I had an amazing experience at this location. My car was under warranty and having an alarm in the console. Service was super fast. I left the car there and a courtesy car was provided in a very short time in front of the entrance. In around 30 minutes i left my car and the center. My car was ready the next day, i didn t pay nothing as it was still in warranty and the problem was solved perfectly. I will surely visit bmw of south miami in case of any further needs. Great job also from the costumer service, Giovanna was kind and able to answer to all the questions. Super recommended

This was a fantastic day! Was helped by a perfect gentleman named JM Frezin who helped me pick out the perfect car. 3 series Brooklyn Grey with red interior. Great great service and he took great effort to teach me all about the car I have which will help with the car I plan to get. Thank you very much JM.

Nightmare!. For a maintenance service you have to wait at least 20 minutes before someone receive your car. They say it takes one or two hours to do the job, but don t call you for an update until you call them first. Always have to wait until the next day to pick up my car.UPDATE:I left my car on Thursdays and was given it back the next day. Natalie called me and said the job will cost $187 usd which I approved, but the next day when my husband pick it up, he was charge $1,915 usd!!! They argued that since my English is not good I must have misunderstood the amount no way!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I am shopping for a new car because I lease every three years...and just came to look at these cars for 1st time.EVen though I have not decided on this car just yet, the man who helped me took his time to make me appreciate the car and options.He was strategic, helped me understand the general differences between the models I was looking at, ensured that I had "the driving experience" and most importantly to me... was not pushing the sell.... This is a big problem in other dealers, and I as a woman do not like it when someone pushes me On a car purchase.Bmw gave me options to order cars from another location and ensured that I would get what I wanted when I'm ready. He even called me while I was driving home to thank me for my visit... These courtesies are long gone so again something that I noticed.I am not sure if I am getting the bmw.... but, the sales experience was excellent and I appreciate your time! I would would recommend your business based on my experience today.

The robotics that manage the appointment are very effective; the new facilities are comfortable and modern, loved that. Now, I had an appointment for an oil and 1 light bulb change at 9:00am. I was not called until 9:36am, I was about to get up and leave; I spent 36 minutes looking at 20 service agents looking at their phones or computer screen while I wondered why am I waiting? How come BMW South can not keep an appointment? . Then it took 4 hrs to hear back from my agent to tell me that they were not going to change the oil, my car had to run for another 2,000 miles. I bought an oil change program that promised, at the time of purchase, that I could get an oil change whenever I asked, and I bought it from BMW South. So, I got my car back at 3pm after 1 light bulb was changed. Really?! This can not be improved upon? 5 hours to change a light bulb? I had better service at BMW of FtLd.

I was being very generous with the original 3 stars (now it's a 1 star see below) and only because the service manager took care of the main issue on the second try. I think my service advisor Natalie did everything she could but was limited because of the technician so I had to contact the Service Manager. Long story short, if something is covered under the manufacturers warranty extension, then the shop foreman should let the service advisor know so the customer (me) isn't told that it will cost $5000 when it should be free. Thankfully, I found out that the repair was covered after I refused the expensive repair, called BMW NA and verified my exact care was covered under the warranty extension and let my service advisor know and it was fixed. My advice is to make sure all repairs you are told are needed aren't covered under the manufacturers warranty extension before you pay. The free 2 day rentals from enterprise are low end cars and stink. I had 2 different one's and they both were dirty and stunk inside. If I bring in a BMW for service and you offer me a loaner/rental, it should be close to the same caliber of car, not a lower end hyundai, nissan or kia that stinks and is dirty. Anyway, there's my review. So they charge you a diagnosis fee if you don't get the work done. Even though I got work done, they still charged it to me. They said because I didn't get the work done that day. Well... I didn't get the work done that day because you didn't tell me what the $9k was for and wanted to start charging me for the rental after the second day. Once I saw what it was for and that it was covered under the manufacturers warranty extension, I got the work done. This is just a scam place and why I will NEVER buy a BMW again once I sell this one. Since they are the only BMW service center is South Miami and I never want to deal with them, I will go back to a Range Rover. Stay far away from this place. Even after I disputed the charge on my card, they fought it so I am filing a smalls claims suite so they have to not only give me my money back, they have to pay fee's etc. to fight it which they will lose since their contract specifically states that the fee is not charged if the work is done and doesn't say the work has to be done within a specific time. To me doing it a day later, shouldn't make a difference, it's not like I wanted a week or a month. It was a day later once they clarified what the charges were for. But remember, if I didn't do some research and actually call BMW USA directly, they would have charged me $9k for something that is covered under warranty!

