I used this company to transport my car from Toronto to San Diego and asked them to manage customs paperwork few months ago. Their communication, service, car condition and transport timing were excellent.However, I didn t have a pleasant experience because of some necessary fees, which were not communicated upfront. I asked them multiple times for all the fees, before paying.After they picked up my car, they asked me to pay for Entry bond, handling fees etc. to proceed with customs. I understand that these are necessary fees for customs, but my only complaint is that I should have been communicated upfront, so I can set my expectations reasonably.Anyways, if you're using this company to transport car without customs, I definitely recommend it.

Amazing service and a pleasure to work with. Everything went smooth easy importing, my Acura NSX from the USA to Canada. I have tried importing a car myself before It was such a headache. I'm so glad I used the service I did with Fidelity transport. Shipping and customs was fully taken care by them.

Confident experience with Sherry at Fidelity Auto Shipping. Patient explaining what to look for and what to avoid. I originally when with a cheap shipper and got the run-around. With Sherry and Fidelity they were priced reasonable and delivered a reliable transport (GalTex) scheduled on time and super reliable. My precious autos were shipped on schedule and with no damage / issues. I will definitely work with Sherry in the future.

not recommendable!!!! I contacted them, they gave me the estimate and they came for my truck and when they took it they changed the prices and I talked to them and they are not responsible. The truth is, I was very disappointed in this company and in order for them to deliver my truck I had to pay an extra cost to the contract price

Great experience with the team. Professional and responsive to my calls. Right from pick up to delivery, all steps were timely updated except for slight delays during delivery in canada. I really appreciate all the support provided by Eddie, Rachael and Isabella, also to Odalyss for her help too. Would recommend for sure

Wish I could give 0 stars and ensure no one ever ever hires this company for their precious car due to how AWFUL they are, they promised in writing to get my range rover from Toronto to LA in 2 weeks, as I needed it for my job, I saw good reviews, and paid the $3k USD to ship my car, since I was on a tight timeline, which was the money was taken immediately.Oh my god... the car stayed in Toronto for WEEKS and didn't move, I thankfully had an apple airtag in the car so i could always see it's location - thank GOD i trusted my gut instinct. I called non-stop asking for updates, emailed, and it was radio silent. They claim "things were out of their control" and they refused to pay for my 4 weeks of a rental car that I needed due to my car not being delivered in time. I only got a $300 USD refund, and I yelled at them in writing over email NUMEROUS times for their lack of communication, ghosting, pure incompetence, and claims of how their documents only benefit them and not the customer.Please DO NOT hire them for your precious car. My range rover finally arrived 4 weeks later. I used their service from February 2022 to March 2022.I wouldn't want my worst enemy to use their service, so please do not. Save yourself the heartache. Also my brand new car had a scratch when it arrived in LA + it was soooooooo dirty I couldn't even see out the windshield. Please go with literally anyone else. They do not care about your car and it will take WEEKS, mine took 4 weeks, 1 month, for your car to arrive and you will never know where your car is during the entire duration it's in transit.

One of the worst people to go with, i agree with most of the people here , these guys are careless and very irresponsible when it comes to customer needs and urgency, I didnt read the reviews I felt its not true but as im going through that rough journey with these guys I believe it now , I paid my money a month and half ago to transport from canada to usa till now there is no response about my pickup and no one answer the phone call and no one even responds to emails , worst customer service ever.Don't waste your time by going with these guysThese guys promised me that they will ship my vehicle and bike separately and charged me 4500 USD and at the end you hauled my motorcycle on top of my truck and got it to MT, when they picked up my truck and bike my truck was driven over 100 miles and when I asked about it no response , now they are charging me for the import fee that is 3700 $ which they haven't mentioned any thing about, I tried calling so many times to office no response , no response to emails.My motorcycle is over 450 Kgs and it's been hauled on the truck since more than 7 days and my shocks for truck are gone for which you guys don't have any response,They never provided me any custom clearance documents as I need to register my car in USA.What you promised is different from what you are delivering , no response to speak to superiors , not even an apology from any of the team members ,Stop hiding the truth and don't cover the facts in the reviews , if you want to sort this out please call me and im waiting since 4 days for calls and email responses.I want people to know the facts so I'm writing this lengthy comment about the abuse you guys are doing with my case .The damages happened to my Vehicle are attached ..

