Recently picked up 2 scooters at their miami store and Marcos was awesome. I came in looking to purchase open box Fluid Horizon and City Rider and they matched the online stores refurbished/open box prices. I was able to test drive a few models and walked out with 2 like new scooters at a great price. Getting 50% off service and parts on fluid brand scooters made the decision easy.

Both these scooters were bought at fluid. Unfortunately they were not able to get them fix for the customers. One sat there the entire warranty period. I was able to get both scooters fixed in less than a few days. They have no idea what they are doing.

Brought in my second hand scooter (which was originally purchased here) for service. The manager AJ assisted throughout the whole process and was great! Went above and beyond to help me configure the settings and provide tips. I met the mechanic who fixed my scooter and he seemed friendly as well. I recommend this place and will be coming back for future service

I drove from Georgia to here, just to try out electric scooters, as there aren't many places to try them. I tried out two I was interested in, without calling ahead, but I reccomend calling ahead, just to check the models available. Staff was friendly and helpful, and didn't try to upsale me, I did it to myself. I would come again, if I lived in the area. I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

I originally left a 2-star review on their website, which conveniently no longer exists. I ordered 3 Horizon scooters and 2 of them had the exact same defect... a detent in the steering. Also, the rear fender rattle is still there from V1, which is a VERY SIMPLE FIX, if they wanted to fix it. After posting my 2-star review I was contacted via automated email that I would receive a call from a representative "to make things right". I was never contacted, and that was 3 weeks ago. I'm actually disappointed because I really do like the Horizon scooter, the working one anyway. I'd give them 4+ stars if I was only reviewing the working scooter. Whatever happened to customer service? Take lessons from Costco!

I bought a scooter from this location and the scooter had a tiny issue and immediately they offered to take care of it with no questions asked..they let me upgrade to a Nami burn e2 model and the transaction went so smooth . Very attentive to making the customers happy . I was told to buy from here by a couple others in a Facebook group and I will recommend whoever is looking for a killer scooter and correct support and service after the sale to visit this store . Edgar and Adrian are Awesome people to deal with

I purchased a Nami Burn-E 2 from FluidFreeRide. Their service has been phenomenal. When I had a cosmetic issue with my scooter, I was just going to let it go. I didn't think it was worth pursuing. I mentioned the cosmetic issue online. FFR saw the post, found out I was a customer, and shipped me a replacement part at no charge without saying a word. I didn't mention them, prompt them, or encourage them. They did it 100% on their own, just to take care of me as a customer. That's... Amazing, right!? This is, hands down, the best company to buy an electric scooter from.

Had issue with rear tire. Kept leaking after 3 plugs. Went to the shop and AJ, Angel and Edgar had me back on the streets same day. Thank you for helping me out. If you buy in store you get a discount.

I'd heard that some of these online scooter dealers weren't very concerned with customer service after the sale... and for some of them, that may be true. But when my Wolf King GT Pro came with some shipping damage, FluidFreeRide was absolutely ON IT. They just wanted to make it right, above and beyond what was asked, and that speaks miles about their character and dedication to their customers. Well done guys. Will happily recommend you guys!

They have EXCELLENT customer service and do a fantastic job making sure they fix your problems. I called a head of time and told them what was wrong and once I walked in the door I was greeted and helped. They went out their way to make sure I was satisfied plus my scooter had no more issues. I would recommend they to anyone I know and everyone with a scooter! Great job guys and thank you for everything !!

So I just ordered a fluid Vista a week ago and it came today and right out of the box the rear wheel is scraping like metal on metal and after diagnosis with customer service from fluid they basically said you probably have a bent rotor. Mind you it's a $1,300 brand new scooter with zero miles on it. They have been very nice about trying to fix it and sending it to their local authorized scooter shop in the Boston area. It just sucks shelling out that cash and then day one is an issue. I guess this post will be a to be continued so we'll see how it ends up playing out if I get it fixed absolutely free of charge like I'm expecting..it'd be great if they throw in like a scooter bag or something for free for the waiting to ride/hassleUpdate: so I have come to an agreement that they're sending me a brake rotor which will be up here in Massachusetts in a few days along with a free cell phone holder and a promise after I pay out of pocket at the scooter shop in Boston to fix the broken rotor that they will reimburse me with proof of the receipts.. if everything follows through like promised, I will update this to definitely five stars..to be continuedUpdate: so a couple of weeks later now and they have sent a new disc and I have paid out of pocket to have the new break disc put on and they sent me a reimbursement check.. for a new scooter there are a couple other issues that I'm going to sort out like vibration in the deck and squeaky disc brakes the are a litte loud for a brand new scooter. Outside of a couple of minor things they have followed through with everything they have promised so I feel confident in this company completely.. if you're on the fence about buying from fluid free ride take my advice buy with confidence because a little bit of the extra money you're paying is for the exceptional customer service.. that alone is worth a little bit more then some of these cheaper companies with non-existent customer service..

I ve been on hold waiting for someone to pick up and not one person has answered. I m trying to buy a scooter for my son and nobody answers. I live about 2 hours and i need to ask a couple of questions before i drive down there to get it .after waiting 20 minutes a machine answered and said to leave a message. Very bad service! Not to mention the song while you wait, it s extremely annoying and very poorly made, oh and it repeats it self every second! You should have the option to be on hold without listening to that terrible song!

