I visited this location and immediately was greeted by Mario. . I told her i had recently called about complimentary battery test/charging. She told me to bring the batteries which i did. She tested the batteries and advised me that some were either dead(and possibly chargeable or dead and needed replacement). She went ahead and still charged them up.All in all, I am very grateful for Maria's exemplary and legendary customer service skills. She went above and beyond to try to get me out of a pickle. My day started crappy but ended well knowing there are still good people in this world.P.S : This message goes to the higher ups. Continue hiring people like Maria. She is a valuable face to your company. People like her are the reasons companies like yours thrive.Thank You Maria.

Robert Tom provided us with outstanding service, especially when we needed it the most. He was extremely thorough and kind. I have been to many auto parts stores, however, never felt an experienced the type of white glove service that Robert provided to us. Thank you so much!

Nicely laid out and spacious store with a helpful staff! They lent me the diagnostic code reader and were able to immediately give me the code of why my check engine light came in. It was just a simple part they had in stock. Definitely recommend!

Carlos is super helpful in helping find a good pair of windshield wipers for my SUV and Patrick was kind enough to install them for me. I didn t even have to ask he volunteered. Great place wouldn t go anywhere else. Thanks guys!

Went to Autozone #4812 to get my truck some new wipers it was amazing meeting Patrick T there the customer service he possess is amazing. He offered to install them without me asking him too. He did them in less than 3 minutes. It would of taken me a half a six pack, some really loud music and a full belly of food to get around to doing them. So thank you Patrick you saved me from the headache, you are truly the best keep doing the great job that you are doing. I commend you on your customer service its top notch.

I would like to start my review by saying thank you to Stephanie store # 4812 she was proprietary coach on customer service ans relationships I can only hope Autozone hire more qualified employees like her. With that been said Autozone should not have employees like Mr Robert at same store representing Autozone his customer service is extremely por to none.I would like to tell you more but I will need to rite a letter on Mr Robert poor customer service

Always helpful and friendly cashiers, never have I left this place feeling like I wasn't helped and I come here at least 3 times a month. It didnt matter if it was the starter, battery, water pump or wheel bearings they would always find a way to get the parts I needed to keep my cars running throughout the years.

When I tell you going to the auto part store is never a quick ordeal .especially with car battery problems however, waiting patiently today paid off. Lisa has the absolute best energy, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. Her personality is super magnetic and after having the day from hell with my car, she was just what I needed. I don t encounter women staff in Auto Zone often so she was a great delight.

Refused to refund me as the hub would get credit for the sale and they ll be hurt for the refund . Manager then told me they can t refund me because the two stores are separate. I thought this was a corporation with a nationwide warranty. I have a defective part, and I d like my money back. Maria Osegura lied to my face and refused to admit it.
