This is a review about Braman's Service Department, not the Sales Dept. We have been servicing our BMWs here for 10 years and have always been treated wonderfully, thanks to Chris! He is very knowledgeable and makes sure that we are taken care of to 100% satisfaction. We were there again this past Monday to get a final inspection of our X3 so that we could buy out our lease. All was done thoroughly and quickly so that we could do it all in one day and not have to come back again the next day.They have a nice customer lounge so that you can be comfortable while waiting. No fold up chairs at this reputable place!We also wish to thank Scarlett for her helpfulness on the Sales side! You truly are treated royally by the staff no matter which department you are in.

I was really impressed by the service provided to me and my wife. Angely Viera was my service advisor, and I could not ask for anyone better. She was kind, patient and communicative. The car was completed in a timely manner. I was well informed about the maintenance schedule and practice. I have been pleasantly surprised twice at Braman. The first time with the hastle free purchase and now with the attentiveness of the service department. I will attempt to forward this email to the appropriate managers in hopes that a stellar employee gets the recognition she deserves.

My service advisor Thomas is absolutely the best from beginning to end this service center started out pretty good, but then the loaners went away snack for away. The water went away. Things just went down from there, coffee it used to be a place to chill at now. I just want to drop my car off and leave. My experience at the cashier was bad. They missed pronouns miss gendered me it was very rude about it. I m black and part of the LBGQ+ community and I deserve respect wherever I go I spend thousands at this service place and I deserve respect from the employees all of them not just some of them

I want to let you all know that I love bringing my car in to be serviced. I only send my car to Gary!!!! He has been servicing my car since I drove it off the lot. He is always nice, courteous, and lets me know exactly what s the problem. He goes above and beyond the call of duty. This last service I was truly stressed out, but he made the experience manageable and worked with us. If anyone deserves a raise or compliment it s him! Horrible place to do any work on vehicle service specialist are deceptive and lie about charges. Said they would waived diagnostic charges and didn t after job was done. Way more honest South Miami BMW. Nassar lied about waiver fee service manager Gus does not call back. Had to dispute charges on CC not even about the money but the crockery and disgusting attitude and dishonesty. Will never use again. I promise

Ordered parts on march 21st and today it s march 29th and they never sent the parts out! The lady is trying to blame everyone else but themselves for losing my order! Terrible customer service please shop elsewhere! I tried to give them 0 stars but it wasn t possible.

I took my 2021 Hyundai Tucson there for its first service 7500 miles. I got the free included service with my purchase. They even washed my car, did a recall. All in under 2 hours on a Saturday. The service advisor Gary was very helpful. Big thumbs up for these guys. They got a customer in me for the foreseeable future!

Braman is by far the best all around whether leasing, buying or service. Leased and bought 5 BMW's and each time was contacted by other dealerships and never felt the same even when visiting these comps.Most importantly, I use a third party website to get all the current incentives, money factor, residual and complete lease paperwork or e-file from other leasees. Compare and always get great deals. Advice: Never lease unless you know exactly how the monthly payment is calculated. Braman is always is close to the numbers I get. Other places way off.Service is top notch! Best in the business. Our service contact is Ben Ferrer. He is always in contact with us. Makes sure our car gets in and out of service on time and if our car needs some extra time always gets us a loaner. Other dealerships do not offer loaners for serviceRegardless Braman handles there customers as expected with excellent customer service. Anyone who reads my reviews knows I deal with the highest level of customer service in the luxury wellness travel market. Thanks Ben for once again taking great care of us,

I purchased my dream car from Braman - was super excited and pleased about it. I did only get one car key - so I had to go back for the spare. I then had a collision occur, and wanted my car to go to Braman to get repaired. They did not begin ANY work on my car for 44 days. And was very casual about being backed up. I am a mother of a 12 month year old and have now been without my car for 52 days and am being told it will be another MONTH or so before it gets completed. I have been shown zero compassion, and am being openly told that mechanics are being sent to work on other projects throughout the process. I am extremely disappointed with the service and length of time. If it was parts needed I would understand, but that has never been the issue communicated to me. My car is not a priority for them and they have been paid in full for the repairs. Should it be a Ferrari or Bentley maybe I would have received better faster service. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE TO GET FIXED unless you can go 3 months without one.Service: General repairs & maintenance