I m really pleased with how the Fluidfreeride team worked with us on our return. We didn t want to have to return our scooter as it is really well made and has a lot of power. It can clearly handle heavier adults. But for unrelated reasons, we have to return it. Thanks for working with us. Great customer service.

NO NO NO ! Absolutely do NOT waste your money, or if you have already purchased from this shell company be warned not to further waste good money on replacement parts through them when you can simply purchase them from Asia yourself through Banggood or Alibaba and roll the dice on wether or not you get what you paid for.They re customer service may have seemed great the time they overcharged you for your original purchase, but after they get your money they DONT CARE. If you do order a part through their website.. it is not fulfilled in Miami or California! It will be drop shipped from, I wanna say Vietnam? Or perhaps South Korea.. regardless, if you re ordering from FLUIDFREERIDE because you like the idea of having an American company domestically located in the event/ (INEVITABILITY) that your scooter breaks down, Do NOT be fooled. This is not that place. Trust me, I m not asking you for money!#NOTmadeinamerica #madeFORamericans

Purchased an Inokim OXO from these people, an almost 3000$/40MPH scooter and received it without any brake fluid in the hydraulic brakes (no brake function at all) Did some research and seems they have received complaints about this before, how is it still happening? Where is your quality control and customer care? You'd think a reputable company would want to avoid a possible lawsuit? Maybe they're waiting for a customers death to act on this? Avoid Fluidfreeride for your own safety!Will be recommending anyone I know to stay away from Fluid Free RideSince this review seems to have gathered much interested I thought I d post an update for those interested.Hydraulic fluid issue was resolved following week by local Inokim shop for a cost of 40$March 31 front motor stopped working, cost 467$ to replace at Inokim dealership even though Inokim claims to have a 1 year warranty.July 2 folding mechanism snaps while in motion, causing the stem to partially fold down and resulting in a crash while operating the scooter on the street.

This place is THE SPOT if you want to get a new, used or rent a scooter! The customer service is great, I had A.J help me throughout all my encounters and every time I left with a great resolution. I purchased a Mosquito scooter (BTW great scooter, lightweight, quick and easily foldable) and the only issues I had were after an accident. I took the scooter to the shop and they were able to fix everything with a discounted rate in parts and labor. I was very happy with the service and the scooter is still working great after a couple months.

I purchased 2 e-scooters from them, a Wolf Warrior X, and then a Fluid Mosquito. Also bought a couple fast smart chargers as well.Everything was perfect until my fluid mosquito died on me at 129 miles after only a month of very careful riding. I take *extra* gentle care of my things to keep them in new condition.The email process was a little slow at 1-2 emails per day but they stood by the warranty perfectly and didn't even have me pay return shipping on the faulty fluid mosquito which was super nice. They replaced the faulty Mosquito with a brand new unit and the process went very smooth- although a bit slow.Very good sellers, be patient and professional and they will treat you well in return. Thanks guys at Fluid!

Stopped by to check some models and test drive as well. AJ was amazing and very helpful. Busy with a sale, he was still able to talk to me and put me to test 3 models - Phantom, OXO, and Wolf King GT. Great place to buy, test, and fix your scooter.AJ knows a lot and has a lot of insights about all models.

I was pretty excited to see this shop. It didn t disappoint! Not only did they have a lot of different types of scooters, Edgar the sales rep really makes a difference. I got a flat and he really took care of me and the scooter. He is an asset! Highly recommended!

Worst service ever, they were great to sell me scooters but then nothing but a S#!+ show after. Scooters have to breaks and their service team is subcontracted out and just gives your the run around!! Do not I repeat do. Or buy from them! I bought two $3k+ scooters, one has 30% breaks and the other less than 10% and they will do nothing about it. It give you the run around! Such a shame as the owner preaches quality customer survive all of his videos. Look up break problems with wolf king pro and do yourself a favor and shop else where!!! They do. It stand behind anything sell you something and then you re forced to deal with a subpar subcontractor for service and I m 7 months in with the problem and still no fix, guess I ll need to get my attorney involved now.

This company is horrible. I purchased a $2500 mantis v2 pro. It came with broken brakes and a defective battery. I paid out of pocket to get the battery and brakes replaced. The battery replaced was also defective. I asked fluid to replace the scooter I was told no. Their customer service is terrible!

Just bought an Mantis GT today and it feels and drives amazing.What more amazing is is the customer service that ordered the scooter for me because I don t have an option to pay with card and payed cash in store.Customer service is great. Can t go wrong with them

I want A scooter that have a long range , very powerful motor., and lots and lots of fun. first of all the guys was amazing. They don t pressure you to buy anything they let you sit and choose . if you re not sure which one you want.. and they did not answer your questions up to your standard. You can always take them out for a test ride. I have been looking for a while for a Great electric scooter ,doing my research Reading other people comments about all the different electric scooters that are out there. Some of the horror stories of shipping package is damage. I decided to go local stay in my hometown. anything goes wrong with it I can always take it there . Get it serviced and keep it well-maintained. For me that was the big part of my decision. I have two daughters I m quite sure when they ride mantis they re probably gonna want one , which means I ll be seeing you guys soon. Thanks again guys my commute to work is now fun
