Louis is an amazing tech. He took care of us when we got the tires in September and again last week, when we had a nonrepairable blowout. I ve found this shop to be honest when I ve asked questions or had concerns.

Went for 4 new tires and left with 4 new tires and 4 scratches and nicked rims. They have zero care for your car. If you value your car go somewhere else. Then when the "manager" is outside taking photos he is being sarcastic and rude the entire time. He only apologized once inside in front of other customers. Will never return and will continue to share mg experience at Firestone.

The reason I rate them like this is because I went yesterday, and they told me I needed to wait three to four hours to get my tire repaired. He told me to make an appointment for today, so I did, for 2:00 p.m. When I arrived, he told me I still needed to leave my car for three to four hours, even though I had an appointment. I saw eight empty spots out of ten, and there were only three cars there. I think they just didn't want to work. I had just bought four new tires from them last month. I ended up going to Mr. Goma on US1 to get my tire repaired, and I only paid $30 for the patch. Even at Firestone, it would have been free, but they didn't want to do it.

I was told the price for the services I was requesting would be $110 (before taxes, I presumed); the final charge was $191.26 after all fees and taxes. I was not informed of the full price before leaving the car and having the service done. I would give a "3" to the overall experience because the techs who did the actually work seem to have done a good job (I am satisfied with the condition of the vehicle; they would get 4 or 4.5 stars); it was the customer service reps that blew it (they would get the "1," or "-1," if there such a rating) and have ensured that I won't be back, neither will I recommend the place to anyone.

This appointment is more maintenance than usual for my vehicle. I was advised to add certain items I had not considered and the service manager added coupons to lower the total cost. The work was performed relatively quickly .

Don't go here for a flat tire. Tried twice within two years to get a flat fixed on my vehicle. Both times, I was told it would be at least a 3 1/2 hour wait. Midas on 137 ave is only 2 miles away and will take you right in. Way nicer on the phone too. Go to Midas! Mitch there is amazing!

Woman be on the look out. I went first with my car because one tire was liking air through the rim, only need it to be dismount and clean . Answer was can not do it because tires are to old (really) so they didn t do it . Ok perfect went to another place done in 10 mins. Now place is close to my house, my wife had a screw on her tire so she went by herself (clarifying not with a male) easy target .. screw was in close to the wall of the tire could have been fixed ( but ding ding ding $$$$$$$$$$$$$) a new tire is better. $300 dollars less in the account. Oh by the way is not the first time, my mother also went by herself and same thing happened, but her was worse she was out with 2 tires . Lol

After two and a half hours waiting there, I was told they didn t have the oil my car needed. I guess their staff is not smart enough to check ahead of time before booking appointments. Needless to say, it was my first time here and my last.

Terrible service ! Took my truck to be aligned, they aligned my wheels but left the steering wheel crooked. When I came back, literally 10 minutes after getting my car back I was told I had to wait 2 hours even though there was no car on the alignment rack.

Went to this firestone after scheduling an online appointment to check wheel alignment. To which I received a confirmation email that my appointment time was firm. Arrived and the gentleman said I did not have any appointment, I then showed him my confirmation email and the other service advisor across the room rudely interrupts saying "it was probably rescheduled". If that was the case send me an email or call me, its not hard! Couldn't fit me in at all that day. Alignment rack was empty.Service: Wheel alignment

I was really impressed with the whole team at this specific location firestone. From the first phone call I made to them they demonstrated their professionalism and willingness to help; despite calling late on Sunday one hour before they closed. They were understanding considering my emergent circumstances. They educated me on my damage and gave me options on what steps to take next. I don't often leave reviews but the kindness and willingness to go above and beyond from the whole crew was expectational. Thank you, Joseph and Luis and the men who showed me the problem in my car!!

Always excellent service for tire replacement when you call ahead. They quote price, order tires and call you once tires arrive at shop. They install while you wait. Very quick turn around. Young man who took care of me. Think name is LUIS. Future Cop. Is an excellent representative of the Firestone brand and organization. Squared away, proper and attentive. 5 stars.

Went it for a tire patch up and went back to pick it up, was told they were going to put the tire back on the car and then they refused to change it, a less than 5 minute job, unless I waited almost two hours. Love paying for an unfinished job!

Service is great here. I had an appointment at 8am and was taken care off immediately as i arrived. Great customer service. Donovan was the person that worked on my car. He is the best. Keep up the great service.Going out of town and they checked my car for me, so nice, got my peace of mind now to hit the highway.

I took my Hyundai ELANTRA to Firestone after not being used for a whole year. LUIS was my sales representative, and he was so nice. He made sure to keep me updated on the recommended repairs and maintenance, and was always very kind and polite. The mechanic who worked on my car was also very kind and was willing to talk to me after he returned from the test drive. They got my car back to roadworthy condition so that it can be used for me and my family same day. Thank you firestone!

very bad service. I made my appointment for 5pm, I arrived 15 minutes before and after two hours of waiting, when I went to ask about my car it was still not ready (oil change and rotation). They told me that they were going to close and that they could not serve me.Why do they make me wait two hours to tell me that? Why don't they tell me that when I arrive with my car so I don't waste two hours for nothing. have more respect for customers please

It s sad to experience such bad customer service at a place that you trusted to use for not one but two vehicles. I won t be coming back to this firestone. The cashier in the black shirt & dirty beard solidified this review for me. Poor customer service and poor attitude with trying to help resolve my car issue. Taking both vehicles to be serviced else were.

The service advisor Jerry is a pleasure to deal with and makes you feel right at home also the technician Frederick parked my vehicle under the overhang due to the rain outside so I would not get wet upon completion of the services. it was perfect customer service!!! A+++++ thank you Firestone!

Good service and I like my new tires. I did not have a appointment so had to wait for a lift to become available which I completely understand.The sales person sold me the tires I wanted and he was not pushy. I will recommend this location to family and friends and also my husband.I purchased tires for my car without him !!!

I just want to say that the attentive and professionalism of this location is unmatched. They re super busy which is a good thing! So make sure that you make an appointment. Daniel, Rakim (sp?), and Raul were extremely helpful and understanding, they re a great team! I was in a pinch and had never visited this location before, I was a little hesitant because of my adjustable camber arms in the front and rear, but they took care of me and had my alignment done perfectly. I usually avoid franchise places, but this experience has changed my outlook, I ll definitely be back in the future.
