BUYER BEWARE!!! ! I went to this Firestone a couple of weeks ago to patch a tire with a nail in it. They charged me $30 for the patch which is pretty standard and went on my way after 30 mins. 3 days later the same tire was low on air again. I went back to the same Firestone and was told I had a new nail in it and it was not patchable because it was too close to the wall. Something didn't add up to me. So I had them put the tire back on and went somewhere else. At the second place I had them take the tire off to see of they ever patched the tire. To my surprise. They never patched the tire the first time. The nail was still there. They had charged me and done no work.I will never take another car to this mechanic and I would suggest the public avoid this establishment.

We ordered tires from tire rack with a pre-agreed installation amount of $116.64 and date of installation choosing Firestone on 137th Ave. and Miller (Store #27863 Managed by RAFAEL GUTIERREZ) .The tires were delivered directly to the store, and upon our arrival for installation, we were asked if we wanted some additional services in which we denied, and then proceeded to be told the installation price was going to be $190, more than what was agreed-upon without any logical explanation other than the price was wrong and could not cover the mechanics work. That, I explained, is between Tire Rack and Firestone s fee schedule and whoever manages that process.The manager Rafael was smug, condescending and had no justification for the increase. He shouldn t be Manager let alone customer-facing as he is a horrible representation for the company and brand. I strongly suggest to any Consumer to stay away from this store for their bait and switch and bad faith practices.

Oil change!!! Dont trust on this guysThey charge you for their mistakes. The last time I came to do an oil change and they tightened the oil plug too much, now they say they have to charge me for a new oil plug, when they were the ones who broke it.

Friendly and fast. I went for a full vehicle inspection. They were supposed to top off my fluids but they forgot the windshield wiper fluid. It makes me wonder what else they may or may not have done.

Though there was an ongoing online scheduling issue, Robert at the counter was able to get my truck serviced and answer all of my questions. They did install the wrong size wiper blades however I was told to return to have it corrected.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this tire shop. I made an appointment to have my performance summer tires replaced, and the employee I dealt with was incredibly condescending and unhelpful. From the moment I walked in the door, he tried to convince me that I didn't need the tires I wanted (and already had) and that I should go for all season tires instead. I explained to him that my car is turbocharged and tuned and has a lot of torque, and that I need performance tires to ensure proper grip on the road.However, he completely disregarded my concerns and continued to push the all season tires on me. He even went so far as to claim that there was no difference between summer tires and all season tires, and that it was all just a matter of labeling. He even insisted that the tires I requested were only for corvettes and mustangs . This was an outright lie, and it was clear that he either didn't know anything about tires or European cars, or he was just lying to me in order to make a sale.It was incredibly frustrating to deal with this employee, who seemed to have no interest in helping me find the right tires for my car. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout our interaction, and I left feeling completely unsatisfied with the service I received. I would not recommend this tire shop to anyone, and I will certainly never be returning there again.Service: Tires

I m a card holder for Firestone almost 25 years . In the past I avoided this location for the bad customer service , but I had an emergency with one tire and i needed help. Went in there and non surprise. The terrible customer service and the sleazy attitude made me run back out . No wonder the wait room is always empty.

Gilbert is the best and the past he helped me and for that reason I have become a patron of this store. I returned to have my wife's car aligned and he was on vacation. So I wanted you to know that hes great with his customer service skills and a very big asset to the store. Thanks to him once again

The problem with being a master tech for so long is that you become privy to all the sleazy tactics, and it's awful when it happens to you. Received the I want to go home early price, 225$ for a single, common, barebones tire size. Unbelievable. Called one of my contacts only to find out the tire is readily available and affordable, should have gone to my usual firestone.

Took my 2020 Tacoma in for brake service.I specifically requested original OEM parts to be used.They said they had to order them at the dealer since they were Akebono brand.After leaving the place brakes were good, and after a few days brake started to squeak like crazy. I was out of the state and couldn t take the car in. Returned and took the truck back to get it checked.They checked the brakes and all was good ( now after replacing the brakes myself noticed what they did, which was apply some disc brake quiet) and of course, when I picked up, truck didn t have any noise. After 40-50 miles, squeaking again.I bought brakes myself and replaced them, and the so called Akebono Pads and rotors supposedly bought at the dealer, were just plain Advanced Auto Parts AKA Carquest pads.This is unnaceptable, is lying to customers and stealing , believe me, I will make sure corporate hears about this, as well as every review site and anyone I can cross paths with.The worst place for servicing your vehicles.If the manager wants to discuss further feel free to contact me but I will make sure to take this matter as far as possible.After 5 months, no response from business, nor corporate, I decide to take this to court. We will see if in court you have better response.

Went there on Sunday, 07/18 to have required maintenance done on my girlfriend's Cadillac ATS. In addition to the required maintenance, I asked the service manager to check some items in particular and also perform an overall safety check.First, they were very busy and despite that, were very accommodating to fit me on on a Sunday morning with no advance appointment. That was important to me since my girlfriend lives 60 miles away in Palm Beach County and I wanted to take the opportunity since she has been procrastinating a bit to bring her car in herself and thought I would just take it upon myself the service done while she was at my house.Within a few hours, the car was ready and ONLY what was required was done and done correctly. Even the items I suspected needed replacement were checked and I was told were fine. When a customer is unfamiliar with a car since it is not his and brings it in for maintenance and a safety check, some dishonest shops could have easily attempted to upsell on items that were not completely necessary. Especially since I gave them permission to replace some specific and any other parts as necessary.So in conclusion, I received perfect service and complete honesty. Very well-managed, clean and trustworthy shop and in my humble opinion, would absolutely recommend.

