Cedric the assistant manager is awesome. I come in upsets and he still gives me amazing service and always has a lot of patience. Being a woman and not knowing about cars is frustrating but he never fails me. I drive all the way to this location because of the superior service he always provides me. Very friendly and always smiling. We need more people like him in the world.

Came into auto zone today and needed some help with a battery for my car. The gentleman Cedric was awesome and very knowledgeable. Just visit this auto zone on 54th st and 7ave they have amazing customer service I don t know much about cars but once I came into the store Ced was able to help me right away I told him everything I felt like I needed to tell him and he just knew right away what to get for me so if he reads this thank you so much

I was help by the assistance manager Cedrice at the 7th Ave and 54th st. And when I come there he so helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to help. I had an issue with my tire and again he help out. I offered to tip him but he was like this my job to help the customer. If I can give him 10 Stars I would.