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unfulfilled Promises and Incompetence.I recently had the unfortunate experience of purchasing rubber mats for my BMW from this dealership, and I must say it has been an absolute nightmare. I placed my order on October 9, with the promise that the mats would be delivered within 30 days. Little did I know that this would turn into a 13-week ordeal, leaving me utterly frustrated and disappointed.To add insult to injury, despite multiple attempts to get information about the missing trunk mat, the dealership's parts team consistently demonstrated sheer incompetence and unprofessionalism. Not once did they provide an honest and transparent update on the status of my order, leaving me in the dark for weeks, on hold for over 30 minutes multiple times, and no follow ups on sensitive cases like this.The lack of communication was astonishing. Every time I called, I was either kept on hold for an excruciating 30 minutes or given the runaround by clueless representatives who seemed to have no idea about the specifics of my order. It's disheartening to see such a disregard for customer satisfaction, especially from a reputable brand like BMW.Fast forward to January 19, after numerous frustrating calls and failed attempts to get a resolution, I finally spoke to the general manager of parts. Instead of acknowledging the delay and taking responsibility, he offered feeble excuses. In response, I made it clear that I would be leaving this scathing review to shed light on the incompetence and unprofessionalism displayed by the dealership. In addition to that, I had to call my bank and do a partial charge back on the undelivered product.As a business owner, I deeply appreciate the significance of delivering excellent customer care service. My loyalty to the BMW brand extends beyond the exceptional quality of their vehicles; it is also rooted in the outstanding customer service I have previously received from a different BMW dealerships. The reason I choose BMW is not merely because they produce exceptional machines, but because I have come to cherish the unparalleled customer service they consistently provide.Regrettably, my experience with this particular dealership has been a stark departure from the elevated standard of service I have grown accustomed to.I implore the dealership to use this feedback as an opportunity for self-improvement. The staff needs to undergo comprehensive retraining to instill qualities of respect, honesty, and effective follow-up in handling customer concerns. As it stands, I cannot in good conscience recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle or parts from this dealership.While I may be forced to use their services for routine maintenance due to proximity, I will certainly never consider purchasing anything else from this establishment. It is my sincere hope that this review serves as a wake-up call for the dealership to elevate its standards and provide the level of service that customers rightfully deserve.

CAUTION they will try to rip you off! Offer services not covered in the lease agreement, dont call and ask for approval of cost and then charge you. Donny Rizzo is a total old school car salesman. GO to Brahman.

5-Star rating for sure. Hands down the best service and you are in and out fast. If you need a rental, they take care of it easily as well. Luis Garcia is fantastic! Super nice guy and very professional. Overall, its been a great experience & thanks to Luis I had a great vacation I ll be back soon lol

I was so pleasantly surprised after taking my car to get serviced here at this location for the first time. My advisor was Donny and he was so quick, detailed and helpful. I was in and out within the hour. That s unheard of!!! Everything was so easy from the second I drove in to the second I left in the Lyft they called for me to go back home. My car was ready within a few hours and I left a very happy customer. Thank you Donny!!!!

I called to transfer my car to them due to their location, but when I told them that my car was recently serviced, they couldn't care less, and after reading the poor reviews, I won't be changing BMI servicing to South Motors.

I've had my 2019 X5 in for service several times and Tony Marquez has been my service advisor each time. I can't say enough about how Tony has been a sound and practical resource, being honest and true about the services required and helping my understand what I should expect in the future. With such an expensive purchase, you could only hope you have a partner to help you when service is required and I've found that with Tony.Service: General repairs & maintenance

We ve taken our BMW there three times and it s been hands down the worst service center experience. The first time they returned the car but the repair was done improperly (and was dangerous to have us drive off with it) and we had to go back, the second time it took THREE DAYS longer than expected and the associated rental car tried to charge us. Third time we were overcharged and they fought us tooth and nail until they finally admitted they were wrong. The individual staff seem nice enough, but every time say they explain they are so busy they can t keep up. We ve given up and have resigned ourselves to driving further for a safer and consistent experience.

Messy, had an appointment and took like 3 hours just to change oil, if got an appointment I expect to be out in 30 min, as changing oil and general check won t take more than that time in any service shop ever, what s the meaning of the appoinment the?