Great Customer service by Felix and his Technician Domingo. I got to the store at 6:59pm when they close at 7pm. They still took me in and helped me all though they stayed an hour after closing time. These guys provided me with great car and customer service and I am very appreciative for their performance. If I could give them 500 stars I would just because I was very pleased and impressed by them staying extra time after hours just to help me. Keep up the great work guys. Highly recommend this location.

I went here on 1/11/21 for front brakes and an oil change. The brakes are fine. The day after my oil change on my way to work, the check engine, traction control and tire pressure lights came on, the car wouldn't accelerate past 40mph and the car would bounce when idling. I had to have it towed ($66) to a different mechanic who told me there was nearly twice the amount of oil in my car. They drained it and performed a fuel induction service ($277.81). At this point, I called Firestone on 1/13/21 and the person I spoke to basically told me I was lying because, "if there was too much oil in the system, my engine would have blown after a few miles". My engine did almost blow. He told me the best they could do was refund my oil change, but I had to go in to the store for that. I went in on 1/14/21 to find the store closed for some reason and I couldn't even enter the parking lot because it was blocked off by tape and police officers. I called the next day and no one answered the phone. Then this weekend, my check engine light came back on and I had to have the spark plugs replaced ($163) because they were too messed up from all the oil in my car. This oil change has cost me over $500 and they refuse to admit that their inability to perform an oil change correctly was the cause. Don't bother bringing your car here.

Yesterday (11/6/2021) I went in at 11am since I set my appointment online to be at 11am. I talked to the front desk guy and he told me it wasn't confirmed since I didn't receive an email that stated "appointment confirmed" (completely understandable). I asked if I could make an appointment on 11/7/2021 as early as possible, to which he said yes and he would make sure it's confirmed. Today I went in at 8am (the scheduled time for my appointment), different guy behind the front desk and I was told by him "we don't do appointments". I showed him the email confirmation and was told my name isn't coming up in the system, plus they don't do that. He said he could put me in but it would be a couple of hours (12pm I'd be assisted). I've been to this firestone multiple times (hence the 2 stars), have a great credit line with them and never had an issue with this. I understand Sundays are rough because they don't have as many mechanics, but what I don't understand is why I clearly showed my appointment confirmation made yesterday that I was still told firestone doesn't do that and I not in the system. I'm going to be making another appointment online in hopes that this time I'll actually be able to get my car serviced and not have to wait 4hrs to get attended; if not I will be finding another mechanic. Thank you for your time.

We got an early appointment for oil change and review of one of our cars. The person answering the phone was Kevin. He has excellent manners and customer service care. We went at the scheduled time and spent there about 20 minutes. The mechanic was excellent too. We strongly recommend this Auto Care facility

I went to this place for a flat tire and they wanted me to buy a new one because it couldn't be fixed, I went to another workshop and they solved the problem without having to buy the tire

One star is too much they only want to put new tires. They don t want to repair a tire. I don t recommend this place. Take your money somewhere else.

Knowledgeable staff and fairly priced. I have taken all of my vehicles to Martino for variety pf work including oil changes, brake services, tires, etc. and have always been very pleased with their work. I would highly recommend them.

My 2 cars alignment were done on time and John did an excellent job. The office staff understands client needs since I saw a few customers while waiting for my 2 cars. I recommend you pass by for their tire and alignment needs.

I don't know much about cars and I'm always worried I'll get pushed into doing things I don't really need. Can I just say this is the first time I feel like I've received honest service for my car. They explained if I did what I asked for, I would have to come back to do it again and end up paying double for a service that can wait. Wow, right? I instead made an appointment and will definitely be a repeat customer of theirs for all of my car needs. Thank you!!

About 2 years ago I got my new tiers with road hazard warranty, free tire rotation, life time alignment, front and rear breaks & a full Synthetic oil change. Every 5000 miles or so I take my car back to change the oil, rotate the tires and readjust the alignment and only pay for the oil change. This visit was a bit early because I found a screw in my left front tire, since it was only 600 miles to my next scheduled service, I had everything done, again I only paid for the oil change The service sometimes takes longer than expected and they always suggest some additional service, but they show you and don't pressure you to get any unnecessary work. Over all I am satisfied with the quality of the work done.

Don t bother making an appointment. They can never get to your car even with an appointment. They have people that just straight up lie to you about your car to get you to buy their tires. Slimey business practices and terrible work ethics. So tired of this place, go anywhere else but here

I just moved to Miami from Tennessee a couple of months ago and went to this location on a recommendation from a friend. It has not been an easy transition both culturally (non-hispanic), as well as adapting to the city its self, so finding reliable car service was a concern of mine. Oscar and his team have been great, they've made me feel like I've been a long time customer, taking care of my car service needs quickly and with no issue.I'm very appreciative of them for really caring about their customers.Thank you!

I took my car for an oil change and tire balance and rotation. When I came back asked the person at the front desk if they balanced and rotated my tires. He says "yes of course". I get my car keys, I check my tires and they were not balanced or rotated. I come back inside and the guy tells me. "Sorry we forgot, so can you come back in an hour?". I told him I needed my car now. Then, the mechanic takes my car back inside and decides to take a break to eat his lunch!Not very professional to charge you for work that they did not performed. The "we forgot" is not an excuse for any business. They would not accept my apologies if I was to forget to pay the bill. Definitely, not coming back to this place.
