I have been to this business twice. Once to fix a hole in my tire and another time for body work. Great work both times. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I am young and don't have much experience and they walked me through the process of submitting my insurance claim. After I got my car back it looked brand new and they even cleaned the inside, which I wasn't expecting. It did take a while to get my car back but if you are patient, the results are worth it. I would definitely recommend this location however keep in mind, I think they require that you use insurance. Not sure.Services: Tires, Body & Trim

Got my car back today, and it looks exactly how it did, prior to my accident. Patrick, Luis and the rest of the team did an amazing job at all the repairs. The communication was very thorough during the entire process as well. I am very grateful I came across this shop 10/10 would absolutely recommend this to anyone in the community. Luis worked on my car, and he has done a great job. He is super attentive and knowledgeable and was able to find and fix all that was not working in my car.I m very happy with the work done, and really liked working with him. He has a really good vibe, very polite and attentive.

BEWARE! THIEVES! Completely uncooperative. They ignore you so they can charge storage fees $100 a day. After you drop off your car they stop responding. Insurance required documents and all they did was ignore my emails texts and call. Absolute thieves. Then they don't release your vehicle and say you need to deal with another company who has additional fees. Patrick the manager is very rude over the phone. Yells over you. Front desk associate Claudet the only nice person In the building who is willing to help. Everyone else just gives you the run around or ignores you.I hope this review keeps you from making the mistake of trusting this company with your vehicle repair. This body shop has the best customer service I ve ever experienced! A construction crane crashed into my car and I came to them and they not only provided me with phenomenal service but left my car better than when I first got it. Luis and Patrick genuinely care about their customers, I couldn t recommend this place more.

Went to have my car looked at, because of a few cement spots on the paint. The guy flatly told me that basically, half the car had to be repainted, and quoted a staggering amount of money. ($3,500)...!!! SERIOUSLY??When he saw I was not interested, he just turned his back and walked away... no thank you, no good bye. Nothing.And the shop looks gross....Update:A couple weeks later, I called a great guy (operating alone) who had detailed my motorcycle beautifully. He removed the cement spots like they had never been there. Cost? $150!!

Please beware of this shop! They are liars, rude and lazy managers that fail to call back for days and solve easy tasks such as emailing pictures to insurance company or calling back to their customers.They dragged me for weeks and didn t comply with insurance through the long period and lied to me that they did for over three weeks. Dealing with this shop was on such an unprofessional level that little kids could be better at this than those working there. I felt discriminated by those men and I am sure part of this had to do with me being a woman.When I came to pick up my car because I realized they were wasting my time and not calling me back after so many calls to the shop, they refused to give it to me! My car was a hold hostage.I showed them emails from my adjuster that they haven t complied with them and didn t send pictures to claim the insurance. Therefore I need to take my car because I need it for this holiday season ASAP. Instead, Patrick was rude to me, didn t cooperate and didn t answer any of questions. He didn t let me stay inside the shop and literally kicked me out! Who does that?! After that I realized I will not get any answers from those bullies and decided to call police.I asked him later, in front of the police, why he made me wait outside under the rain since I am a customer and a woman. Patrick s reply was: I don t trust you, you look like a person that would slip and sue us .Like a true gentleman and great manager he made me wait under the rain for almost two hours for police to arrive.After police arrival, he said I can tow my car when I pay $122 for the hours it took them to remove the bumper and the side of the car.I was shocked that he didn t communicate that option to me to escape the drama and save time for police officers who have more important things to do.In the end of the day, after wasting over three weeks with those low life unprofessional, I had to pay to tow my car to another shop where I could deal with normal human beings, be treated like a normalHuman being and deal with professionals who deliver on their promises and call back their customers!I felt like I am in a third world country and not in America dealing with this shop.

I was very frustrated with the treatment that my wife received in this place. They accused my wife of being scammer because she took her car for an estimate as requested by Turo itself after a collision. They took the parts of the car without letting us know, and the owner of the shop was extremely rude towards my wife. When she came to take the car after days of waiting for an estimate, the owner of the place simply ignored my wife and treated her very low accusing her from things that he was assuming. He didn t let her inside the shop to have a civilized conversation or pick up her car, or explain what was going on. Furthermore, she had to call the police and stay outside the shop under the rain for over an hour.Long story short, he was charging to let us take the car and when I went to pay and pick up the car next day, the owner himself already came with an extreme attitude towards me regarding our car.Police said we had the right to escalate this, however we are far from being what he accused us. Honestly, I don t understand how they run that business with such a poor and low treatment towards the customers, specially women.Definitely not a place to bring your car.

I had to fix a damage from a collision in my car. The staff at the shop was really helpful, negotiated and agreed the terms with the insurance company so I could repair it there. It was a back and forth discussion and I was happy that they were able to help me!Service: PaintingService: Painting

The owner Filip was rude. Tell me do not comeback to his shop. Trust me I will not and some more people will not after reading what I experienced. Very poor customer service from him personally and overpriced.$30 for "fixing" tire :( It was Emergency to fix my tire, after 2 hours tire was flat again. I put more air late at night, by the morning it was completely flat. I walk to his shop and show him the picture and ask if someone can help me to fix something that should be fix yesterday. He refused to help, the only way he will , if I bring my car to the shop. Because job wasn't complete the right way I lost some business and time. I spend another 45 min to put spare tire and drove to his shop, spend another 20 min until one of his mechanic look again and find one more leak and fixed. Thanks for not charging me another $30 :). Mechanic was very polite and professional.Service: Tires

Absolutely TERRIBLE experience with this company especially (Luis the auto body mechanic) and (Patrick the operations Leader)They were extremely RUDE and OVERCHARGED me for the work that they REFUSED to do after I was late to the appointment by minutes and when I asked for a refund on my deposit they refused to do that as well.They asked me for $430+ with NO WARRANTY and when I went to Lexus (my dealer) they asked me for $250 for the whole job with a LIFETIME warranty!* They will OVERCHARGE*They are extremely RUDE*They have NO WARRANTY*NO REFUNDS ON ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!!!Service: Body & Trim

These guys take advantage of people and rip them off! I was stuck needing 2 tires and they charged me $500! When I asked why it was so much they said it was because they can charge whatever they want!

I wish I never had to use them, but accidents do happen. My family uses them and recommends them to friends. Good people. Good work. They take care of the insurance headaches. Highly recommended.

This shop has super rude staff! They are not doing their work properly and treating their customers extremely poor: ignoring phone calls, emails, and even hanging up in their face. Super rude!

I want to give them zero. I went over there and I told him that I want to fix my without insurance and he just rudely said he doesn t work like that and he doesn t work with cheap accessories. I didn t even said him what kind of accessories I want to use. He just make a mind that I am cheap.
