Worst place ever! The so called manager nearly assaulted and harrassed us by following us. This place shouldn't even be operating with the so called customer service they offer.BIG THIEVES! Who knows what type of employees they hire! Sell you parts and invent account numbers that can't be even found when you go in for "warranties," they probably pocket the money and management acts like they don't even know!Service: Battery

This place is an absolute mess. They has us waiting for my car to be done for over 4 hours just for an oil change. People are really non responsive once you get there and call you a million times to set up this appointment to service your car. I leased my car from this dealership but will NEVER come back for any kind of service ever again. Also the last time I got my oil changed here I also had to wait a crazy amount of time. They were supposed to also wash my car and gave it back to me about 5 hours later without a car wash. I don't understand how this business functions.Service: Oil change

Left my car at 10 am Thursday for oil change. Never called me to pick up nor to let me know what's going on with my car. My birthday and canceled my trip. Next day pick up and didn't know if was ready. They charge full.price too. So anointed.

I had a 10am appointment for an oil change. I arrived to the dealership for my appointment only to be told it would be 2-3 hours for an oil change. Yes, unbelievable. So I find a restaurant in the area have brunch return at 2pm to find out my car hasn t been touched. I m in shock. I speak with the Service Manger Carlos (great guy by the way) who was very empathetic and understood my frustration and was willing to work with me. Finally about 45 minutes and 2 conversations layer my car comes out from the service area with Leo. And to my surprise my bumper is totally unattached from my car. My response is REALLY his response oh it s nothing. Yeah to you!! I m overly agitated at this point. The service manager is of course embarrassed and tells Leo to take it back and make sure it s repaired correctly. I wait another 20 minutes and finally my car comes out. Get on 95 . my tire pressure is low on brand new tires!!! I knew once I voiced my concerns something else was going to go wrong with my car. With that being said I will never take my car back to BRICKELL HONDA. I m sorry I cheated on Rick Case and purchase a car from this dealership. Never again. Thoroughly disappointed.Services: Brakes, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

I had the WORST experience ever when getting my car serviced there. Julian Nunez was very rude, lied and said he informed me of the place closing at 6pm in which he did not. He does not have good customer service etiquette and left me stranded with my daughter. Thank GOD for Jorge Morales he helped me get my car out of the service shop even though he did not have to do so. I WOULD NOT recommend the service dept. to anyoneServices: Brakes, Oil change

Today, I had my Honda Civic schedule for maintenance. The bill came out to $500 and something dollars. I received a message by the service advisor my car was ready at 11:51 am. I went during my hour lunch @1 to pick up my car. I paid the money, It took the customer service team 10 minutes to find my car. I was speaking to my husband who was waiting in his car and telling him that the personal couldn t find my car and i was getting frustrated that my car couldn t be found. The customer service personal asked me 3 times, what my car was, when he had the paper of the information. There was another personal that heard me speaking to my husband and he said that we didn t lose your car, we are looking for it. The way he spoke to me was rude and disrespectful. He walk towards me in attack mode. I was waiting for my car outside in the hot sun. The personal that was in charge of looking for my car didn t know where it was. But when he went back to check, my car was still being serviced. Once I got my car, the guy attacked me with the excuse my car wasn t lost. It was still in the shop. He made me feel scared with the way he was. I had good experience with Brickell Honda. Since I bought my car, i always went to Brickell Honda but not anymore. That man did not treat me with good customer service skills. I left Brickell Honda at 1:45 pm with no time to eat lunch.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Brakes, Air conditioning, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Felt like a runaround just to get service. People kept sending me to one cubicle then another then kept looking at me like I m crazy vs asking what can we help you with today. Process was easy for an oil change but for a morning appointment and then for it to take as long as it did seemed a bit much. I also didn t appreciate when trying to find my way the guys outside service center that give you your car were just ventanita chatting with no interest to help me when I needed. Can t say it was a huge deal but it s all in the details for me.

I came in contact with Diana Mergarejo who helped me look for the specific car I wanted. Diana drove to where I work and showed me the car and completed my application there. At the end of the day thanks to Diana I went to the dealer to sign and drive. Diana went beyond my expectations. Took the time to answer all my questions made it very easy and comfortable. Very professional and knowledgeable with the products.

Had an appointment set up by Honda to replace air bags when I got to dealer they told me there was no work order for that and sent me away. Honda called me back a few days later to check how it went because I was supposed to get a $50 gift card. The dealer told Honda that I never showed up, but I have the printout that the dealer gave me. The service person that I dealt with was Orlando Nova. Honda told me they sent an email of the order to the dealer and the dealer confirmed that they had the part and scheduled the repair.

I m here at Brickell Honda which is the worst car dealer to come to. I had a 11am oil change appointment and here it is 1:38 and they just pulled my car in for service. This place is the worst and I would never send anyone her to buy a car or service they re car!!!!!

They don't have time to find the real problem, i been told need spend almost $6000 to fix leaking, they just want change everything looks like have oil on it, I can't believe it

Edgar Valle went above and beyond to help my mom get into her new 2021 Odyssey. He did not make her feel pressured or pushed her to a specific vehicle. She got the vehicle she was looking for and is extremely happy. Thank you Edgar
