I called at 9:53AM to inquire about a cargo van that was listed for $10,990. I spoke with Natasha to confirm its availability and that the price was correct. I told her that the price a little too good to be true I wanted to make sure it was not mistake. She assured me that it was available and the price was in fact, correct and was their special internet pricing. I told her I live over three hours away, but would really like to go ahead and purchase this vehicle for our business but I wanted to see some photos first as there were no pictures of the van online yet. She told me that she would text me photos shortly. I asked her if I should go ahead and put a deposit down to hold the vehicle because I did not want it to get sold before I could get down there. She assured me that they had just opened and it s very slow during the week and it was not going to be sold. She told me I will make sure it doesn t get sold to anyone else I told her I didn t mind putting a deposit down to hold it and she told me this was not necessary. She said she would text me photos shortly. At 10:40a, I called again. She said she was still working on getting the photos but would text me her info right after we got off the phone. After not hearing back I called a little after noon and she said that she was just about to call me to tell me that it was previously a mobile dog grooming van. She stated that there was quite a bit of rust on the interior due to water damage. I asked her if the engine was OK and she told me and ran fine, but she wanted to be transparent about the rust. I told her that I wasn t too concerned about the rust as we own a metal shop and could possibly fix it ourselves. I told her I was still interested in the van if she could please send a photo before I head down. She told me she would send photos right away. At 2:30, a gentleman from the dealership called to tell me the vehicle was no longer available and had sold. I asked him what happened and he said all I can tell you is the vehicle is no longer available and you live far away, so don t waste a trip down here. I told him that Natasha promised to hold the vehicle for me and I had offered multiple times to pay for it via wire over the phone or however, they take deposits and she told me this was not necessary. He told me he could do me a favor for the inconvenience by sending me some listings for other vans they had available for $25-$35,000. I felt like I was getting the runaround all day, but I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt assuming she was busy or maybe they were detailing it or possibly removing the business wrap from the previous owner. I m very disappointed to have been told that this vehicle would be held for me, and waiting all day to make the trip down to purchase it, only to find out that it was sold despite my numerous attempts to purchase it earlier this morning.

The sales young lady I forgot her name but very helpfully, gave my daughter lots of info since it was the first time leasing an electric car. Made the whole process easier and also the finance department and insurance great very attentive thank great group.

The worst experience of my life, read this testimony before buying a car in this dealership Ford kendall .This concetionary is a FRAUD, they act deceptively and with impunity. Your interest is to sell and optimize expenses as much as possible, without taking into account individual responsibilities, morals or economic, fatal or serious injuries that they can cause when delivering a vehicle in poor condition, with malfunction or mechanical failures.On October 22, I bought a used van that is supposedly inspected in fact, "they wanted to charge me this registration fee" and I managed to remove it, because this is the work and obligation of the concierge. (deliver the cars in optimal conditions to drive and create problems for the customer).Anyway, in 1 month I had to return the vehicle to the dealer 3 times and there can be a 4th, due to problems and failures that could be hidden or not .., as well as other details; in addition to erroneously executed actions, ineffective or poorly executed repairs among other things.Problems and failures: Frequent liquid spills from the 1st day, defective and different tires front and rear (they caused desperate noise, vibrations in the steering wheel, destabilization during driving and braking moment, the steering wheel was not returned in closed turns. And to close the issue, they never gave us a document of the detected failures and their repairs, even though they were requested.I do give 0 stars if possible.

Ok so as far as the service and work done to my vehicle it was great , it was done promptly and right the first time. So hats off to the techs and mechanic's for doing a great job But what made my experience worth remembering, what will make me recommend Kendall Ford to all my friends and relatives was the unparalleled customer service that I received from Terry she was so on top of her game it was a delight to have her take care of me before, during, even after my visit. This young lady was so sweet polite professional and knowledgeable. She took care of me the whole way through my service. It felt seamless she was ten steps ahead at all times from setting my appointment to making sure everything I asked for was attended to setting up my ride home even calling a few days latter to make sure everything was working properly. She made me feel like I was back in an era where customers were still important and respected even after they bought the product. If we could only find a way to clone her. Thank you Terry for making me feel valued and appreciated. My suggestion , have Terry train all your customer service staff it would make Kendall Ford the best of the best hands down.