Had an appt for Saturday at 1:20 and needed a rental. When I got there I was informed rental office closed at 1:00! Bad customer service. Never coming back. Friends have had problems with the service and communication with their customers as well.

Made an appointment for an oil change, was told $99 while making an appointment. my daughter arrived on time, took 50 min to drop my car and speak to my advisor. To only hear from him that it s $140 for an oil change. She tells him we were told $99 when we made appointment. He goes to speak to supervisor comes back to tell her sorry it s $140 but we did speak to our rep and corrected them. She tells him my mom wants to speak to you n hands him her phone. I tell him the same thing n he tells me ok I spoke to supervisor and we re going to leave it at?$99 for this time. As if they are doing me a favor??!! I mentioned to him that this isn t the first time this happens that my daughter has to call me to rectify something with you guys. That only cause she looks like she s 15 when she s 20 doesn t mean you can take advantage of her time nor brains. Took an hour to drop off car with an appointment for service? I didn t even get a call when car was ready. From 8:20 am to 12:50 pm when I had a chance to call to follow up. Left a voicemail to manager (Eduardo), this was on Monday and it s now Wednesday and no call back! My service advisor Tony Marquez has been the worst advisor and needs to go back to training. He told me if I wasn t happy to go somewhere else or switch advisors. BMW needs to train these people better. No respect whatsoever and it was too early for this!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

These people are ridiculous I have a 2004 BMW 330ci in beautiful condition with only 56k miles. It started leaking some oil from the oil pan gasket, so it basically needs to have the pan gasket replaced. The price for that part is about $30. So, after trying to get someone on the phone for two days, I was quoted $2,300 by this BMW official dealer.It is true that living in Miami became stupidly expensive, but yet How can 2.5 hours of labor + a $30 part become a $2,300 job ?I am finally doing it with a BMW certified mechanic for $800, which is not cheap precisely but at least more reasonable.Will never consider this place for anything else.Avoid this stealer!

This was my first time here due to just moving to the area. The scheduling process was simple. I arrived on Friday 10.14.22 for a 10 appt. I pulled in, a nice young gentleman guided me to the receptionist desk for additional information. The two lovely receptionist were professional and welcoming. My advisor Rodrigo was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming as well. The BMW establishment is very nice and cozy. Thanks BMW, I will continue my services here.Service: Auto maintenance

Brought my car for tires. I have powder coated rims which they damaged and wanted me to pay half to repair. After 4 days of proving they were the cause of the damage I got no apology or decent customer service. Never again!

I went out of my way to take my car to be serviced at South Motors BMW. It was a terrible experience. Poor diagnosis. Poor service. Bad Job. Overpriced.Might I mention theyv have the worst service manager.I felt I was taken advantage of, disrespected and overcharged.Beware of being tricked, fooled, and robbed.

No one cares here. No one wants to work and if you have any questions you can t get anyone on the phone. Second time in two days I have to drive here because I could not get anyone on the phone. I ve left my cell number three times and no one has called me back. Will never leave my car with these people. I d rather drive north and leave it at another dealership. If I could give a zero I would.

Since December I ve been contacting Andrea leaving her voice messages of which she has not returned one.We finally received a refund check (3/1/23) since I traded in my X3 BMW in November 22.But to date she has not returned not one of my phone calls.This dealer lacks Customer Service extremely.unprofessional.And Ucrania got on my phone when I purchased my car there she says oh let me do it and she was extremely sneaky turning around so I couldn t even see my own phone. I deleted the reviews she did her self. I learned my lesson never to handover my phone to any representative so they can write their own reviews.

I ve never seen a dealership of this quality to hire such incompetent ppl . Took my X5 in for the 2 time because the windshield wipers was leaking the fluid and the wheel well cover was not properly put back together I dropped off my car on Monday and picked it up 4 days later and with 27 miles more on my car then when I dropped it off with (although I do not understand why you need to test drive a car for leaking wiper fluid )and still pieces under the wheel well are still loose. 27 miles what did you with my car BMW?!!!!!Service: Electrical repair

Absolutely horrible experience. I spent about an hour and fifteen minutes waiting for my first service which was scheduled in advance. They have Enterprise rent a car giving out the loaners and the options I was given were both disgusting inside. The one I chose smells like cigarettes is in terrible condition and has 60k miles..
