I bought 3 cars here in the last 3 months and they treat me like if I was less than. I'm a 100 percent disabled veteran, knowing this they lied about military discounts and incentives. They sold me a car which to them was a great deal after buying a car cash the day before. When I wanted to trade it in they offered me 7.5 thousand dollars less for a car I bought less than 2 months ago at the same place. I've had more than one bad experience there. The sales manager Juan is a terrible person to deal with. The finance officer Carlos should he fired. He cleaned his office and ate and took every break possible instead of pushing the paper work through to get out which would of taken no less than 15 min but we waited 2 hours extra. Overall horrible experience 3 cars bought there and I will never take my business there. I suggest all veterans not to take your business here.

Amazing customer service, if you stop by look for Daniel Lugo. Great salesman, was on top of things, when I asked for a specific vehicle he got on that immediately. Even after the purchase of the vehicle was done he has been to able to help me out with questions and overall service. I never had the need to hassle with them I said a car note I was willing to pay and they worked things out. AGAIN Daniel was an amazing person and made my purchase of the vehicle a 10/10 experience, will definitely come back to Braman for my next vehicle.

Great experience with Braman Hyundai. Alex Guevara is excellent. This dealer has a great selection, and top notch facilities. I purchased the Hyundai Palisade, and the car is amazing. Highly recommend Alex and this dealership.

From the moment I walked in, I received nothing but the best attention. Luis was so kind, attentive, knowledgeable and helpful; honestly I have always been wary of going to a dealership but he was exceptional in getting me the car I wanted. We test drove several cars until I lit up and couldn t stop smiling when I felt we had found the one. Equally helpful and professional and so cool was Giuseppe with the financing. All this on a late Sunday afternoon/evening. In this town it s not easy to score on both these fronts, but Braman Genesis made a believer out of me. Looking forward to the perks and friendship to continue. Thank you.

I had an exceptional experience at Braman Hyundai. The sales person that worked with me was Manny Ortega. He was personable and was able to get me the best price for trading in my old Hyundai for a new one! Thank you also to Vinny in Finance. He was also personable! Both gave great advice in the types of coverage I should have for my vehicle for the best prices! Thanks again Hyundai!

I was mind blown by the level of customer focused service provided by Braman services and parts department. Gary was so helpful and accommodating by making the process smooth and even getting me transportation to an appointment and back which interfered with the car service taking longer than I initially had expected. My car was returned to me immaculately clean, and I definitely did not bring it in its best state. I would 100% recommend coming here for any car need!

Walked in to explore new car options as my lease was ending. Discussed moving forward with a certified pre owned vehicle that they told me in person was $5k over what it was listed for online. They then extended a fair price when I called this out and they asked me to come in the next day to finalize the deal.We rearranged our work schedule and travel plans to accommodate the urgency they created. We arrived as scheduled and were greeted by a different person. They had us walking around their parking lot and garage looking for the car which should have been ready for us to find out later that it was sold that morning and not one of the salesmen we worked with disclosed this information. Total lack of consideration for the customer s time and really disappointing experience.Also- they say whatever you want to hear so make sure to fact check the car specs !!

