David and his team and very kind, professional, and efficient. Went in early in the morning after an accident and they took me in right away, did an evaluation, and gave me a fair quote. Looking forward to continue working with them.

Excellent customer service! They are genuinely there for you. Great and unbeatable prices. The service they offer are great. Also they offer a payment plan through a company called Snap if you can t pay for the services up front. I really appreciate that especially through this holiday season. Military discount is a plus. Ivan was the employee that helped me. When it comes to customer service he exceeds your expectations. He doesn t lie about services and I love that he took me to the back an physically showed me every issue with my vehicle. He really took care of me. Car repair service at this shop where I came today 6/12/2023 for oil change and rotation the tires services,It s took me almost two hours , the service too slow ,and they charged me extra $12.50 for SUBLET , and 0.97 for Hazmat , these extra charged shows in the receipt is not reasonable and very ridiculous ! If they want some amounts for tip I willing give for them . Do not steal money from customer as they did it with me . Never come back !

they were highly recommended by my son who had a real big problem with an oil leak on his Dodge charger got nobody can fix not even the dealer. When I went in there they were very helpful I told him I had an oil leak the mechanic looked at it and he said it was the valve cover and the front main seal of the engine he replace those things but I was quoted $645 plus tax and all the sudden the bill turned out to be $719. when I got the car and I got home home my car was low on oil barely reading on the dipstick and it was leaking A drop but it was leaking now it turns out it's the variator timing gasket needs to be replaced all so why didn't they call me cuz when I he claimed he ran the car for 3 hours and saw the leak and he admitted to it cuz I questioned the mechanic he said oh I know it was leaking just a drop after I ran it for three hours so why can he search and find the new leaked. and called me and told me so I could have told him go ahead and fix that too and now I have to get the gasket myself they're going to find me a engine mount but I got to see the price cuz I'm reading reviews that are eye -opening right now on this place. I'm not passing any judgment but (review speak for themselves.)I know it's hard when you only got two mechanics working only and you have everybody in town coming to get their car fixed at your shop. I took in my son s vehicle this past Saturday. The shop manager Ivan was very attentive and knowledgeable. The work was completed in a very timely manner, and Ivan was very generous in obtaining the best price that the shop could provide. I strongly recommend express auto care for all automotive needs. Very professional and honest place! I took my car there after getting a very high quote from somewhere else. I worked with Ivan who insisted that my vehicle did not have all those issues. After inspecting my car, he fixed the actual problem! Pricing is reasonable and they were quick to fix the car. I am very pleased with the service I just received. Very professional and everything is done in a timely manner. I was greeted by A gentleman named Ivan and he was very helpful. Even offering water while I wait. The wait wasn t long as they do everything in a timely manner to please the customer. Would highly recommend anyone to service their car here.

Amazing service at really good prices. Staff extremely friendly and upfront with any info you need regarding auto care. They replaced my radiator fan for my 2015 Sienna including flushing the antifreeze and adding the correct amount. The vehicle runs the AC ice cold, really nice. Highly recommend.

Ivan was very helpful explaining diligently what needed to be done with my breaks. He went out of his way to assure I was getting what I needed at best price possible. I use this shop for everything, from oil change to parts replacement. Great service at best price in Miami.

I was grossly overcharged for parts, when I went to a dealer to compare my charges to the dealers, it was evident that I was overcharged. When I brought this to Ivan's (chief mechanic and manager) attention, he unashamedly stated that he hadn't considered asking the original equipment manufacturers ie. The dealer, for a price check.Go here if you want to get ripped off!Don't get me wrong they do good work, but you will most likely overpay.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We used them once before for brakes and was happy with the service. Today we went and they wanted to charge another diagnostic fee bc we wanted to buy the part cheaper that they overpriced us at Autozone in the same shopping center. They just want to rip people off. Double charge us and we know they don't used Toyota parts to over charge us for it. Since we refused their service they charged $100 for diagnostic fees. Rip off! They care more about diagnostic fees. Never again horrible customer service

Ivan and Michael were of the upmost help, service, professionalism, respect and bottom line. Took my work van in for a/c repair and an oil change and the price and service was unlike any. Thank you Ivan for making it happen and Michael for your cleanliness and work as my personal mechanic (who was not able to perform the a/c work due to lack of tools) said you did a great job. HIGHLY RECOMMEND EXPRESS AUTO CARE SOUTH DADE.

Been coming to this local mechanic shop for years now, they have seen my car and the others ones I ve had, as well as my mothers, things always get done in a timely manner, and the gentleman at the front is very well mannered and professional. I wish there was a zero star for this location. I replaced an engine in this location and it was a bad engine. I replaced it April 26 and after a short trip out of town the engine was knocking. I had to leave town and had my mother take it to the shop 08/04/21.The engine was bad and she drove the car to the shop. She left it there and they charged her for a starter.The starter was brand new and was replaced a week prior.I took the car back to the shop today after I got an oil change and the engine is completely shattered.The manager had the balls to say that the engine had no oil. He said that the place where I changed the oil did not put oil and that's why it was knocking.The manager lied to me and stated my mother had the vehicle towed there. He lied about the oil, he lied about what was wrong when my mother was there.The manager is a complete theif and a lier. No integrity or any moral compass. He even attempted to get me to get an oil change even after I showed my receipt.Do not go to this place!!!

I brought my Chevy Silverado to be serviced for brakes that were squeaking. They diagnosed the situation and handled the problem. I was attended to very professionally by Ivan at the counter and the mechanic did a fantastic brake job. I totally recommend!Service: BrakesService: Brakes

Came in for a simple patch and walked out with a ton of problems. They broke my tire sensor and because we can t guarantee it was us I went ahead and paid for half - knowing they broke it.. then they install a new sensor and didn t even have the right equipment to program it. I ended up spending about $100 for a patch that usually is $20 and still the tire is not working. Instead of at least having the decency of offering my money back they threw us out of the store. As a nurse who has very little time to be wasting going back and forth - I wish they would just been honest with me from the beginning and told me that they couldn t handle the job. Very unethical and unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN.

Was a repair on rear ac blower fan on 2011 Ford explorer. Some other items to be looked at.Was a good experience. Fair price and job finished in a good time. I will go back for other things on my SUV. I would recommend this shop to others.

I bought in two vehicles for a simple tire replacement and oil change. We left with both cars having difficulties without any prior problems.
