Just came here for the first time and wow. I was shocked.The price for an oil change is the same as anywhere else but the staff, the zero wait, the speed of the service, all make it worth more!I just drove up, and they immediately got to work. I was in and out in 15 mins. And that's when them also working on a different car as well. I will be recommending this place highly to family and friends who hate getting oil changes because they just don't have the time.I will most definitely be getting all my oil changes here from now on. They also offer 30% off your 3rd change and your 5th change is free!

I was a loyal customer of this place but since they switched management I would not recommend it to anyone. They charged me for things I didn t ask for. They gave me a long list of things that they checked but all they did was change my oil. I was overcharged and they didn t ask me any questions on what I needed they just billed me for everything. I even asked the guy why he was charging me so much , and all he said was oh because you needed 6qt of oil. I know an oil change doesn t cost $130. I will never go back to Hometown lube for any service.

First time going here and they did not disappoint! I was attended quick .I pulled up , was asked my information, and what service I needed .The tech went to work right away , the oil change was quicker than other places I have been .The man I spoke to informed me I had a battery issue and showed me the issue (spark every time I would start the car). He tightened the battery terminal and cleaned it out for me for free .we started the car again and the spark stoped . They didn t try to upsell me anything, straight to the point , plus complimentary cold drinks (soda, water ) while you wait in your car !No only that , they have a rewards program that you can unlock 20% off your 3rd visit and your 6th oil change is completely free ! Definitely won me over as a repeat customer!Service: Oil change

Went today, 12/31/2023. The manager was extremely pushy with his sales tactics. And, according to them my car arrived there with a damaged oil pan, oil leak, coolant leak and an unusual engine noise. But, he didn't think to mention any of that to me. He also shorted me a 1/4 quart of oil, my Nissan Juke uses 4.75 not 4.5 qts. Two stars, because the tech which was the only reasonable person there offered me a sprite on the way out.

Very nice. Accepted Groupon without trying to add extras. Didn't try to force extras, just did their job very quickly and efficiently AND WELL - and pointed out if anything else recommended to be done. Re-set oil sensors without being asked. Well worth the drive!

We where greeted by Brian when we arrived for our oil change. All I can say is he had a great attitude and had excellent customer service. Brian and his team where great!! This will be our new oil change shop!!

Brian is one of the few people i trust when it comes to the services needed on my car. Prices are fair considering the inflation on basically everything now a days. The services he provides, the customer service care, the speed whether or not it s busy is spot on. I understand taking longer than 10 minutes when it comes to a busy day and it never bothers me. He also offers refreshments free of charge while waiting. This last time I went for an oil change it was in and out without an issue and he even had time to check my air filter and cabin filter for my A/C. 10/10 this place would fall apart without Brian and would never be the same!Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Battery

They opened the store in time. Since this is the second time I use their services, my Vehicle info was already in the system, so everything was faster than usual. They do a good job. I guy Bryan was really unprofessional bad way to approach wanted to push a synthetic oil when i always use regular at other hometown lube got mad he said that he will report it that i couldn't sell the truck... like dude its my truck and he said that is 110$ gor regular oil change i always go to the one on 10730 sw24th and they charge always 89$ went back to 107 had my service done with no issues. I hope this Bryan is not the manager really bad service

Good, quick, and professional job. Easy in and out. They have all kinds of oil and filters. Accept CC, have toilet, and a phone charger in the waiting room.

If you want to deal with a guy that loves to be sarcastic and has an attitude for anything he says, this is the place to go. Most disrespectful guy I've ever met. I was driving by the front door and they have the chains up so I asked him if they where open for oil changes and his answer was "what does it look like?". Then I asked if its by appointment only or walk ins accepted, he responded "read the signs". Of course, I took my business elsewhere.

Everyone was super nice, the free soda was a nice touch. Really quick but quality service, and you don't have to leave your car. They didn't struggle changing my oil filter which other shops usually have trouble with or don't bother changing it at all. Would definitely recommend. Went with Royal Purple and have noticed my car has taken very well to it.Service: Oil change

Everything was fast and easy. I never left my car and I was offered a refreshment to drink for free. Will definitely be coming again for my oil changes. UPDATE... came back a second time I don't think the whole transaction took 15 minutes. Once again got my free can of Coke LOL. Everything was fast very professional and everything is running well. Definitely recommend them you don't even have to leave your car.

I use Hometown Lube for all my vehicles and I highly recommend them all the time to anyone who lives nearby. They are professional,quick,efficient, and convenient. They always help me even small things that are not even within their scope. They are always kind and hospitable offering a beverage every time I go there. I usually get my oil change at Midas . Today I decided to check out this hometown lube. Wow, I was impressed by the services . Gustavo was very nice and knowledgeable. I ask him a million question about cars service and he answer all my questions. From now on I will only bring my car here for oil change . Ask got Gustavo

Very Good Service. Brandon and David changed my oil very quickly. Brought my 5-yr old daughter to see how oil gets changed, and with the free soda inside think she will be coming every time with me. Recently moved to the neighborhood, planning to come back.
