Been coming here on and off for about 12 years. The customer service, honesty, and quality of work is top of the line. As good as the dealer if not better! Sure, it can be a little pricey but at the end you get what you pay for. Come in and see for yourself, you will leave happy!

I use to take my car to a local dealership, but not anymore!A co-worker recommended this Discount Tire Service Center to me more than 6 years ago and I ve been going ever since with no regrets. I have always had excellent customer service in person and on the phone. Wow! William and his team are the best, polite, honest people, and timely with repairs. Thank you.

William, the longtime owner of Discount Tire Center, runs an honest, professional and friendly auto repair and tire center.I've trusted him for over 15 years to care for my personal and fleet pickups. I trust William implicitly! We have been using discount tire center for over 15 years. They do all of the repairs on our vehicles as well as oil changes and tire replacement. Super clean establishment, very professional and does the work within the timeline that they give you when you drop off. I could not ask for anything more and I will not take my cars anywhere else.

By far the best experience I've ever had dealing with an auto shop. I was recommended to see William at Discount Tire Center by a friend who said he'd been going here for car service for the past 15 years - I completely understand why. William was the epitome of honest and helpful when assisting me with my car. He took the time to check all possible explanations for the issue going on with my car in order to arrive at the most economical decision for how to proceed. I couldn't be more grateful and impressed with the service here.

During Hurricane Dorian, I experienced an issue with my van. I had to have it towed to Discount Tire Center after hours, leaving it and not knowing how long it would take to be fixed. Once they reopened after the storm, my car was fixed and I was back on the road much faster than I ever expected. Fairly priced, great communication, excellent service, and very friendly staff. Clean waiting area with cold A/C. I would highly recommend William and his staff to anyone in the area and will definitely be sending business his way.

William Discount Tire is an incredibly professional and friendly person. He is honest and fare and has a great staff including his son.They are amazing and do great work.My family And friends have been using his services for over 20 years!

I've been using Discount Tire Center for a few years for all my car repairs. William, the owner, is a complete gentleman and has always been honest and fair. Most importantly, the repairs have always been done correctly and without any issues. I highly recommend Discount Tire Center

5+++ stars. William the owner was very courteous and personable. He quoted me a great price on the phone, told me a good time to come in to get in and out, and delivered on everything. The store is very clean and pleasant. He checked my brakes and said they were fine. No upselling - how refreshing! Thank you, William. I would recommend and will definitely go back.

Excellent service. I called ahead to double check hours and if they could see me, very polite on the phone. Once I got there, I was helped immediately. The work was done quickly, all the employees were very friendly. I will be going back again the next time I need anything done with my tires.

The best customer service. William has my business from now on, I brought my car in and he had just bought his employees Gatorade. He insisted I take one which was very kind. Honest business man, great price and great service.

Over the past 18 years this has been my main spot. I have had tires, spark plugs, general maintenence to aftermarket suspension installed. William and his staff are always a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this spot and calling William to ask any questions.

This is my go to place for my precious Black Pearl (Nissan 370Z). Will and his team are honest and get the work done quickly and do a great job of keeping my pearl running smooth. Strongly recommended this mechanic shop! It is the only one I trust.

I had a tire issue early AM and ventured into Discount Tire Center. William was very friendly and professional and in less than 15 minutes I was in and out, problem fixed. I felt their fee was extremely fair especially because they took care of me so fast. Highly recommend.

Discount Tire Center and its owner, William have been my go to tire center and automotive repair shop for about 10 years now. I highly recommend their service. William is always courteous and professional. I have the utmost confidence in the mechanics and thier ability to diagnose and repair my car. Once again, I took my car in for service having set aside a substantial amount of money. When I arrived to pick up my car, William informed me that he had rotated the tires and added some fluids, but nothing else needed to be done. I had left my car with a long list of worries from uneven braking to a funny sound in the steering. William assured me that my car was fine and the charge for the rotation and fluids? Nothing. If you are looking for honest, hard working people who remember you when you wlk in to their place of business, Discount Tire Center is the place to go. You can depend on William to be honest with you about your automotive needs.

Two front tires replaced in less than an hour for a super reasonable price. Clean waiting room with fun decorations and friendly service. Very happy with my experience here, highly recommend!

I accidentally found myself here while looking for the larger chain "Discount Tire" stores but I am very glad that I stayed. They were able to remove the screw from my tire, re-inflate it, and patch it all within just a few minutes and then I was back on the road. In my experience, they are honest and will not try to sell you things that you don't need. I highly recommend this service center, whether you live in the area or are just passing through.

This is a very good place to do any repairs to your vehicle or simply get new tires and wheels. Owner is always there for you to answer any questions you have and hands on with his employees at all times. Open Monday thru Saturday. Prices are very reasonable and the work is top notch.

We are traveling through trying to get back to Georgia, picked up a nail in the left front tire, no one had time to help us in this area, Discount Tire got us back on the road in under 10 minutes.It's good to see this kinda of service still exist.Highly recommended

I had a flat with a plug that was slowly leaking air, but I pulled up they looked at it pulled the plug and put a new one in. They saved me a brand new tire. I tried to pay and they wouldn t take it. I would give them ten stars if I could!

I called this afternoon and the customer service was horrendous. I asked a simple question asking if they by any chance sell used tires and the employee didn t even let me finish my sentence and said no no and hung up. He didn t even have the decency of providing me with more information or letting me know any prices of the tires they do have.

I have had small punctures in my tire before and they don't try to sell you new tires. They will patch it up for you. Seemed like an honest mechanic shop.
