This was the only canvas place that was willing to make repairs on my cover. They explained exactly how they were going to fix it, how long it would take for me to get it back and how much it was going to cost. They delivered on time and for less than they quoted. That s rare nowadays.

Wow wow wow. They have done amazing job is all I can say. They left me in shock when I got my top back. Even fixed the straps that wasn t even talked about. Really impressed and will recommended to anyone that ask me. Great quality great prices. Looked around many places before I decided to go here. Thank you Alex and team. Would have loved to post pic so you all can see.

Awesome experience. Tony treated me like we known each other for years. A small job but he his employees were kind and finished it under the time they estimated. I'll be back and letting others know of this fine trade shop.

I wouldn t do business with Canvas Craft after my recent experience.It took me a long time to get Alex to come over to give me an estimate to replace a boat cover on my 31 contender. Finally someone from his company came by and gave me an estimate. I approve the amount while asking that the cover be replaced identically to the one I had which had been wearing out over time. The cover they put on the boat is not what I requested and is a nightmare to put on. After numerous attempts to adjust it, it still doesn t work as well as the one I had on. Afterwards one of the Snaps that help to tighten the cover around the boat became unsown and I called Alex to get it repaired. He said he d take care of it and he never did. I m now stuck with a cover that s not what I originally ordered and that basically is a nightmare to put on. However they were very quick to get paid. But no after sale support whatsoever.

This place does top quality work at very reasonable prices. They did all the upholstery for my boat and will soon by doing the cover too. I highly recommend.

Professionalism is when the customer is unhappy and the manufacturer is unwilling to settle for an unhappy customer and will correct any problems to make sure that his reputation and his product or of only the highest quality. That s why the five stars above.
