Not ligit !!! This place is a rip off. And they steal parts out of your car if they need it for another car...(creeps) how can you do that to a poor person .I'm talking for experience,, don't go there you will regret it. You otto want to answer back to see how we remove the negative review. But I am not goin to your place no moreI went 3 times or more,. The last two jobs were almost 1 thousand,& the truck drove worse . & Am not removing nothing,.people need to know you Xtra charge only to make the cars and trucks run worse. How can you do people's like that

I've been a customer of this garage for over 30 years. They have the best mechanics around. I've brought no less than 6 different cars over the years, some with problems that would stump other mechanics. I highly recommend them.

I bought a used 2011 Cadillac CTS and after driving it all day went to a meeting and after the car wouldn t start. I called AAA and serviceman said the battery was not charging and that it could be the alternator. I had a rough night and in the morning my dad came to charge the car and take it to a nearby shop that I had been seeing since I moved in 1997. Since our name is Espinosa (not related), it had always caught my attention. I never went by because I always had leased cars and took them to the dealership. I told the owner what happened bracing for the worst. The mechanic looked at my battery and said it looked like it was just the battery and not the alternator as I feared. They replaced the battery and checked the alternator well and in about 1/2 hour I was on the road. The car hasn t had an issue starting since. They were honest, straight forward and transparent. I m definitely going back since I know the older vehicle will need regular maintenance.Service: Battery

I have taken my BMW 3 series to the dealer, to a BMW certified mechanic shop, etc. and I am so glad I have found this shop! It is top quality at a great price. This will be my go to shop for repairs moving forward. I take very good care of my car and it has been hard to find places in Miami that you can trust and at reasonable prices. This one checks all the boxes! I am very happy with this job which included a new starter, oil filter housing gasket, etc. This is not a simple repair because the manifold has to be removed to access the starter.Thank you to Junior and all the guys!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Electrical, Oil change

After researching an array of automobile repair shops, I took the advice of two neighbors who were longtime customers of Espinosa Auto service. My mechanic of 25 years had recently retired and I was hesitant to take my wife's Cadillac to an unknown shop for a new water pump. After making an appointment for repair the new pump, bolts and coolant were waiting the following morning. The repair was made to dealership standards and the car was back by 3 o'clock same day and for a fair price. I highly recommend this shop as i will be back for any repair in the future. Junior and his father Otto are honest and knowledgeable. Thank you very much for making this a very pleasant experience. Five stars!

I and other members of my family have been customers for over 30 years, going back to when Otto's father, Pepe, bought the place. Knowledgeable, professional service with fair prices has always been our experience. Leave the car there knowing it will be properly repaired without having to worry about unnecessary work / charges. We will continue to use them for all our needs and highly recommend them.

Otto and his group are awesome. They are honest and good about explaining what is wrong and what needs to be done to fix it the issue.It's also a pleasure to visit with his Sister Luisa when I'm at the shop.I highly recommend Espinosa Auto.

Espinosa Auto Service has been a family owned business for over 40 years and we are proud to say that we have known them as our mechanic for about 25 years or so. They are honest, dependable and committed to accommodate their customers. Most importantly, they are ethical in their business which is a rare value to have in any business in Miami especially. I have never felt cheated or ripped off. My car is 18 years old with 300,000 miles, husband has a 2000 with 200,000 miles, son has 1997 with 175,000. All cars are still going strong. Amazing auto shop. Friendly and comprehensive service. They've gone above and beyond to keep my car running well. Even when the problem was hard to diagnose, I wasn't charged additional labor costs, and a follow up visit for a related issue didn't cost me extra.

Otto is a nice guy, but his team needs work. I had a major repair done here on my BMW 328i, needed the engine removed to replace the soleinoids. This was almost $2,000, and when they did it, my car never rode the same. Constantly shaking at stop lights, the RPM meter bouncing all over. I left the car with him several times just to be told that unless the engine light came on, the computer wouldn't be able to diagnose a problem and therefore he wouldn't be able to do the repair? I even showed him videos of the problem happening, it wasn't a mystery. Now I am having big problems trying to sell it. Moral of the story: If you have a major repair needed, go elsewhere. Otto and his sister are nice but this was a 2k screw up that i am dealing with, and they couldn't care less. They offer a labor warranty yet they didn't remedy the situation whatsoever.

they are the best - moved here 2 years ago and passed there garage and it was so clean. I said that is for me - they have fixed all my car problems with no problem - if my car went down over the weekend and they were closed I would wait for Monday to go - even if I needed my car - they are great and all of them so nice - Thank You

I have taken my car here for 2yrs only because its a family owned business. Today I took my Mazda Miata to have the window motor and regulator replaced. As soon as I dropped it off, the Mechanic calls me freaking out that the regulator was unassembled and that he could not do the job!! I called the owner (Otto) and he said not to worry about it that they could install it. Picked up my car in the afternoon, and the window was skipping and and he did not replace a part I gave him to replace. I asked him why he did not do it, and he stated that those parts were not bad. I told him I spent money on that part, so it could be replaced. He is such and ignorant and incompetent mechanic!! And does what ever he wants, without the authority of the owner. Told Otto's sister that this is the last time I will come to their shop!!! To bad! I have spent over $1000.00. The Mechanic is running the business!! Big mistake! because no one oversees the incompetent mechanic!

I have been coming here for year bringing all of my cars which is 5 of them and recommending friends and family and never had a problem, they became my number one mechanic shop once I took my car somewhere else and no one could of repaired it properly until I took it to them.

I take my car there.I believe they was honest.My car was there for 3 days.My car enter in one way.When I take home.The car was complete different.I have to take it to another mechanic to fixed properly.Now my car is runing the way should be.The owner Otto overcharge me.He think,I was a Piggy-Bank.They are not to honest.They lost a customer.I will never in my life,take my car or any car.Or recomended to anibody or friends.Total rip-off.All with a smile on their face.Making you think they are honest.Very bad experience.Will not see my car ever againg.Never againg with these people.Very bad experience.I am not making a false statement or using difamation.But my experience with them.Very bad.Honestly.