First off they have a feeder system that props up the five star reviews. After you get service the advisors says the survey is linked to their bonus and ratings and it needs to be five stars. Service advisors should give you updates more easier but barely reach out to you and you have to see them physically to get a any questions answered and the wait times they say are never accurate. The advisors don't want to work together and constantly bickering. Had my service advisor ask another service advisor if she could help out with my issue and she just rolled her eyes and said you do it. They regularly claim the system is down when it comes to stuff covered by my warranty. Thus I have to pay for it out of pocket before or wait days until I could get a rental. The cashiers once overcharged me $900 and just giggled about it. Finally parking is extremely limited when you have to drop off your vehicle. And the overall place is dysfunctional from head to toe. They have order parts and told me they ordered the wrong ones on accident. Update it took me 30 minutes to get my car back after I paid for it, meanwhile the valets are standing there not in uniform and just buying slushees. Finally get my car back and I have a old car battery in the trunk. Never coming back here, taking my business to another Hyundai dealership.

I went there for a service and to check the car for the leasing and came back with out 2 umbrellas and a windshield sunshade and I had it on my car. I called the next day and they said they didn t have anything there. They clean the car and stole my 2 umbrellas and windshield sunshade. Horrible service. If you have to go there make sure you take everything you have inside the car. I don t recommend this location.

It's always a wonderful experience having my car serviced here. Maruf, the service advisor, is an exceptional problem solver and consistently delivers outstanding customer service. I encountered an issue last year when my new car was damaged by a valet, which left me quite upset. However, Maruf Muchallan and Agustin Falcon went above and beyond to resolve everything smoothly. Their dedication ensured my car was restored to perfection.During the period when I owned my M6, which was covered by a third-party extended warranty, every service and repair were executed flawlessly. For my M5 and M4, both covered by factory warranties, there was zero hassle and stress. I would simply leave my car, receive a nice loaner, and let the team handle the rest. Thanks to Maruf, every service was not only hassle-free but also an enjoyable experience.

Amazing customer service, polite, professional and helpful all the way around. Although the parking lot is very small and general parking is difficult to come by, the staff was helpful in providing instructions on a safe parking spot. The entire property is very well maintained, plenty of exterior lighting with clear walking paths. The parking area is clear of any trash. Walking into the office area for service it was easy to find assistance. The staff took careful notes of the ongoing issues with our car and explained in a fair amount of detail the steps the car would undergo inorder to properly identify the problem. The sales representative was careful in explaining what we should expect as well as the amount of time it would take the tech. The onsite loaner car service was quick and efficient in getting us back on the road. The rates are comparable to other service centers. Highly recommended. Definitely will return for any future work.

I went there to get my car maintenance and Jorge Dominguez helped me. I was there with my toddler and had to pick my two other kids from school. Worst service experience ever! No consideration for the client's time, no internal communications within processes, terrible customer service, mismanagement in general. After hours of my advisor saying my car was ready, it was not. Their excuse was that it was getting a special detailing. When the car finally arrived after so many hours, the car was dirty and not washed. No clue if they did perform my routine service because the advisor/representative is never at their desk and doesn't communicate with the client. My car arrived after 7pm and no one was there working anymore.Service: Oil change

I made an appointment to fix my RIGHT brake light, waited an hour and got sent home with the RIGHT brake light working and the LEFT brake light broken Until they got the part they need, Every time I tried calling Karina (My Service Advisor) she was on BREAK! Once I was notified they received the part I stopped by and she didn't even want to help me. I had to talk to the manger and change my service advisor to Gary who was able to help me and got it fixed, when I was driving home I realized my left blinker wasn't working took it back in and Gary helped me leaving no later than 5 minutes after.