In all honesty, I didn t end up booking with them so this review is not about their service but their communication. I had to block their number after weeks of spam calls and text messages. After I week I started responding stop to every single one of their text messages and they did not. Then when they called (often several times in a row if I did not pick up immediately) I politely requested I m no longer interested, please take me off of your call list and they clearly did not. It got to a point that after a total of 7 back to back calls at 8am I had to block their number. I would highly advise dialing back on the amount of times you reach out (and borderline harass) a potential client. My worker s name was Estephani if that helps track down who is responsible. I booked with another company (as I stated in one of my please take me off of your call list requests) and am not interested and informed this company of such two weeks ago. Buyer beware if you even start a quote with this company you will be spammed for weeks.

Shipped my car from Nova Scotia to Florida. Door to door pick up and drop off. Was quick to arrange pickup and received regular updates from the schedulers. Delivery driver was super experienced and the car arrived early and in perfect condition.

Eddie Rock and Odalys were incredible!!!! I can t recommend Fidelity Transport & Logistics enough!! They took care all of the paperwork and documentation to have my car from Canada imported to CALIFORNIA. They made it so painless and all I needed to do was go to the local DMV. There was no need to drive to the border!! They were very quick and professional and took away all the stresses I had especially being in California and dealing with all the regulations. I didn t have to lift a finger! Thank you so much!

This company was engaged in importing a car from the Canadian Copart auction. Generally satisfied. Everything went successfully. They went through all the stages at customs, replaced the cluster. The car was brought to the door of my house.Cons: Never does business over the phone. Only by email.Pros: they do their job.

I contracted Fidelity Auto shipping company to ship my car from Ontario Canada to GA, US in early Feb, 2021. My car was picked up on Saturday and delivered to my US destination in 4 days in perfect condition.After I signed my contract with Fidelity on Feb 3, 2021, I was quite worried to see some very negative reviews online. �I even checked the business bureau to ensure Fidelity was not a scam company. Therefore I was totally shocked and pleasant surprised to see my car delivered in perfect condition within such a short time.I would like to share my good experience with people and give my gratitude to my sale representative Dave Medina and the documentation ladies Kim and Barbara. �Dave followed up with me closely since my inquiry in Dec 2020 until I signed the contract in Feb, 2021. Prior to signing the contract and afterwards, I talked to Kim and Barbara of documentation department and I have found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful. The Canadian driver picking up my car is named Tom and he was super nice and responsible. To my apology, he even waited for me in his mega truck with his young son for a long time as they could not reach me on my mobile phone on the pick up day.� My sincere thanks to those who helped us.

I have been calling Fidelity for the past month To get a refund and all I get is the answering service taking a message for someone to return my call. My call never gets return. They give you 24 hrs to cancel in Which I called Fidelity back after two hours to cancel the service with them. It s been over a month and I m Still waiting on my refund .They were fast on taking my money when I decided to ship my vehicles with them ,but now that I m asking for my money back no one seems to answer. When I first called them To ship my vehicles I thought they Where a very professional company. I was very wrong!! I was able to get a better deal and ship my vehicles faster with a different company. I WOULDN'T recommend Fidelity auto shipping.

I came to Fidelity to help ship a car from Canada to the US. Their customer service was the best I ve ever experienced. They were extremely responsive and helped me with all of the paperwork and payments that needed to be processed. Big big shoutout to their document team. Once the paperwork was done, I received my vehicle in 4 days. Amazing service overall! Thank you guys again!

