I have to say working with Golden Glades Collision was smooth easy and fast. Liz and eddie got me set up with my rental had everything ready for me from the start got my car fixed with insurance in less then 2-3 weeks here are the before and after pictures. I appreciate you guys everything went smooth and easy i highly recommend using this company for your repairs. Thank you guys!

Brought my 2023 bmw here and I am so happy with the service. Fair price and the turn around was quick and they got me scheduled on short notice. It s like the damage was never there and they even saved me a trip to the car wash.

Fast & ReliableElizabeth on administration managed my expectations and said it could take up to 5 days to finish my car. Nevertheless, the job was completed in 2 days. I am so glad I found Golden Glades Collision. Their location is super convenient and the service is excellent. Communication with Eddie when I first inquired and throughout was great. I was quickly provided with an estimate, the price was very reasonable (much better than other 2 estimates I got) and my car was fixed in 2 days! I truly appreciated their service and I am happy to recommend their services to others.

Living in Miami we do a lot of street parking, unfortunately one night after dinner I came out to the driver back side dented in. I made a call to Eddy and he was able to get me in right way. Eddy walked me through the whole process of what needed to be done and what to expect in the process. Elizabeth in the front office was also very friendly and helpful in the process, she even went the extra mile to stay late on the evening I was due to pick up car. Excellent service and friendliness of the staff. I received 3 quotes for my job and they were by far the cheapest clearly explaining they "only" needed to do one thing vs. what the other shops wanted to do to make it done properly. The service was done in a very timely manner, with a fair price and great customer service. My local car repair shop sent me there and I so appreciate it.

I purchased this car and I was prepared to break the bank fixing it I wanted it bad. EDDY had a heartfelt convo with me and explained this wasn't worth time or energy not only but the dealer had did something extremely unlawful to the vehicle. As a business man he could've collected a easy 15k but he chose integrity and I will forever appreciate that!..Services: Transmission, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

This shop was recommended by my mechanic and they have not disappointed. Eddy and Liz have awesome follow up skills and more importantly communication. Things happen but to me what's important is good communication and they have that essential skill. The job itself was great, I had my whole bumper crashed and they fixed it and made my 2011 Mitsubishi looks brand new. I would def recommend them.Service: Painting

I m so happy I found this team of professionals and honest people that delivered on their word and gave me and my car a truly royal treatment.I quoted with so many shops and no one came near as close to the best price that Golden Glades gave me. They were very honest about the pieces that could be fixed and those that needed replacement. Unlike all the other shops that quoted me and simply wanted to buy all brand new body parts and charge me ridiculous amounts.I can honestly say that Eddy and Elizabeth will be my trustees for life and I fully recommend them and trust them to treat you as nicely and honestly as they treated me.Thank you Golden Glades my car is beautiful again.Emerson.

As long as I live in Miami I will never go anywhere other than Golden Glades Collision for work on my car. My wife and I have had a few incidents with our cars recently and Eddie and his team have surpassed our expectations each and every time. All I can say is WOW! I have a 1997 Porsche 911, it s my Baby! If you check out the site you will see photos of my Black Porsche. I am extremely picky person and demand great work. By chance I was introduced to the team at Golden Glades Collision and couldn t be happier with the family run organization. Ed Jr. was incredible. The paint job looks showroom quality, like a mirror to be honest. I was a little nervous at the beginning but after I saw other work, they had done in addition to chatting with Eddie I was good to go! I highly recommend Golden Glades Collision. Great Team! They did an ok job. But the owner Eddie has serious anger issues and needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. Never have I been treated worse at any business establishment than the way I was treated at Golden Glades Collision.I came here with 2 fixes - a dent in my lift gate and some damage to my left door. The work was quoted to me as being 2 days and I was about to go out of town for a week and a half. So I left the car with them and left for my trip.The day I came back in town (Sunday) I texted Eddie to see if the car was ready. He said it was done, all it needed was a wash, and I could come in to pick it up the following morning.I texted Eddie first thing Monday morning to let him know I would be there when they opened to pick up my car. I arrived 15 minutes after the shop opened. The car was being washed but they told me it shouldn t take much longer. No problem. I sat in the lobby and waited another 35 minutes before it was done being washed. A little annoying, but no big deal.They then bring the car out front, only for me to see that they didn t take care of the damage to my front left door they had done the wrong treatment to it (touched it up instead of painted the whole door, which was discussed). When I pointed this out, Eddie blamed his colleague for this screw up and didn t even apologize. They would now need the rest of the day to finish the car.Here I was, having traveled out of my way to pick up my car, waited nearly 45 minutes, only to find out that they hadn t even finished the work that I had paid for. I was late for work for no reason, and now needed to come back at the end of the day.I then asked why they had kept me waiting there for so long when the car wasn t even done, and Eddie proceeded to SCREAM at me, causing a huge scene, saying I was telling him how to do his job. This guy has serious anger issues and a lesson in anger management and customer service.

The bumper of my car was messed up from the parking concrete barrier. I took my car to them one morning and they fixed it super fast. In addition, I m so happy because they were pretty honest and gave me a very good quote. My car looks like new. Thank you guys, you re the best!!!

Where to start..?Very bad service they over charge for the work they do, they estimate my reparations for over $4000 where another garage did it for half price.They didn t wanted to negotiate about anything and think that since you left your car here you will have to approve everything they said. Don t be scary to ask somewhere else s and ask a towing company to move your car. Somebody from the garage also took some cash that I left in my car.. very sad for a garage that should be trusted . The boss is rude and his son too.I don t doubt that they do a good job but they are not very honest. My car problem is solved but somewhere else s.

Found Golden Glades Collision on Google and decided to give them a call for some body work. They asked to text the pictures over and sent over an estimate on the work... I dropped the car off the same day and Eddie + Elizabeth were great. Eddie was super communicative all throughout the repairs. These guys do good, honest work and take pride in it. I don t often leave reviews, but I had such an amazing experience with golden glades collision and want to share it so others can choose here when needing repairs. My car was hit in a parking lot and had significant front damage. I chose to go to golden glades for an estimate because they were close to me and had great reviews, I cannot express enough how happy I am that I chose them! The entire staff is so friendly and knowledgeable, they gave me a transparent estimate and made the entire process so easy for me. They handled everything with my insurance so literally all I had to do was drop off my car and they took care of everything else, I didn t even have to pay a deductible! I am so grateful for this team, my car looks brand new again and the repairs were completed quickly. Thank you so much.
