So where do I start. Back in June I bought a 2023 Colorado Trail Boss brand spankin' new. One month later in July it was already having issues. I was about to head over to work and I was trying to unlock the truck but nothing happened so I manually opened the driver side door and it wouldn't turn on. Turns out the battery was bricked after a software update. Took it to the dealer, they solved that and thought okay one issue no biggie. Fast forward 2 months later to September and that same issue from July happened again and unlike in July where it was at the dealer for just a few hours it was there for days in September and I missed two days of college and work. Fortunately they gave us a rental car from Hertz and they solved the problem afterward and I was starting to get skeptical but thought nothing much and it didn't happen again. And fast forward till now and I'm already having another issue! This time however it's the transmission that's having issues. And they don't have any loaners or rentals to give us! I once again missed 2 days of work and college!!! And now the truck has to stay there for a week because 35 other cars are ahead of us! I bought a new vehicle to avoid these issues and I've already had multiple issues in just 8 months of ownership. As a huge Chevy fan, this really hurts me to say, but Chevy has become garbage and has done me dirty. I hope corporate sees this as well.

Brought my 2500HD Duramax for service. Miguel was rude, try to charge me for the highest possible oil change price without offering other options and they did not have parts for a recall even though GM says readily available. When I said I was leaving without service, he left me blocked in the chute. I honked and he just walked away. I had to go over divider on to adjacent lane to get out. I should know better. I have had nothing but bad experiences here.

Bought my Z06 there. Horrible customer service no explanation about the car. People only looking for sale. GAP insurance is a joke. When you need they are never there. After the deal you are nothing. Grieco for sure would my next dealer. Bomnim you need take care of your clients. Classes would be a good option for all of them who thinks it s a sales man.

I ve always had great experiences with Bomnin for my older car, and this last visit was definitely outstanding.The Collision Center (Body Shop) did an outstanding job fixing the damage someone did to my new car (hit and run). Ruddy and the team communicated often and I appreciate them explaining each step of the process in dealing with ordering parts and dealing with my insurance company. I picked up the car this morning and it looks just like the day I bought it! Highly recommend this shop, as well as Lenny and the team in Services as well.

Worse experience with these service advisors! They wanted me to sign paperwork for them to check my car and if it s not the issue stated in the special coverage letter they want to charge me $205 just to check it and takes 2 days. They didn t even want to provide me a loaner and I have 3 kids and need transportation. I kept telling the advisor before my mechanic even looked at it that the special coverage for the exhaust talks about the catalytic converter and plus if it is the catalytic converter they need to cover it. I ended up leaving since I can t be without a car and taking it to my ACE and GM certified mechanic who advised me the code my car is having goes back to special warranty and to call 1800 Chevy and they can set me up with a loaner.

Terrible. Last time I took my car for an oil change and my rear view mirror needs replacement. Car was dirtied by the workers. The service clerk Berrios did not even order my part. Mind you it's under warranty. Went back to leave my truck for warranty work Berrios said I had to leave my truck for a while and the offered no rental or loaner. Terrible. It's done on purpose to deter warranty work. Dont bring your car here they don't take care of their patrons. Every dealer in the past provides a loaner or rental.

Collision center at this Bomnin Chevrolet west Kendal is THE WORST!!!! More than a month and still counting to get my car fixed. The lady that answers the phone never ever knows nothing. The person who s supposed to be in top of my problem barely answer the phone and the lady always says he will call me back with answers and NEVER did. I have been calling and calling to receive answers like the part has no came, the part came but is wrong etc etc I m not sure if all places are like this mess, I think we have become a third country world without notice

The team are a lier, they sold me a car one month ago, they did not give me a cat a same day because supposed to have a gas sensor broken, they were expecting a part, they have 3 fays my car on the store, they gave me a car 3 days later and they said , they ll call me back, never happend, we asked them to take a car for another dealer GMC they said is not possible, we still have car s warranty. We both a part pretty easy and final result was not the damages. I called many times just Yesterday I received a phone call and you know . They did not have any ticket or report about the damages. They sold me a broken car, they dont Don nothingService: Auto engine diagnostic

I took my car for service it was fast the paint on my vehicle is now protected with ceramic i just don't what ceramic is but is protected paint shine also is slippery nothing sticks to the paint

Took my 2017 Chevy Silverado in on Oct. 8 for 3rd time to have issue with rear leaf springs taken care of. Dealer finally replaced the rear springs and everything seemed good. Last two weeks noticed a clanking sound from rear. Thought it was my equipment in storage compartment banging around. After further inspection, this is what I found (SEE Pic.). Apparently, the rear passenger shock was loosened to change rear springs and was not bolted back correctly and came loose and fell off.

My experiences here haven't been great. I dropped my car off on a Monday and was told that it would be 2-3 days to diagnose. 5 days later, it was still untouched. 8 days later they finally had a diagnosis and are now waiting for parts. They don't offer any courtesy vehicles and I'm having to pay for a rental, on top of the repair. The biggest need for improvement is communication. The service rep NEVER answers when I call so I have to keep going there for any updates. I try to go to the dealer for major/serious repairs but I think this is my last visit here. Always a ridiculously long wait for diagnosis and repairs. Previous visits took 6 hours plus just to tell me what's wrong with it. Today I was told 3-5 days just to diagnose, not including the actual repair and wait for parts. The staff is fairly nice though.

I regret ever coming here for body work for my Volvo since they re an authorized dealer. The body work itself was good. However, the car took 1.5 months to pick up. The receptionist had a different story every time I called. I spoke to the advisor only twice and even that was a project. More than that, when I picked up my car, suddenly, my car says tire pressure system maintenance required, and when I dropped the car off. It had no issues which is crazy because I just got brand new tires at Volvo less than a month before coming here. It now also says Child Lock Service required and that was working perfectly fine before I left my car here.Horrible experience and considering that I had to drive almost an hour there, I regret the whole thing.

We had a great experience with Mr. Tony Fernandez. He was extremely knowledgeable with all the cars that we test drove as well as all the discount incentives for new purchases. Jose, who assisted with financing was also extremely helpful in assisting the best plan for the family. Overall the experience was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and did not drag on untimely. I will endorse the dealership and staff to interested parties and consider them for any future purchase.

Went there for service twice because the truck has a message to change the airbags for a recall but they keep claiming that s not an issue and every time I go they find something wrong that they want to charge an arm and a leg for. Took it for a second opinion to another dealer and they stated that there is nothing wrong with the truck except for the airbag recall. They are not honest.