My Genesis advisor is Sergio! He gave expectational service from the moment I walked into the service center, to the very last moment when my vehicle was delivered to me. I did use the Valet service and easy transaction as I had a loner. Very communicative, punctual, attentive and responsive when messaged. Each day kept me updated with the status of my car. Professionalism at its finest. Would definitely request Sergio!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my new Ioniq6 from Aleska at Brahman Miami Hyundai, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. Aleska s attentive and professional service truly stood out.We discussed all the details over the phone: price, color, model, and payment. Aleska promptly responded and assured me that she could meet my specific requests. Having visited several Hyundai dealerships in Delray Beach, I was accustomed to encountering the same old tactics until I spoke with Aleska.She listened attentively without interruption, asking clarifying questions to understand exactly what I wanted. As I drove to Miami, I braced myself for the typical bait-and-switch scenario. However, to my delight, the deal was written exactly as I requested, with no surprise add-ons.Next, I met with the finance representative. I acknowledged that he would likely pitch additional products, but I made it clear that I wasn t interested. We swiftly completed the finance process. Within two hours, I would have been on my way with my new car, but there was a minor issue: damage to the front right corner of the vehicle.The team at Brahman Miami Hyundai went above and beyond. They allowed me to take the car home while arranging for a loaner trailer to pick it up. The loaner a spotless new Santa Fe arrived as scheduled. A couple of weeks later, I collected my repaired car, which was in perfect condition.I also had the pleasure of interacting with Eric in the repair department. He understood my priorities and kept me informed about my vehicle s progress. Aleska accompanied me to return the rental, ensuring my complete satisfaction.Aleska and Erick transformed what could have been another negative car-buying experience into my best one yet. READ BEFORE BUYING:I purchased a vehicle from Braman with just over 30k miles on it and was assured by my salesman, Claudio, that it had been fully serviced and all needed maintenance was done. Being an out of state purchase, I paid for the vehicle to be shipped to my address and when it got here, the engine light was on, the tires were FLAT AND BALD and there were numerous physical marks on the car that were specifically left out of the pictures. I instantly made an appointment to have the car looked at by a local shop and they told me that there were $9k-10k in repairs needed for it to be road safe. I tried contacting my salesman numerous times and was ignored for about a week until he finally had his manager Allan call me. Allan told me that we could cancel the entire transaction because of how expensive it would be for them to make the car safe to drive and they had a shipping company come pick up the car. It has been about 3 weeks since the vehicle was brought back to the dealership and I still have not received any of my refund and there is still an outstanding loan in my name which they have not reimbursed. Allan has ignored me for days at a time with an occasional promise that he is currently handling it or will handle it tomorrow but still nothing. Now I see that he has BLOCKED my number. I am out roughly $14,000 out of pocket and another $20,000 in the loan that is still open under my name. Any time I contact the dealership, my call is transferred time after time until it just goes dead on the other end. Do yourself a huge favor and look elsewhere

I am 57 years old and this was the best and the easiest car purchase in my life. Will Perez was my sales person and he was simply OUTSTANDING!I live in the Tampa Bay area and the car was in Miami. It was easy to commit to the purchase sight-unseen because everything I needed to know or see was available to me within minutes (additional detailed photos, video clips, etc). I was treated fairly (price of the car that I bought as well as my trade-in). The buying experience and picking up the car went as planned and everything went smoothly. Will is an utmost professional and made this overall an excellent buying experience.I would definitely�recommend Braman Motors Miami to anyone out there�looking for a new or preowned vehicle.

David was excellent. He provided all the information in detail which allowed me to make a leasing decision on the car I wanted and a price pout I was comfortable with. Even post sale he took time to go over all the features of my new car and even called to follow up to ensure that I was still pleased with my vehicle and to check if I had any questions about the car.

Don t order parts from them online. Horrible customer service and they sell parts online they don t have in stock. They will take your order and they place an order for the part from somewhere else making you wait while it s first delivered to their shop. I waited two weeks before cancelling my order. Emailed them several times and called in twice. Was told part would ship same day I called. Received tracking number that the label was created , which then it sat in that status for three days which means they never had UPS pick it up since the tracking status never changed. I finally canceled the order and bought the part from my local Hyundai dealer same day. They re obviously unprofessional and disorganized. Buyer beware.

I came in and met with Manuel Ortega the salesman and from start to finish the whole place was nice and efficient and i walked out of there with a brand new 2024 car . Whenever you looking to buy or lease a new car definitely ask for Manuel he will get you right !

Alexander & his staff worked very hard to make sure my purchase went smoothly( as they have always do). I am disabled, so my finances are very tight,but the Larry, Juana,& Alexander, worked diligently to find the right car with the right financing that would work with my budget. A month early, a man from Starbucks said he was having a hard time finding a good used car, so I immediately sent him to Braman,& he couldn't be happier with his car,with the service. He was so relieved that the service team were so patient to help him program the car to fit his needs.The Braman team, are a real team for each client to feel proud of their purchase.Thx Braman team

I just bought a car from this dealer on thanksgiving weekend and had an amazing experience through my purchase thanks to Richard Villasmil he was very helpful and attentive. The car although being a used car is brand new inside and out with low mileages, car was a lease from previous owners . I purchased a BMW x4 and couldn t be happier to have found a great salesman to make this transition as smooth as possible. If you need to go car shopping don t hesitate to look for Richard.
