As a conscientious car owner, I entrusted my vehicle to Crash Champions of North Miami for what should have been a simple front bumper fix and a Rim reconditioning . Unfortunately, the experience turned into a nightmare that left my car incapacitated and my trust shattered.Upon arriving at Crash Champions of North Miami, I initially felt reassured by their professional demeanor. However, it quickly became apparent that their competence was merely a facade. Despite assurances of quality service, the reality was a stark contrast.The negligence exhibited by Crash Champions of North Miami resulted in irreparable damage to my vehicle. Not only did they fail to address the issues with my rim, but they also managed to create new ones. The ultimate consequence? My car now refuses to start, leaving me stranded and frustrated.Communication with the staff was equally disappointing. Despite numerous attempts to seek clarification and resolution, I was met with indifference and excuses. It's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them.The incompetence displayed by Crash Champions of North Miami is inexcusable. Their failure to uphold basic standards of care has not only inconvenienced me but also jeopardized my safety. I strongly advise potential customers to steer clear of this establishment unless they enjoy taking unnecessary risks with their vehicles.

Amazing service all around! From the time I brought in my Mini, till the time that I picked it up. It was in tip top condition and they even shinned up my rims which they really didn't have to but took the time to. Andre was AMAZING! So professional and was honest and very informative the whole way through. The front desk woman was also very nice and never had me waiting long. Had a bit of an accounting issue but Izamari & Crash Champions was so helpful and was able to work with me and accommodate me very well. I appreciate you all very much! I'm not sure if they are under a new management or not, I was worried about taking my vehicle at this location due to some of the reviews I was reading online . "Geico told me to drop the vehicle there". George was the person in charge of my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and my car was done before the estimated time and looked like new. I'm very happy with their service. Thank you, Crash Champions .

Incredible experience at Crash Champions. Jorge took care of my car in the most professional matter. Great communication while the vehicle was getting worked on. Vehicle looked incredible upon completion. Highly recommended!

My insurance suggested me this place and I didn t know that they were this bad. It took them 2 months to repair my car (which wasn t even in a really bad condition) and then told me it would be ready next week. Took them another 2 weeks to only paint the car. And then billed my insurance for around $7000. When I was picking up my car I saw warning lights on my dashboard, then asked what are these. He was surprised to see them as he was seeing them for the first time. Tried to delete the lights but couldn t do it and told me to drive it for a while then it will all go away. It turned out that my ABS system were damaged during the accident and they never fixed it. Now I can t sell my car because its ABS system needs to be replaced. Biggest mistake of my life to work with these guys.

A customer of Geico scratched my car and said he would contact Geico . Which he did . So after speaking with Geico they sent me to Crash Champions ,ABSOLUTELY THE WORST . We're talking about a few minor scratches here ,no body damage ,just a few scratches . I asked how long will it take ,George said ,2 days maybe 3 days . Then I get a text message that it will be next week . So I called and said I want to pick up my car ,never mind ,don't do the work . George stated that he will have to charge me to put the door back together . This is after only having my car for 2 hours . Scam artist . Geico paid for a car rental fir me . 11 DAYS LATER I GET MY CAR BACK . And the paint does not even match the original paint . STAY AWAY FROM CRASH CHAMPIONS . I called Geico to express my concerns ,they didn't even bother to call me back .Awful experience with Crash Champions . Don't bring your vehicle there . They'll keep you car hostage by broken promises . Imagine a few minor scratches and it took 11 days to get my car back and the paint job is disgusting

Had a hit and run with my brand new 2020 E53 AMG. Caesar the manager of the shop took a look at my car and told me all would be ok. Within days and even during the Christmas holiday his team worked on my car and delivered it on 12/31 in perfect condition, like the day I got it. Thrilled with this business and highly recommend. Nice job guys, thank you!

Everything from reception to pickup was excellent. People were always friendly and helpful. When I called, during the repair process, the person I spoke to always knew the vehicle and the progress. I don t think I ever waited to speak to anyone there. The repair was perfect and the car looked better than it was before the accident. Having recently had nothing but difficulties with service oriented businesses I wish they could teach others how to perform. I am truly grateful to them for doing an excellent job and making my life a little easier in the process.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was there couples time dealing with the repairs the manager at the front desk she was so nice and helpful they employee so friendly the staff to they deal with everything including the rental the service was fast under the time if I have another crash that s my place . Thanks to all

Worst place ever stay away you will never get your car back. I took my truck in on July 12th told them i need it back by July 28th they said that wont be a problem we will have it done in a week. so then on July 14th i get a text the Truck would be done in 6 days. Then on the 17th that the truck will be ready on the 20th then later that day they moved it to the 21st. then on the 19th i got a message the parts have arrived. But then on the 20th i got a text the finished date will now be the 26th. then nothing when i called them on the 27th to arrange to pick up my truck they had not even started painting the truck yet. Then on the 28th i get a text it will be done on the 4th. Then 7th they texted me the truck will be done on the 11th. I called today and they have not even started painting. This place is a Joke. You can see from the photo its not a lot of damaged and could have been one in a week or 2 tops not a month. its clear they just sat on this truck and they are not doing anything it does not take a month to paint somehting they got the parts in a week.