I came here a couple of months ago for some recall work and to have an alignment completed. When I returned home I noticed that the underbody splash shield was hanging down because the mechanic ripped the shield and did not replace it with a new one. I contacted the dealer and they said they would fix the issue and would order a new part. When I brought my truck in the assistant service manager said that they might not have the part anymore. A few minutes later they said they had the part and would install it and deliver the car to my home. Yesterday I noticed the splash shield was hanging down a little and crawled underneath and noticed that they lied and did not change the part but instead zip tied the splash shield. You read that right THEY ARE USING ZIP TIES TO FIX PROBLEMS! I am sure that their response to my comment will be typical...please call us to discuss this problem. No, you should be reaching out to your customers to solve the problem. This place is terrible, the positive reviews are usually from new vehicle purchasers not from people that had to deal with their service department. If this dealership wasn't within 5 minutes of my home I would not come here.

My service advisor Terry, is easily one of the most attentive people in the industry. She set up the pick up and drop off service for me while I worked from home. From Terry to the kind people that picked and dropped off the car were extremely nice, and diligent. Got a alignment and a car wash all without leaving the comfort of my home. Hands down the best advisor in my opinion. Having a female advisor somehow makes me feel better. If you re a woman pls go support this amazing woman Terry. I promise you won t regret it.

Ashley was extremely helpful and transparent throughout the process of me purchasing a car. He knew what my budget was and he did everything in his power to help me stay within it, which is rare to find at dealerships. He even had the exact car I wanted brought over from another location to make sure I was truly happy with my choice. Ashley and the Ford team have officially turned me into a Ford girl!

I took my Explorer to Ford of Kendall for oxidation repair on the hood. Ford replaced the hood with a new hood that was painted by their contacted body shop, LeGarage. The NEW hood came back with a large dent, dirt under the paint, scuff marks and missing parts. After taking the car back to 3 times, each time returned in the exact same condition. I spoke with the service manager Fabian and he recommended taking it back until it's fix correctly. First, the body shop is not capable of doing good work or even average work. LeGarage do not take pride in their work. When I pointed out missing parts to the body shop, the guy said, "we don't have another Explorer here", implying he would have taken the part off another car to put on mine. Second, my hood is in such back condition, the only cost-effective solution is to replace the hood with another new hood which Ford of Kendall has not offered. It's only been a few months and the paint is flaking off. The hood would need to be stripped since paint adhesion is a problem and painting another coat on a poor surface will not stop the flaking. Third, my time is worth more than dealing with people who have no intentions of doing the right thing. No one should experience my frustration, hardship, and lack of response from any business.*** UPDATED 4/18/23In response to Ford of Kendall s post, I called the number and Jeremy, the Service Manager requested that I bring the car back and he will personally make it right. Major changes at Ford of Kendall, Fabian the service manager I was working with is no longer there and LeGarage, the body shop that did the hood repair is no longer used by Ford of Kendall. Still skeptical, but after speaking with Jeremy, I believed he would make it right and he did! The hood was repainted, and it looks great. Jeremy went above and beyond what I expected, he kept me informed, and personally inspected the repair for quality before delivering the car back to me fully detailed and spotless. This has been a very positive experience at Ford of Kendall and have changed my review from a 1 star to a 5 stars rating. I am impressed that Ford of Kendall valued my business, and I can definitely recommend Ford of Kendall now that Jeremy is there. I ve added a picture of the repainted hood.

I actually had a great experience with Ford of Kendall, I'm living in Woodstock Georgia, working in Miami and buying a house in the north Tampa area. I've been looking for an Explorer ST for awhile now and they had one come off lease that was fully loaded I mean this thing has EVERYTHING on it no options spared in this 2020 Red Explorer ST Street Pack. After they prepared it it looked brand new, 36 on the clock and runs smooth. The whole deal was made over the phone and I couldn't be happier with their quick response, service and the out the door price I received. It was a great experience and profit drove off with my newly Florida tagged 20 Explorer ST.

Alvaro Borges was a great salesman and helped me find the best deal on my new car. He was honest and gave me an OTD price right away, making the two-hours drive to the dealership worth it. He made sure the car was washed and ready to go by the time I got there and made sure that the car was on hold after I put the deposit down. Very reasonable and kind for the pricing negotiations and I couldn t be happier. It is hard to feel comfortable as a woman buying a car alone, and Alvaro was the only car salesman who made this experience an extremely positive one. THANK YOU!

