These people wanted $35.00 to patch my tire or $20.00 to plug it, I was told after the tire was removed, needless to say I told them to put it back on the car. Drove 8 minutes east on 8st got it done for $15.00 a patch mind you, sw 8 st&74ave, next to gas station.

Great place, highly recommend! I ve been coming here for 10+ years and always leave satisfied with my vehicle needs! JC has always been the one to help me and he s knows the industry well, so make sure to ask for him! All staff is friendly and helpful! Been driving for 8 years and I've never had a worse experience at a mechanic. My car sat at this shop for 17 days, and each time I wanted an update on what the diagnosis was I had to call because they never called me. Three days ago I called and the guy on the phone told me what the problem was and that they were bringing someone in to fix it, and that they would call me with an update. No surprise, they didn't call me. So I called today (12/2) to see what the issue was, and they told me that they couldn't figure out what the issue was and that I had to pick my car up and bring it somewhere else. In a city full of scammers and crooks this business really takes the cake. Avoid these lying, scamming and crooked "mechanics" at all cost is my advice. Nothing but lies and a lack of communication throughout.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This is by far the best tire service I ve ever had. While visiting Miami, the rental car got a flat tire. I was told it would $200 dollar fee or I needed to figure out how to fix it myself. Took it to this shop, was in and out in under 15 minutes. Juan was excellent and a took good care of my friends and I

I went in and got four tires changed. I told them I had a quote for $430 and he said he would match the price, only to get to the front to pay after service and he said "with added tax" it was $455. Defeated the whole purpose, but everyone else was nice, the cashier guy at the oil service area was awesome and honest. My tires are fine

The service was excellent! My battery died a block away. Raul took excellent care of me. He jumped my car and gave me an excellent price for a new one. Highly recommended!

Horrible experience. They were rude and ignore customers. They scratched my rims and would not take accountability for it. Go elsewhere, there is other shops within 2 minutes from here.

I went to this place in an emergency situation on a friend's car. The owner attended us personally, the staff was very professional, and the prices were reasonable, if you know what type of service to expect. Do your homework before going to any shop so your pockets don't get dissected financially!

Called to schedule and quote to put tires on rims. They asked for specs, sizes etc. Once onsite price changed. 5min later another guy came and said it's even more money. Plenty of other tire places down the road.UPDATE: 9min away got it done for half the price + 8 more for 2 valve stems.

Only take your car here for tires. When it comes to engine work they tell you things the car does not even need. I took a decent car here and 3 thousand dollars later the car now has more problems than it did when i first took it. They were even trying to change parts that they themselves had already changed. Please stay away

No "discount" except they, led by Juan Carlos, trouble shoot the problem spot on and you drive away with whatever it was fixed. In 25 years as a customer and 6 different cars I have never had to go back because they missed something. That s better than a discount.

Super professional, really good service, great prices. It's a one stop shop for car maintenance and service, they have the maintenance and repairs shop on one end, where they do engine work, suspension, alignment, tire change and balancing, alignment, etc., then a tire and rims store, where they can find just about any tire, or rim size, model and design, plus some car accessories, and at the other end of the building, which only has these three shops side by side, there is the Jiffy Lubbe, where you can get the oil changed, oil filter, fuel filter, engine conditioning, air condition filter changed, tire pressure, and all this in a very friendly, and family like environment. Everyone is really good, but J.C. doesn't know how to say no when someone needs help with their car and he can do something to help, and if he can't help for some strange reason, he guides you in the right direction, but very honest, transparent, reliable and trustworthy person, something extremely rare now days, specially in the automotive business. I highly recommend Discount Tires & Auto Services.

If you have a choice go somewhere else. All I needed was a new battery terminal. What I got was a new battery and a wrong terminal installed for $ 200.00. Next day I had the same problem and got another terminal installed. Problem solved for zero dollars at another car mechanic shop as a courtesy.What a ripped-off.

I had to get all four tires replaced and was calling almost every tire shop in iamb for pricing. This store was exactly 50% less then most of the other shops. And the monition was also included! That's amazing! First I thought it's to good to be true.... but I am super happy about the great price, super fast monition and friendly customer service! That's the place to go to get your tires...!

If you are a women, stay away from this place. They will overcharge you for services. My friend recommended me here because I needed the same thing they had done to his car a few months ago, we have the same model car and they qouted 2x more than what he paid. Shop around before you choose this place.

They opened at 7:00 have not been able to get an answer as of 7:30. finally an answer at shortly after 8:00 and they just hang up so apparently no need for business since they are too busy.

Be very careful with these people they are crooks the charged me $1500 in new part and $500 gor service they put used parts from a kick yardthia guy Jc from discount tire shop s a crook he tells you you need a part he charges you like if it was new and he puts used parts on your car they are crooks becare when you take you car there you should take it to another place they ar� crooks I know they did it to me painted the pard like if it was new took the car to the dealer they advised me that part was us and painted to look new

HORRIBLE customer service. If I could give this place a zero I would. I came in to have a tire repaired and the person working at the desk was on a personal call and couldn t be bothered to help or even acknowledge me. The other employees stood around and did the same. I left and went to the Firestone down the street.

About 3 weeks ago, I had this service shop replace my left rear studs. To do this work, they have to disassemble the drum brake in the affected wheel about $200 dollar job. A week ago, I started hearing a grinding noise from that side, and it turns out the hardware the holds the shoes fell apart (one retainer clip was installed incorrectly and popped out). Now the lever that adjusts the star adjuster is twisted out of shape, the parking brake lever is damaged also and 2 of 5 springs are metallic dust and one bent unusable. In total, thanks to this service center, I have had to incur additional 80 dollars in parts plus labor to fix what was not damaged.Might be great for tires, but brakes is a different matter.UPDATE: Yesterday, I completed my brake repair after receiving the parts FROM Suzuki. Today I took the car to a shop in Plantation due to a clicking noise coming out of that wheel when braking. It turns out the morr�n mechanic that installed the wheel studs, did not sit them properly. They were not all the way in, as they should be. This could have resulted in another catastrophic tire failure at high speed. It already damaged the wheel studs again necessitating replacement of two more.Avoid this shop.

I took my dually there to get tires put on . It seems like a big disconnect between the mechanics and the staff. The staff guy name jp is great . The mechanics are horrible . The alignment guy screw up my truck and blamed it on the rims funny thing is when i took it another shop they were able to align it just fine. The tire guys seem more busy talking to themselfs then actually working an then they look at u funny when u dont tip. News flash tip is voluntary an only if u belive the person dersves it. Tipical miami attitude.

Took my car to get a belt and air compressor fixed, came out worst than i took it in. Three trips for its "warranty" and still have not figured the problem out. DO NOT, DO NOT DOOO NOOOTT TAKE YOU VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP!!! THEY WILL MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE TO COME BACK AND SPEND MORE MONEY.
