GM Auto Tech, I ve been going to this place for a good while now. They always treat me with professionalism and respect. They are clear about the vehicle s diagnostic and what it needs, when it needs it. I regularly do my oil change and tire rotation here, and I m in and out. Not like those chain shops or even car dealers that take over an hour for something so simple. Even when I ve had a flat tire, I won t spend more than 30 min here, good work for less time consumption. They are always on point when it comes to a repair estimated work time.

If you are looking for an honest mechanic with great customer service, this is the place to go. I was a fool going anywhere else because I always have issues with greedy lying autoshops. They took great care of me here and with a great price, they were transparent with me the whole way and offered me the different prices and levels of services for my issue. I cant recommend this place enough. Ask for Carlos!

This a a good place my wife was in a business trip to Miami her car start giving her trouble and I call this guys and I speak with Rickey or maybe frank lol my dude take good car of her and the price was reasonable I recommend this place good customer service and honest guys. Wife is driving back to Georgia as im writing this comment.

My car was having trouble starting. I brought it to GM auto tech and they confirmed my suspicion of a bad battery. They quickly ordered a new one. New battery installed and back in motion within an hour.Service: Auto battery maintenanceService: Auto battery maintenance

Ricky is awesome and honest and so are his people. They're relatively quick (especially on weekdays) and reasonably priced! I'd definitely recommend and I drive all the way over there from kendall. They're worth the drive!

They installed a used tire on 05/29/2010 and on 6/17/2020 a big bubble Appear in the tire and was really hard to maneuver, A tow truck came and took my car to another mechanic to change that same tire! It should have not installed that tire on my car. Be careful on what they sell you!Service: TiresService: Tires

Horrible customer service specifically from Ricky. Price gouging for repairs. Charged me $86 for a diagnostic just because I decided to get the work done at a shop that quoted me a price that was $168 cheaper than what this guy was attempting to charge me. They also put a part on my vehicle and I told them not to touch my SUV. They had to take the part off. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AND MY BANK IS REVERSING THE $86 charge!

This people here are super professional and fast, i took my chevy camaro cause i had some shifting issues and they gave me a reasonable price, im definitely making this place as my home mechanic shop!!!

Mal�simo, son unos estafadores , me rompieron el auto y me lo dejaron as� , son p�simos mec�nicos, mediocres y no son humanos, careros y no son honestos . Tengo la peor experiencia de mi vida, tuve que llamar la polic�a para que me devolvieran mi dinero y llevarme el auto roto en una gr�a despu�s de estar m�s de 8 horas en el local. P�simo servicio, especial mente con el due�o del negocio. Me Dio un estimado s�per alto $1000.00 lo acept� . Deje el carro a las 9:30 de la ma�ana me llama a las 4:15pm que El carro le sali� otra piesa que ten�amos que cambiar . Le pregunt� que piesa era se molesto por que le estaba haciendo muchas preguntas. S�per mal eduacado, no me deja hablar . Le dije est� bien con fio en usteds. A la media hora estamos hablando que era las 4:45pm del D�a de ayer. Me llama el para decirme que recoja el carro pero por que no me va a dar el servicio. Le pregunto por que no entiendo solamente ven a buscarlo. De verdad que me quede sin palabras. Nunca me hab�a paso esto tan desagradable . No le importo nada. Solo su orgullo y enojamiento.
