I have had multiple great experiences when visiting this store. The store is kept clean and the customer service I have received from here is excellent. Joshua has gone beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. Always have seen him with a smile on his face.

Rude! Employee "Juan M." loudly using profane language with other customer both in parking lot and in store. (Poorly) trained cashier and trainer offered no greeting, no thanks, no bag for product. I expect basic courtesy/professionalism where I shop, you obviously won't get it here. Fix this if you want my business ever again.

I needed a new battery. After I paid A young man (Isaacs ) helped install it. In the process he claims that the old battery may still be under warranty. Went back to the computer. Lo and behold. Full refund and got a new battery. Great Job Isaac....

I advise anybody looking for auto parts to please skip this store, buyers beware!!!!!! I purchased a battery from this location. They refused to help me, even though they gave me a faulty battery, got a call from the district manager, who ended up being one of the rudest people I ve ever talk to accusing me of only wanting free stuff, that was weird to me since I paid for this battery. If this is what the leader ship is like at AutoZone then no wonder the service at this store is horrible. I received a call from regional not too long after that telling me they would look into the situation and that was over two weeks ago now with no return phone call, like I said before when the leader ship is not good, the rest of the employees will mimic their actions. It actually shows you a bigger picture, if you hold a Stocks in Amazon, I would probably sell those about now, you can always tell when a company is heading downhill. This sucks does used to be a good company.

As usual the people here are Autozone are friendly and knowledgeable. They always treat me right here. Of course, on occasion you'll have to wait quite a bit to get what you need, but that's at any auto parts store. They are much faster than Advance or other auto parts stores. Alejandro was super nice, very helpful and located my sway bar link quickly. I highly recommend this Autozone!

Buyer Beware!!!very bad service from this store and its district manager, I work to hard for my money for this company to just take my money and give a battery that doesn't work, then tell me its not their problem.(that was from the store manager and the district manager ) The district manager went as far as accusing me of trying get something for free, How can I be trying to get something for free if i already paid for it!!!I got in touch with the regional office and have not heard back for weeks now. Its probably time to start selling your AutoZone stocks, this is how you know that this company is starting to go under. the fist sign is treating customers like trash.

Customer service was great! I came in to get a new battery and was helped by Silvio. He was very knowledgeable, and gave me a rundown of all the different price ranges and what goes into those factors. He installed the battery swiftly. Best store experience in West Kendall!

Rolando was completely useless and even aggressive with me to the point that I felt threatened. If it weren't for Ryan Diaz, Allan, and Danny (the one who found the part that wasn't where it was supposed to be) I'd have walked out and went elsewhere with my business. Props to the 3 young men who were helpful and if Rolando worked for me he be fired today. Besides the fact that his communication skills leave much to be desired and his zero customer service skills, he actually engaged me in an aggressive manner that would have escalated had it not been for other staff. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that he was "busy." This review is for the first contact (Rolando) NOT for the other employees that were very helpful. 5 to those 3 young men: Ryan Diaz, Allan, & Danny, thank you for your help...!!!

Worst auto zone I have ever been to. The parts manager (Ryan) was very unprofessional and provided misinformation for a simple battery swap that was under warranty. I had to pay for a new battery instead of them swapping it out. I drove to a different autozone on Kendal annd 167th and they refunded me and changed out the battery with no problem. Way better experience. The employees at the autozone on 137th and Kendall are lazy, didn t even take the new battery out to my car for me, gave me wrong information, and wasted my time. An absolute disappointment. If I could give a rating of 0 I would.

I had the best experience at this auto zone. I was helped by a gentleman (Danny) who was very knowledgeable and had great customer service skills. Danny changed my car battery quickly and he was efficient. He provided me with exceptional service. I will definitely visit this store again and ask for him. 10/10.

I just went in to replace my car battery (under warranty). There was someone using the tools that the let you borrow but I got really lucky. A rep named Danny P. went above and beyond to help me. The battery was in a tough position but he got it done, using his own personal tools. Thanks Danny! I really appreciate it!

I always visit this place since it's close to where I live, it's for the only reason I don't go elsewhere (although I'm thinking about it), because the attention is lousy from the young people who sell in the store. They have no education or to say good morning or good afternoon. I think they should see very well those who hire to serve the public. For me, one star is still a lot. thank you.

the workers there are great super friendly. marlon changed my battery really fast he was super polite and respectful. i honestly haven t seen anybody change a battery that fast. they have great customer service

I came to get my battery checked because my car was acting up and the employee Marlon helped me out with absolutely everything I could ve needed, he checked it, it was bad so we came inside and he showed me all the options and I chose the duralast gold option which has a 3 year warranty and he even told me about this grease that protects your battery terminals and we went out and he changed it instantly! He knew exactly what he was doing and I even gave him a 20$ tip for his kindness.

Pablo helped me this afternoon. When i walked up to his register i let him know my engine light was on and he asked me if the car had gas and i said yes and then asked if i closed the gasket right and i said yes and he said ok lets take a look. We walked out to my car and i was on the phone (not talking) and then i started telling my boyfriend on the phone hey im gonna call you afterward, theyre looking at my car now. Where Pablo then says to me oh if you want, you can be on the phone and i can come back when youre done so i ended the call and felt really weird because the whole process of him checking my engine light with the device- we exchanged 0 words there was never any need for me to get off my phone but i have courtesy. We then walk inside the store, doesnt hold the door open for me which was whatever, he hooks up his device to his computer and says he ll print out what its saying and then does so. He hands me the paper and theres complete and awkward silence. Doesnt explain to me whats wrong with my car or what parts i need.. nothing. I just said ok ill show this to my mechanic thank you and he said nothing so i just walked away. Very very strange interaction with Pablo I dont know if hes someone you should keep around because he was not helpful whatsoever and made me very uncomfortable. For sure he did his job and i guess helped me but he did it in the most bare minimum way possible haha. Ive never had an experience like this before at this location? Maybe its because Pablo is an older man but typically the young men that help me actually do and are extremely polite and nice and patient in explaining whats wrong with my car.

Closed the door in my face 5 minutes before closing time of the store . Little kid with a mustache inside looked at me and was super rude and shut the door in my face and told me I couldn t go in. I asked him please that it shouldn t take more then 60 seconds to buy the part if not I have to pay $500 for roadside assistance . And he said he didn t care he was trying to leave work early. Super bad customer service. They don t care about you. He has to put his personal problems aside when he s working at a store. 1 star for service

I went into autozone today to change my wiper blades, Jerson helped me install them while it was still raining. I would recommend anyone to ask for him. He was very kind. Excellent service.
