As other reviews have stated, the staff experience here is next to worthless. Walked in to look at a few motorcycles listed online - turns out the website is completely off as they list bikes that have been sold recently, you ll stand around for 30 minutes before a staff member talks to you to ask questions, and when you do ask questions the staff talks Spanish behind your back (I speak Spanish, I can understand what your saying even though I m white ). Ultimately the worst experience I ve had in a motorcycle shop and I ve been to a lot. Go to a dealer that respects your time and self, don t give these guys your money.

Bought my first motorcycle here a year ago. I was just looking at the begining but ended up buying one, without being pressured or completely ignored by the sellers. Friendly and knowledgeable staff affordable prices and several models to choose from. They have events which are interesting and nice gatherings to meet other fellow riders. I'm getting ready to upgrade my motorcycle, and after visiting other dealers, I'm pretty sure I'll get my second motorcycle from this dealer again.

While traveling I was excited to stop off at another BMW motorrad dealer as I am an enthusiast who loves and supports the brand. Upon my arrival I was excited to see the size and volume of inventory. However their customer service was non-existent. I walked around the showroom looking at apparel and helmets for 30 mins, never once was I was greeted or acknowledged. The employees would go out of their way to ignore you and were speaking to each other in Spanish and would make eye contact with me and go back to chatting. After standing at the counter for 5 minutes and being ignored I placed the items that I had picked out, back on the shelf and walked out of there. Since I do not live close, saying that I wouldn t return would have no relevance. If I did, I would find another dealer to do business with and avoid them at all costs. Very sad for the brand.

I had a fantastic experience at BMW Motorcycle of Miami. Laura was incredibly helpful and patient, making my visit enjoyable. Her assistance and expertise were top-notch!! She even carefully guided me with the Uber package delivery.

OMG! The customer service at this place is horrible. I m surprised the are a BMW dealer. The parts manager sucks , I was on a motorcycle trip all the way from Utah, my GPS broke, it was under guarantee, they had one in stock, I called Garmin they said to stop by and they should be able to help me and she did the impossible Not to help me. That s not the culture lady, you should read a book or two about customer service and learn more about what BMW is all about, definitely failed. I think if this is the manager I can only imagine how horrible she leads her team.

I called for a price for the oil change and time frame and was given a price of $370 and that I would drop it off in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. When I called in the afternoon they said it probably wouldn't be done but I showed up anyway to find myself with a $580 for things I did not authorize and after a back and furth for about 30 min they can only help with a bill of $523.54 so from $370 to $523.54. Completely incorrect and unprofessional just taking my money would not recommend this place to anyone I feel as if I was robbed.

A joke. Anti-helpful staff honestly. Find another BMW dealer that actually cares about their clients. Everyone s speaking Spanish in front of you, I feel like they didn t want me in the store. Long time owner of numerous BMWs, e30, e46, e92, e83, e71, k70 not to mention numerous other motorcycles. First experience with a bmw dealer that is unwilling to help and be thorough, especially noting that I m about to go touring and need to know the correct information and have the correct parts, unwilling to match prices from other bmw dealer that was further away for me. Found it hard to get answers about my specific vehicle. I mean this is the reason why I go to dealers and not shop online.. but NEVER again here UPDATE: I ended up driving to another BMW motorrad dealer in FT LAUDERDALE. As soon as I walked in big smile, super helpful, open to talking shop, willing to work on pricing and everything in between. There was another gentleman who came in who was buying his double R from them - seemed really happy with their service. I spoke to Michael Romero. Exact location is 4201 Peters Rd, Plantation, FL 33317.

Bought a 59.00 shirt that was damaged. Return the next day to exchange and they blamed it on me and refused to exchange. Imagine what they will do for you if you bought a 10,000 dollar motorcycle. The manager called me a liar to my face and embarrassed me in front of others. Terrible customer service.

Have had my bike serviced here before and the service is exceptional with Jorge as it has always been. Just purchased a new bike yesterday from them and Humberto did a great job in getting me all the numbers put together and Alexis in getting me the financing for my new bike. Also had some aftermarket parts installed on the bike and when I did all the paperwork it was already 2pm and Jorge made it happen to have all those parts installed before 6 so I took my new bike home with all the new parts installed.Great job guys. All the personel there is very friendly and helpful.