Horrible service. Don't let them repair your vehicle if you need it done quickly. They drag it out and charge you for the "LOANER". It is a classic BAIT AND SWITCH. They tell you there is a loaner then they send you to a rental agency onsite to get a loaner. YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE READY AS PROMISED. Meanwhile, they are charging you for the loaner. They have a mutually beneficial arrangement the rental agency that is not disclosed to you as the consumer.BEWARE OF THE CROOKS IN THIS DEPT. IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU CONTACT NORMAN BRAMAN.

These guys are a total scam everyone from Jomar to Gus the manager I bought the tire replacement plan and they will not honor it. They are saying my tires are not covered. They don t return txt or voicemails. They want to stick you with a big bill.

If I could leave one star I would. Unprofessional, lack of knowledge of BMW service, no service loaner if not purchased with Braman, and waited over 30 minutes to retrieve my car. Horrible service and poor communication!!

Horrible, horrible ,horrible , will never take mine or any other of my families or friends cars there. Took them almost 3 months to replace my cars engine and even tho I understand a part was on back order, The communication with my service rep karina was extremely horrible. Took forever to return calls or text message. Never could tell me what was the progress on my car. Had to get the service manager Alex involved for him to actually tell me what was going on with my car. Finally after 3 months at the dealer i got my car and it Looks like they put the car through a car wash but the inside was extremely full of dust and smelled like burn engine. A courtesy vacuum would have been nice.

INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED ON THIS COMPANY. I went there to change my light bulbs, they told me it was going to take a day to get it repaired, it took two days. Being already upset at having to pay ubers for another day, they call me to tell me they found 1,000 problems with my car and that instead of paying $240 it was going to cost me $1,800 for everything, giving them the benefit of the doubt I decided not to fix anything else other than the light bulbs and get a second opinion as I have heard this place tends to overcharge for everything. When I went to get my car on the second day, I paid for the replacements of the lightbulbs and then they had me waiting for another hour and a half for my car. Once it finally arrived, it had no gas and had not been vacuumed or washed as promised. I don't recommend this place, it is mostly managed by white men which shows there is very little diversity in the company and that they try to scam you by finding multiple issues on cars.I hope they learn from this.Service: Electrical repair

I had my car serviced at Braman and was pleased with the work on my car and the staff as well. They paid for a LYFT to allow me to go home and come back after service and recalls were completed.

It could have been worse. I scheduled a synthetic oil change for $60 online. I chose the earliest time so there was no line or crowd. It started off smoothly. In the appointment scheduler I also choose to wait for my vehicle (i.e. no drop off).Though I had pre-selected the service that I wanted at a specific price, the service technician had me look up the services that I should need in a brochure that was very slick looking. The prices were much higher than what I'd signed up for. In fact, the flyer indicated that I should have my car inspected and get the tires rotated during my oil change for a total of well over $100. As I had recently purchased the car from another Hyundai dealership I refused the recommended air filter service because the other dealership had told me that they had just replaced all of those and I would not need a new one for at least a year unless I was driving in dusty conditions.Though I had pre-scheduled my appointment and had clearly stated that I would wait for the vehicle, I was told that the oil change would take 2 hours. After an hour and 45 minutes of waiting in a room with people that were not all wearing their masks properly, I got a call that my vehicle was ready and that I should pay.After paying I was told to go outside and wait for the vehicle. It took 34 minutes for them to pull the car around to the front for me to retrieve it. During that time I had to have a conversation with the service tech because I had scheduled and paid for a synthetic blend oil change. As you can see from the picture they only added 10W30 Quaker State oil. The service technician told me that they only list the nonsynthetic oil, but that they always blend it with Mobil 1 before they put it in the car. I pointed out that if they had put something in my vehicle that needed to be listed on the receipt.I think it's much safer for me to drive outside of Miami to get my vehicle oil change the next time. It's probably worth it to drive all the way to Orlando with how these folks are running their shenanigans.

Ridiculously long waits to drop off and pick up your car. The workers are always on their phone taking personal calls and texts. Making an appointment is for fun because they don t matter and lol at it ll be finished by x .If I hadn t paid for the service contract when buying the car I would never come here.
