Overall great experience for a typically stressful situation. Carlos was very patient with me and helped me find the car that me and my kids both liked. Neil the manager was very accommodating and tried his best to work with my budget. Definitely recommend Braman Mini!

My lease was ending and I definitely wanted to continue with another Mini. I'm glad Jessi and his manager were there to help with the whole process. It was a long day but I'm grateful for their patience and everything they provided us with during this whole process! They made it easy for me :)!!

I went in very early in the morning last Friday to begin the turn in process for my third Mini and to negotiate for a possible fourth one. Fiorella immediately stepped forward and toured me around the lot to see the ones available, then worked steadily to help me discern which one was best for me in this new economy based on my budget. She listened and responded professionally and with understanding. Her careful responses made the process easier for me. Very grateful for her knowledge and guidance in the process. I love my new car.

I went to Braman Mini last Friday to look at the Mini Cooper available to see if I like it enough to get one. I had a 2009 Mini Cooper, but I wanted to see how the new ones looked in person. Carlos Munoz was very helpful and explained to me all the new features and different models. Excellent customer service. I fell in love with the Mini Cooper Countryman S 2024 and bought it.

My husband and I went to Braham Mini to pick up our new Mini Clubman. Jean Lopez our sales representative was absolutely amazing. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. My fears of dealerships from past experience completely went away!!!! He made the whole process very smooth and pleasant since we started talking to him until we drove off with my new Mini. Horrible service. They take advantage of people when they are vulnerable in the service department.Please be careful with this dealer. They deceived my mother, did an incorrect repair, then her car broke down because of another item that they broke. The car broke down 2 days after they had repaired it. Now another item was damaged. Then they had her accept a repair for everything they had damaged and now she owes them an absurd amount on repairs that is more than her car is worth.This is really disappointing coming from such a respectable brand.After all of the repairs have been made, they had the audacity to tell us that the car may still be broken. My mother works very hard for every dollar she makes and it s so heart breaking that a company does this to its loyal customers

To start off I went with my must have list of what I needed, what I wanted to pay and what I was expecting out of this new vehicle I was looking into getting. It would be an understatement not to mention that when I say that my sales rep Marcelo not only met but exceeded my expectations and needs. I truly appreciate the hospitality, professionalism and true knowledge he had on the vehicles safety features that were my main concern on an overall vehicle. Thank you Braman family for everything.