Came by to make an appointment for a battery replacement to my remote. As soon as I pulled in, CARLOS walked out and took care of me incredibly fast like he always does. He replaced my battery on the spot. I m so happy I chose bmw of Miami to buy my S1000 as their customer service is always great and carlos is great at taking care of BMW s customers. Thanks again for another pleasant visit

Review long overdue..Came here with my father to replace his harley, he chose a R 1250 R and hasn't looked back since. David and the accessories/ service dept ladies continue to be the only nice thing about this place despite what happened next...6 MONTHS LATER (1/23)I finally purchased an R18 and had a rough experience with borderline bait-and-switch tactics, but otherwise am enjoying a great bike. Now, 650 miles later, I'm due for the break-in service. Turns out they only have one mechanic and he's burnt out because he left the drain plug finger tight and I leaked oil all the way back home. Luckily, the plug didn't fall out during the ride home and the level is still acceptable but I did not pay $523 for this. I cannot recommend this place anymore if it means I have to inspect my own machine after paying for "BMW quality service"... and prices.

Walked in to ask a few questions about possible purchasing a motorcycle . No one approached me, no even greeted me. Sales people were to busy talking to each other and enjoying each others company.

The bike is in great condition and I love it!I also purchased some gear - Stephanie helped me pick out a helmet and jacket and gloves, she has great attention to detail and is really kind. Was a great experience and would recommend!

This is like a toy store for grown ups! You can spend hours looking at all the beautiful bikes but what really differentiates this store from other motorcycle stores is the great service, from its owners to their great staff. Basically I left my Honda goldwing there and bough a very nice R18 B. Just ask for Alan, Tania or Jesi and they will make you feel at home while you are knowledgeable assisted on the best motorcycle and the best deal you can get. Don t believe me, just go.

I am not the biggest fan of dealerships, nor motorcycle/car salesmen. I guess this came across to change my mind, the vibe in the store is amazing, the salesman David was so professional and concerned with a my experience in the shop that I could not believe. Well, needless to say, I stop looking around and bought my motorcycle with him. Never pushy, nothing in the store is overpriced from bikes to gears. I checked though the Internet.Thank you guys for made a motorcycle buying so pleasant.Claudio ReisTriumph Rocket

hallelujah, hallelujah and more hallelujah. Very rarely you find a motorcycle dealership with the integrity and honesty of BMW Motorcycles of Miami.I am outside of the country and my 2016 R1200GS has been parked for 4 months without been started or taken for ride.I asked my friend to please start the motorcycle and take it for a ride, but no luck the battery was dead and it did not take charge, my friend purchased and installed a new battery but to his surprise it did not start either. My god something is really bad with the bike I though. I contacted BMW road side assistant and had the bike taken to BMW Motorcycles of Miami for the needed repairs, at this time I was just thinking what was wrong with the bike and how much $$$$$$ would the repair be.Early in the morning I had a call from Jeorge Wickel the service adviser to tell me that the bike has been dropped there, but he had not have time to look at it yet but that he will try to get to it that day if not, for sure it will be the next day Wednesday, but that he will try hard to get to it, then he proceeded to tell me that they work on appointments only and that they were very busy because the service department does not open on Mondays.Right there and then was the first good impression, is very hard to get this kind of honesty. Normally services advisors never call you, and when they do is only to tell you stories why is going to be 5 days to get to your bike or to tell you that something else $$$$$ is wrong.Back to my story, in the afternoon the same day Tuesday, I get a call from Jorge to tell me that the bike was fix and ready to go.My second good impression this guy fulfill what he promised, wow!! a man of his word, a very rare commodity now a days.I asked him what was wrong and how much was the bill, he said that it was something big, I said oh god here it comes $$$$$. All my good thoughts came crushing down, I paused for a bit and ask him again how much?, Jorge laughed and said you owe NOTHING! wow, I said what was wrong? he replied nothing, your friend did not connect the battery properly. Here was my third great impression with Jorge Wickel and BMW Motorcycles of Miami, how many dealers would have use this opportunity to get BIG $$$$$ and tell the customer that the main computer was fried and a new one was installed for $$$$$$$$$ BIG MONEY.I must tell you, I don like to write any reviews, in fact this is my first one. I though I must write this one, it is very rare to find a dealer with integrity and honesty as BMW Motorcycles of Miami and its employees, especially Jorge. My hat off to you JORGE WICKEL, THANK YOU! Your integrity speak for it self. Super Highly RECOMMENDED!! Thank you Guys!! keep up your good work and your integrity. Your business will be rewarded because you have no competition at your level of operation.