I am having the absolute worst experience at this location I came in to drop off my car and waited about 2 hours for them to take my car and now I m calling to have the status of the repairs after dropping it off a couple days ago and I can t even get that. I ve been hung up on and put on hold for over an hour. The woman at the front desk is incompetent! She will not let me speak to a manager or someone else on the phone. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Customer service is beyond terrible and I m pretty sure the reviews are fakeService: Body & Trim

I was astonished on length of time Crash Champions took to repair my vehicle. It was less than a week. I am truly satisfied customer. My vehicles looks brand new. They provided excellent customer services and answered all my questions. In addition, they kept me posted on outcome of my vehicle . Insurance company sent my vehicle here for repair(2015 Honda CRV). Alvaro and everyone at Crash Champions were amazing. The repair time and quality of repair were excellent. The paint job was the best part. Whoever sprayed the car is a top notch painter which is hard to find these days.

The staff was very friendly, approachable and service oriented. The car was returned to me in a deplorable state with a lot of dust everywhere and dirty. The repair was performed and looks good but this is the first time I go to a repair chop to service my cars and is returned in such a state. I wouldn't come back there for my repair needs.

Cesar and his staff performed miracles on my two month old 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. My car was involved in a hit and run. The other driver ran a stop sign resulting in him loosing his front bumper and an initial estimate of over 15k on my car. With several obstacles due to Lincoln not having parts available and sending the wrong ones, Signature Collision returned my car physically, mechanically and smelling like a brand new car off the showroom. With Geico s guarantee all work is good for the life time of the car. I would recommend Signature Collision hands down with no reservations.Nine months ago, I wrote my first review for Signature Collision. Unfortunately, another car hit my car in the front fender. Previously another vehicle hit the rear driver side fender. Both were in parking lots with no witnesses or notes to let me know who the owners were. The rear fender also affected the back door. Initially, the estimated time of delivery was the end of the following week. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call after Memorial Day that my car was finished. The next day I went to Signature to pick up my car no surprises or discrepancies. My vehicle was again showroom perfect. I can not say enough about Cesar and his staff. In today s world, it is rare to find a company and individuals like Signature Collision and Cesar.I can unconditionally recommend them.

I would so recommend this place to a lot of people. The manger Ceaser Gonzalez was very helpful when it came to helping me fix my car. Roberto did an amazing job on my car. The paint job was outstanding. The staff was super helpful as well, always keeping me updated on my car. what amazes me the most that it was done super fast. They gave me an estimate date and was done four days before the estimate date. I for sure will give this place a five star rating.

I was very impressed with Crash Champions. I had the pleasure of working with Julian who was extremely helpful and professional. Isa at reception was very nice and helpful too. I was directed to Crash Champions Collision Repair through their partnership with the GEICO Auto Repair Xpress program. I was in a car accident and rear ended. It was a positive experience. My estimator Julian Gonzalez kept me informed on a weekly basis and went above and beyond to assist me with through the process. My car was taken care of in a timely manner and returned to me after the job was completed. I would definitely return for additional services.Services: Exhaust, Tires, Body & Trim

I do not recommend this place / STAY AWAY!!!!. The worst service ever!!! I received a few text messages saying my car was ready when it wasn't. Took too long to fix a small dent. Had every excuse why car isn't ready. When I did get a call saying car was ready, but it was dirty and wasn't finished being puffed out...they did offered to fix it but by this time I just wanted to get my car away from them.... NOT HAPPY AND WOULD NEVER LET THEM FIX ANYTHING ERVER AGAIN!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Thank you guys for taking the time and fixing my baby 2019 Honda Accord (pearly white) back to her original conditions after someone hit me. Izamari and the manager was absolutely wonderful and provided the best customer service. After my car sat for almost a month with out the other driver insurance even contacting me back, I was very frustrated. This was my first accident, so I didnt know what to expect. Crash champions made this process very easy for me and I will definitely refer friends and family over to this great establishment. I give them 2 stars because they did do a great job on my car, but I will like others to know even though it says lifetime warranty for parts they worked on and if something happens just well driving your vehicle when you didn't hit anything or nothing they not gonna honor that warranty and you have to get that part that they fixed at your own expenses....I believe yall should take that lifetime warranty and put a limitation on yall warranty like 3 months 6 months a year 2 years whatever, because it's not lifetime unless you can prove a part just came over well driving which how I am gonna do that when going 60-70 on the highway and something on the car just comes off

Long overdue for this review.I got rear-ended almost a year ago. The other person's insurance, Geico, covered the damages and pointed me to Signature Collision Centers.The work has been great and had no issues.Staff was very nice.

Great experience, good and quality work done on my Mercedes Benz . Great hard workers . I personally like to complement the repair man who work on my car Oscar Torres for the great work done on my Mercedes C300. I haven t had any issues after all parts replaced and painted . Good job Oscar and Angel the guys that assisted me all the process.Best, Edilberto

I'm sorry I didnt read the reviews sooner. Geico recommended us to take my car there after a collision. I dealt with Elvis and it took them 6 weeks to fix my car MUCH longer than promised.Oh and they dont accept American Express. Super shady place, what reputable company does not accept American Express?Take your business elsewhere, I hope my review saves you the headache.
