Excellent and faster than expected process. They did a great job with my vehicle and all the repairs were done beautifully. My Collision Center Advisor, Mr. Erick Limatuj was instrumental in making this an easy and seamless experience. He not only explained every step to me, while keeping me informed along the way, but also dealt with my Insurance Company and guided me in dealing with them myself. He, along with the people at the front desk and other technicians showed an excellent Customer Service. I definitely recommend Braman Collision Center for all your vehicles repairs.

My experience at Braman Collision Center was nothing short of a disaster. I entrusted them with my car for body and mechanical work, and after waiting for 7 long weeks and paying a hefty bill of over $10,000, I was shocked to receive my car back in a deplorable condition.They initially told me 3 to 4 weeks, and each week they were saying maybe next week. They never communicated delays, I had to call every week to get a status update.The car was covered in dust, both the area that was worked on and the rest of the car.The interior was also very dirty, the console, and the area they worked on.It is clear that no effort was put into cleaning it.Finally the wheel they replaced had a warning on.Their lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction were deeply disappointing.I strongly advise against using Braman Collision Center for any car repair needs; their service and work quality are far from satisfactory. Save yourself the trouble and find a reputable collision center that values its customers and delivers on its promises.

Had a accindent w damage to both my passenger doors. My 2023 ford f250 needed real attention to detail. Charlie took beyond care of me. The attention to detail is unreal, they were kind, understanding, and really went the extra mile. Charlie Luaces was great from the beginning conversation to the end. I wouldn t take my vehicle to any location but here for now on.

This is my second visit to Braman Collision Center, and once again, it was an absolutely amazing experience! This time it was my wife's brand new iX. Saony and the team here consistently deliver outstanding results with their easy process and fast turnaround times. Had a visit a few months ago because of a big dent on my X3 and everything went very smoothly. They are very accommodating and accessible and you can get updates whenever you want. The person I worked with (Eric) even walked me to get a rental and helped me with the whole process. Super nice staff, even when work gets overwhelming. They did a good job on my car too and cleaned it before I picked it up.

I took my Hyundai in for repair after a small ding on the front passenger side and it had to be replaced and painted. I had the pleasure of working with Janiel and I must say the work was completed faster than expected. The finish was done very well, and the communication about the job was excellent. I highly recommend this collision center because the attention from Janiel associate is very hard to find, they treat you like family. Excellent customer service.

I took my car into Braman s body shop after another vehicle crashed into me. My Collision Center Advisor was Mr. Saony Hidalgo. He was very professional, and followed up with me and the insurance company often. He answered all my questions to my satisfaction, and I hope that the other collision center advisors are as good as Mr. Hidalgo as he made a difficult situation easier. Thank you Mr. Hidalgo!

Where do I start!? I got into an accident and didn t know where to turn. I brought my car into the Bodyshop and right from the start Joey made me feel comfortable. Joey took care of everything from start to finish and made the entire process smooth and easy. He kept me informed throughout the process and made a bad situation good! The workmanship is the best around I won t go anywhere else to get my car fixed from here on out. If you get into an accident and want good work and great customer service go see Joey in the Bodyshop you won t be dissapointed and you will thank me later.

Erick was my service advisor throughout the whole process. He was beyond great, and was always very communicative. He assured me that despite, the unfortunate crash my car endured, it would be restored to its previous condition( if not better). I am so grateful for how easy the process was and surprisingly quick despite the high volume of vehicles they have. Hopefully, this is the last time my baby needs to come to the shop, but if it s not I will definitely bring it to Erick at Braman Collision Center.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Saony is a top-tier service writer. We bought our BMW from Vista in Fort Lauderdale. Even though we live in Broward County, we drive to Miami just so we can deal with Saony. He was referred to us a couple of years ago. It was a great referral! The body shop does excellent work and Saony make certain everything goes super smooth. He communicates proactively through the process. Plus, he s a super nice guy and a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend Saony and the Braman body shop!

If anyone is looking for a a place to do repairs on their car or have their car detailed. Go to Braman collision center and ask for JEAN AND DAYNER. They worked on a few of my cars and my cars came out looking brand new.Whenever I have work done on my cars I only use JEAN AND DAYNER