Jorge over at the service department was great. I called early in the week to see about availability, and he mentioned I can drop it off and will be ready by the weekend which was what I expected.I arrived around 3pm to drop the bike off, and to my surprise, he mentioned he had a short window where he can get my maintenance going should I want/be willing to wait. 2 hours later, my maintenance was completed.Jorge and the service team very attentive and friendly to my presence, and provided a very welcoming experience.

Great customer service from the parts department. They have a great system where you can text/communicate directly with a parts specialist using Whatsapp where you can receive quotes, stock availability, and photos of the item you are looking for before making the trip to the store. I always feel like a valued customer when I shop for parts, apparel, accessories for my bikes. Maria is my go to person in parts. She is very prompt in replies and professional. I do no think I would shop for BMW accessories elsewhere than from Maria at BMW Motorcycles of Miami.

I brought my 2020 Royal Enfield 650 Interceptor to BMW Motorcycles of Miami. Yes, they are now a fully functioning Royal Enfield dealership. The show room and service departments are spotless and welcoming. Although I did not purchase my bike here, they treated me as a valued customer. Jorge, their Service Manager is exceptionally professional and efficient. In case you re wondering they also follow strict Covid-19 protocols. I will keep them in my short list of preferred dealers for the future.

Be careful! They damaged my rim while doing a tire change and claimed it wasn't them. I also brought it in for the service, and when I left the light was still on. I had to go back for them to tell me it was my fault since I didn't do some work on the brakes. However they were still able to removed it even though I didn't do the work on the brakes lol. They are terrible liars.Jorge is however a very nice and understanding gentlemen that works there, he tried to help me as much as possible, but all the managers want to do is get you out of there as quick as possible so other clients don't hear your issues.I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!Don't be fooled by the answer they will post. They answer all the bad reviews in point form by the jobs they made. THE JOB WAS MADE yes but by ruining my rim, and making me drive back there to fix the problem I initially brought it there for.

I have mixed opinions about this dealer. They do a real good job of selling you a bike, and are so good at it, they just recently expanded their showroom and have even added some new brands of bikes. You will probably even get a good deal and will be real happy with your new machine. The problem comes when you need to service it. Be prepared for a $260 oil change, and that s on the single cylinder engine and it s just to get the service light to shut off; to be fair, they include their multi-point inspection. The worst part of this department is their level of efficiency and consideration for their customer s time and budget. The techs are good, but with a 4-8 week wait-time for an appointment, you would hope that they are ready for you. They also do a very poor job of letting you know what your bike will need at the time of making that appointment. They like to wait to have you there, and after the frustration of waiting weeks to get your bike in there, you are faced with either footing the ridiculous bill or letting yourself ride off without that piece of mind. They could sell more if they would let a customer know EVERYTHING their machine could need ahead of time, vs dumping it on them once the bike is there; specifically work that is based on mileage/time.These bikes are a luxury, so I expect to pay more for service and parts, but if you have to wait and they really are not looking out for your best interest, then I have a problem with how they represent the brand and treat potential repeat customers. They are by definition a monopoly in Miami, and as a BMW enthusiast, I would say beware of the issues with maintaining your beautiful machine after the point of purchase.

A went a couple of weeks ago to buy my third motorcycle in the store. My first one as a F800R and I clearly remember how Humberto (who has sold me all my bikes) told me that the F800R was the motorcycle to start enjoying what is now the best hobby I have ever had.People in the store is amazing. Josean Figeroa, Alexis Sanchez, Melissa and Jorge Wickel, all of you guys have always treated me like family. That's not something reserved only for current customers: they open you the doors from the first time you enter the store.I couldn't have chosen a better place to have my bikes.Update: I took my motorcycle today to the 1st service. As I had scheduled in advance (the day I bought it), I had no issues or complains about the service time. If you call in advance (at least two weeks) you'll get your bike serviced in no time. Do not expect to have your bike received or returning back the same day without an appointment. Remember: this is a high-demanded service department; a lot of customers to serve. Thanks to Jorge Wickel for a great service. See you in a couple of months.
