove 45min there. Don t waste your time go somewhere else.

I bought a lift kit and a set of 22 4 months ago. When they first installed rims they scratched them because of machine they have. With a fight they replaced them. All good till now. After that they had a really bad vibration so I was told that is was the rt tires I purchased. So OK. Lets change the tire so I went and purchased a new set of at Nitro. And extra 1100. So while they changed my tires they went and scratched all rims again and they truck still vibrates. So i jist went by and she said it was me that scratched truck. Beware they are liars and they will rip you off. They don't want to help. Don't buy from these people. just in case they remove this cause I am sure they will. beware. Beware.

Terrible service. I got rims & tires & they didnt have a key/lock for rims. Luis never called me & some days after I called & the owner himself tells me that it should be there, he would call me back & never did. So hours later I call again & his wife tells me it should be there so I go 10 mins later & it doesnt close at 4 they close some time before 3:00pm so I went for nothimg