The booking agent who assisted me was lovely first time I used them so I thought why not again, however I was not able to ship the vehicle due to issues on my end and had to cancel the shipment. No driver had yet been scheduled and I requested a refund two weeks ago. Per their refund policy, they keep a percentage which I was aware of and proceeded with a written request. I have called multiple times and have been assured the refund is coming, however here I am still waiting on thousands of dollars for a refund of services never rendered. Extremely poor service on their end regarding customer issues. They wanted their money immediately and in wire transfer which conveniently cannot be mediated like a credit card charge. Just want what is owed to me returned. I would recommend finding another company for your shipping needs.

It has been an amazing experience working with Fidelity Auto Shipping to import my car from USA to Canada. The sales representative Odalys and Anabelle from documentation team are always supportive during the process. if you compare the total price for door to door delivery, Fidelity is bit high but I was ready to pay that extra $ after having a reference from one of my close friend and this time also they did not disappoint me.They deliver my car without any damage on time with proper documentation.Thanks a lot Fidelity team for amazing work.

I shipped my car with fidelity from California to Vancouver, the total experience was quite smooth, Odalys was really patient with me for all the questions I have, Troy, our driver was also really fun to work with, thanks Fidelity for securely shipping my car :)

Literally zero communication, lack of accountability and customer service. Its been 3 weeks and we are still waiting for our car to arrive.We have to keep chasing them for updates and get no replies from their end. Would not recommend or use again. It would've been easier and faster to just drive the car down to the states myself.

Just a passing comment.I found this company on a transport review website. When I've tried to fill out the information on my 2023 Chevrolet, the last date that you could enter for a car is 2020.That means that they haven't updated their website in 3 years.This seems consistent with the number of negative reviews that have been posted.Response to Fidelity: Notice they did not respond to the issue that I brought up. That is, the last year that you can enter the details for a car is 2020. So they are 3 years behind in updating their website.

let them help!! dealing with brokers is a tough decision but they made sure my car was assigned to a driver at the exact time i requested. i was so worried since i was moving my whole life in my car from michigan to flordia but it all worked out perfectly. a lot of the reviews terrified me but they guaranteed they would do their best and they sure did! i felt so bad when i kept calling and asking questions but they didn t blame me. they understood! just make sure you stay in contact with them and make sure a driver is assigned to your pick up before 24 hours passes and you can t get a refund bc i can t speak for everybody else! thank you guys!

Do NOT use this company! It's almost been two weeks since they picked up our vehicle and we still have not received it. They were eager to take payment but show extreme lack in communication and service. I have called and left polite voicemails for Annabelle a few times and have not received one call back. She emailed us with a bogus excuse that their truck broke down. We have filled out all the required docs. Hopefully someone from Fidelity sees this review and calls us to respond.UPDATE: truck was picked up June 28, 2022. Today, July 21, 2022 and still no vehicle. My husband has escalated his concern to another customer service person through email because no one answers their phone and they do not return voicemails. The truck that broke down in Sarnia finally got fixed and they drove our truck over the border only to find out it's been left there waiting for another carrier to drive it through the US. This has cost us a ton of money in car rental fees we were not expecting.

This company is a scam. We are a military family who was transferred to CA from WA. We have two cars and decided to drive down one (my husband's) since I was pregnant by that time and could not drive around 25 hours. We decided to ship my car. We hired Fidelty and initially they told us it would be around $900. So they asked for some money (around 300) and gave us a date to pick it up, which was a few days after our move. We left the car with a friend while we were moving to CA. Well, at the end, we had to wait almost two months for my car to be picked up. We called and called and they either didn't answer or gave us a bunch of poor excuses. And they ended up charging us almost $1600. We had no other option than to pay that amount because we had given them some money and because I needed my car urgently since my husband used his car for work. They are fradulent and a scam. If you see the reviews, they have a bounch of 1-star reviews and when they respond, either they "do not find you" on their records(very convenient) or it is everybody fault but them, and they also respond rudely to those reviews.DON'T RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL.

Fidelity was excellent to deal with. I never ended sending my car down due to complications in turning my Canadian built car into a permanent US car but Fidelity staff (Nikki in particular) were knowledgeable, courteous, prompt in answering my questions in a very busy time of year. Even though this transaction did not work out I would not hesitate to use them in future.Ron