Fantastic! Real pricing without the hard sell. Very fair price on extended warranty too. My salesperson was Ioannis, and the finance gentleman was Raul. Great team which gave me an honest deal up front without the stress. I had visited last year and they prior team was just as professional, but I wasn't ready to buy yet. A year later and I received the same great service from everyone: sales, finance & even the insurance team. Thx Ford of Kendall!!!

SCAMMER ALERT!!! Run away from this dealer. You call, they tell you a wonderful story to get you to the dealer, then Scam starts. When you call them out on scam they turn into very hostile people. The manager should be fired and the internet sales as well.

The service writers are friendly and helpful, they remember your name and make sure you know what to expect. I dropped off my vehicle for routine maintenance and expected to be a few hours. I got a call in just over an hour that my vehicle was ready. Rob even saw that I had Ford points that I could use to make the payment. I like the idea of getting what you are expecting or even better.

Update- Called the number from the owners response and it was another Ford dealership that picked up the phone. What a joke. Please call for yourself the number below. What kind of joke is this that they list the number to their competitor when they receive a review they don't like. I would stay clear of any business that treats their customers this way.--I preordered the ford lightning years ago and configured it 7 months ago. The truck is finally here, I go to buy the truck and it has 30 miles on it and was paired to Franco s iPhone . It s infuriating that they either used the vehicle I configured and custom ordered as a test drive vehicle or a manager took it on a joy ride. I called them out on it and they swore that the moment it arrived they had put a sold sign on it and no one drove it.I would have overlooked this issue if the whole transaction was not riddled with more lies and dealer games.I spent weeks up to the cars arrival communicating with the sales man. He seemed nice and it appeared we had ironed out the deal so that I could be in and out quickly. First lie was they promised they could match the Carmax appraisal and I would realize additional tax savings if I traded in the vehicle to them. They did not. Then they added a bunch of fees like nitrogen air and wheel locks and acted like they were doing me a favor by taking it off. They said things like I ll knock $900 off if we can get a deal but in reality all they did was remove the extras I didn t want and update the fee for a tag transfer which is cheaper. I wasted hours just getting back to the original deal we had negotiated before coming in minus the fact they would not match the trade in price.We got to the dealer to buy the truck at 1 and did not leave until 5. They did not even offer me a test drive. They did not walk me to the car or walk me through the features. I was simply handed the keys and a manila fold and ushered away.

First time I ever encounter a dealership service center with horrible client experience, lack of communication, lack of follow up and lack of courtesy call back from Managment. I took my 2016 Explorer to Lincoln of Cutler Bay due to my vehicle experiencing a lag/shutter when accelerating. Service manager Will sent me to visit Ford of Kendall on a Thursday as they weren't fit to perform the job as he advised me that their head technician confirm it was my vehicle's Torque Convertor Shutter. Will spoke to Frank (fords service manager) directly giving him the heads up of my issue. Come same Thursday Frank had someone take the explorer on a drive to diagnose it, which right after they told me that no it was not the torque convertor and that Lincoln of Cutler Bqy was wrong. I had shared with Brian Horta (advisor) that I had been dealing with Lincoln for three weeks now, spend over $600 for new sparks plugs to then be told that it was the torque convertor. I commented to him that it was already an inconvenience before where I had to juggle with my wife's car and two toddler seats. I told the service advisor it was important that they kept me in the loop so I can coordinate with my wife and have an idea of what to expect. Clearly, that was not the case. Same Thursday Brain told me it was bad fuel, but they couldn't confirm it 100% and they were going to have someone check Friday. Come Friday no follow up, after me calling 3-5 times with no pickup. Saturday, Sunday, Monday nothing. Come Tuesday Brian Horta tells me they are getting someone else to look at it. After multiple calls, no answers, and the 1 or 2 times Brain did get back to me was that they are still having someone else look at it. Come Thursday, week after I left it, I decided to just go pick up the car as it was affecting my job commute with no vehicle. After me calling Will, service manager from Lincoln of Cutler Bay that I was going to place a formal complain about Ford not following up and awful service and how they aren t responding in picking up my calls is when Ford decided to call me. Brian then had the audacity, after multiple complain and me sharing I would submit a formal complain to FINALLY call and tell me it's $3k to fix what they finally confirmed was indeed the torque convertor. This is not a service provider to go to, takes 6 days for a tech or even the head tech and their main guy to look at one car when we knew the initial issue. Go to Lorenzo or Midway Ford.I ended up just trading my car at another Ford and gave my business to them. I don t care about the positive reviews I ve seen on here about car buying because it s an overall image of the business. Don t deal with this people.
