I ve been but tires from Costco for the past ten years in three different States. Never had an issue. Recent I had a bad tire value which this location found and fixed at no charge. Appreciate the timely attention given to both me and my wife with our two cars.

I am a huge fan of Costco. I should have read the reviews before I go to this tire center. What a bad experience. The reviews are all correct. Everything is problematic there. Some staff, like David, are very rude. Need to hire right people.

I have been buying Costco tires for at least 14 years and I have never had a problem. When my car needed new tires this year I looked up Costco tire center and when I saw the horrible reviews I thought there was no way it could be true because I love everything Costco. Unfortunately the reviews are true, the customer service and quality at the tire center is horrible. Please DO NOT go there, whatever you do. The employees are extremely rude and don t care about you or your car. To top it off if you try to make a complaint to Costco corporate, they do not care. Please listen to the bad reviews, they are all true. While the Costco warehouse and groceries may be amazing, the tire center is horrendous, avoid it at all costs.

It would be nice if you hired nice people who can help costumers to bring the batteries that you buy at Costco in and out because batteries are too heavy, no Que se hacen los que no pueden o no es su trabajo.

DO NOT GO TO THE TIRE CENTER HERE. I was treated terribly, made to wait for 30 mins just to receive a refund. All my frozen food melted and they wouldn t let me go swap it out. I was then yelled at by a mechanic For trying to retrieve my car from where the people at the tire desk told me. The mechanic continued to berate me even though I stated that I was just doing as I was told. Instead of going and talking to the people at the front desk he blamed me. I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THE TIRE CENTER.

Big thanks to Dmitriy for resolving my tire vibration issue this summer. No one at other locations looked into it at all. Glad I went here. Thanks to his teammates for assisting me too. Very satisfied.

Don't waste your time and money. After taking the time to call and come in and ask if my tires were under warranty, which they were. I was asked to pay $173 for one tire. This is a scam. Even with an appointment I had to wait 2 hours. Go somewhere else.

One of the worst tire center you ll ever go to. Everything from customer service to resolution of the problem is problematic at this location. Choose other tire centers over this.

Stopped by with my mom to get her tires filled up with nitrogen on a Wednesday morning and they were a little busy, but Javier greeted me and mentioned it would be a few minutes, we waited patiently and he came over with a smile and performed the service. Very happy with this visit!

Don t buy tires at Cotsco in Pembroke Pines they sold me 4 tires same number different quality and outdated(and rotten) didn t last 1.5 years and I drive less than 8,000 a year NEVER AGAIN .......and they told me they couldn t do anything about it.Oh Sears how I miss you !!!!!!

Very slow service. Over an hour and a half (with an appointment) just to put on two tires that I brought from another store.

Can go wither way; sometimes they blow it out of the park sometimes the opposite. Depends on how crowded it is I guess.

In my opinion they need better technical preparation, they could not remove the nuts from my f150, I had to do it when I got home and for me it was not difficult at all, the supervisor (David) did not make the effort to resolve the situation, no I will return to this place nor do I recommend itEn mi opini�n necesitan una mejor preparaci�n t�cnica, no pudieron sacar las tuercas de mi f150 , tuve que hacerlo yo cuando llegu� a mi casa y para mi no fue nada dif�cil, el supervisor (David) no hizo el esfuerzo por resolver la situaci�n , no volver� a este lugar ni lo recomiendo

I have never had luck in this place, the truth is they never solve any problem, the only solution they have for everything is to replace the rubber with a new one, I don't know why they say they provide punch service, that never happens, I really don't recommend it They don't give anyone the service they needNunca he tenido suerte en este lugar, la verdad nunca resuelven ning�n problema, la �nica soluci�n que tienen para todo es remplazar la goma por una nueva, nose porque dicen que dan el servicio de ponche, eso nunca ocurre , la verdad no se lo recomiendo a nadie no dan el servicio que uno necesita
