Excellent customer service, all the people were friendly. Jackie helped me a lot, I had to replace all the down part of my car and was going to cost me a lot, but she assisted me with the claim from my policy and I ended paying a few hundreds. The work was excellent and very fast, even tho I didn t had an appointment for that day, I was able to get a quick service with a high quality. I suggest to everybody this location they know how to assist you with all your needs.

HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE , HORRIBLE . I bought my alpha Romeo stelvio from this dealer not even a month and 2 weeks from owning it I bring it in for service. After waiting an hour at the service department they come back and tell me they don t have the oil filter to come back tommorow. So I do so and I leave . I drove about 10 miles north of the dealer all to find out they FORGOT TO PUT MY OIL CAP BACK ON ! Mind you my car didn t even get serviced because they didn t have the oil filter SO WHY REMOVE THE OIL CAP !! Now me engine bay is filthy and full of OIL everywhere your eyes can see ! My motor is most likely blown ! HORRIBLE MECHANICS IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT

Went in for an oil change and the experience was great from start to finish! Shirley greeted me and got the service manager, Jorge to get things going with my car. The car was done within an hour because I had an appointment and the car was cleaner because they gave it a wash. I ll definitely head back here for my service.

Great service on my last visit. Service representive was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. To my surprise the service was performed quick, even though I didn t have an appointment. Even though the website states no appointment needed, I tried to make one, but it appeared the website had a glitched because I couldn t do it. I tried to do it in my phone, computer, different browsers, but no luck. The lady checking me in, stated that since I didn t have an appointment the wait time could be longer. She mentioned they only had 2 mechanics, because the other ones were on vacation. I got there around 8:30am and I believe I was the 3rd car in line. I told her the website wasn t working and also that it cleary stated no appointment required and she gave me a look like I was wrong. I told her that the website had many time slots available and that s why I decided to risk my visit with no appointment. The reason I m saying risk my visit is because one time I got denied service for that. I had to go back home and make an appointment, but I decided to go this time because the website clearly says no appointment required.

We have to thank Brandon Sanchez and Tommy Sardina at Autonation Nissan for their outstanding service. We were looking for a car for our daughter s birthday and they listened to what we needed and made it happen! They were helpful and made the process stress-free. This has been the best vehicle purchase experience I have ever had - having bought numerous vehicles in my time. Loved the casual atmosphere and the "no-hassle" environment. There were no surprises, at any point of the transaction! I was treated with respect and as a valued potential customer. When it came to financing, it has been my best experience ever! No additional pressure sales nor hiding surprises!

Willing to sell/lease you a car but when it comes to customer service when the car is due back they are horrible. I turned in my car on the day it was due and 3 months later I received a call saying it was never turned in. Then I received a bill in the mail for $1700. I spent hours on the phone between finance and the dealer both trying to straighten out the situation. On hold forever with finance and no call back from the sales manager at Nissan. I will never frequent this location nor will I ever purchase another Nissan.

Honestly, we take our Nissan to this location b/c it's close to our house, but Jackie is outstanding so now we take it here b/c she's the best! Friendly, keeps things moving, and always takes into account that going to a mechanic can be stressful with runaway costs; she takes care with how she helps a customer feel. These folks never pull anything over on us, and even find us bundles and discounts where they can. They are fair and transparent.

Hector Carrera in sales is a true professional who finds the right vehicle and deal to fit my needs! My family and I have been doing business with AutoNation Nissan Miami for decades, highly recommend! My wife is very happy with her new Nissan Kicks SR, we were thinking used vehicle but Hector Carrera found us the right new vehicle, with the help of Jhony Crespo in finance who also found the right financing to make it possible. Thanks again AutoNation Nissan Miami! Highly recommended! NEW POST 10/22/2023 On another visit I ran into a warranty problem, Service manager Benji Taylor personally assisted me in resolving the issue and acquiring a loaner vehicle which is a big plus! With the help of service advisor George my vehicle was quickly and professionally fixed, he kept me informed of the progress and immediately called me that it was ready! Sometimes when you have a problem is when you truly find out just how great a service team can be, I personally want to thank Mr Taylor and service advisor George for the great service they provided for me!

My car needed a transmission replacement and I had issues with my insurance company which took over 2 weeks to solve. Normally they charge you for parking if you do not agree to get your car fixed but Jorge was very empathetic and understanding of my situation and did not make me pay those fees. I did not face any issues throughout the whole process. Seems like a reliable auto shop.

Hector is amazing here! I had a horrible experience buying a car my first day in Miami with other dealerships. He saved me from that nightmare. Thanks again to him and the finance team for educating me, letting me make decisions for myself, and not forcing me to do anything or trying to sell me things I didn t want. Searched online for a car at what seemed like a decent price. Called the dealer to check its availability, after waiting for 10 min in the line they confirmed it was. Took an Uber to see the car, intending to purchase it if satisfactory. However, upon arrival, the dealer requested all my personal information before showing me the car. After waiting for about 20 minutes, they informed me that the car's bumper was being changed due to a scratch, and I wouldn't be able to see it that day. They also asked for a deposit without allowing me to inspect the used car first. I expressed my interest in the car but refused to put down any money until I'd had the chance to assess it. Despite calling on Monday and Tuesday, they repeatedly claimed the car was not ready. Finally, when they did respond, they simply said the car had been "SOLD." It was disappointing to encounter dealers who employed such tactics, wasting people's time with bad deals or even non-existent cars. Shame on these dealers for their dishonest practices.

Made an appt for 10am for oil change and tire rotation arrived early. Told to sit and wait to be checked in, 10 mins after my appt time I go back and told the same thing. Finally fully checked in around 10:30. Told about an hour and half wait. By 11:50am sat and watched multiple cars be pulled back for service before mine but in after me then told mine should be done soon, while I m standing in front of it still never even moved from the check in. Another advisor said that things work on a que and that s why others are being pulled back before me. How someone coming in 2 hours after me get qued in before is even more astonishing. It goes back a few mins later and takes over another hour to be completed. Was given a discount for the wait that equated to $15 pick my truck up outside and parked the opposite way of how they did everyone else s, so the door doesn t open and driven through food in the driveway.On a good note customer waiting area was clean. Snacks and drinks available to purchase. Free coffee options but no water outside of purchasing.

I was absolutely hating looking for a car until I found this garage and Ricardo.All the previous garages I had been to, the sales people were pushy, untrustworthy or uninterested. Ricardo was incredible. He is a great guy, was very helpful whilst never being pushy and you could tell he was trustworthy. His manager Enrique also made the effort to come over and check on me multiple times.I ended buying a pre-owned Nissan Rogue and it has been fantastic. Highly recommended

It took over THREE HOURS for an oil change and tire rotation! Tire rotation wasn t even completed even though they told me it was. I marked my tires and when I got my car back the first time my tires were all in the same spot!!! Unfortunately I have to continue going here for service because I bought a service plan when I purchased my car otherwise I would never come back.

Personnel at the counter, manager on duty and shop mechanics were all very courteous. A shop mechanic even drove the car with me to assess issue and everything was taken care expeditiously. kudos to the team!

I went there for an airbag recall. I also had a couple of warning lights to check out. They called me while I was driving and gave me a quote. I agreed, but should have had them email the estimate. They had several items that were not needed. Some examples are windshield wipers (only about a month old), brakes (I declined as they were replaced less then 20,000 miles ago) transmission ( it was completely rebuilt about 10,000 miles ago), power steering service (it was serviced less than 10,00 miles ago. The total of $5,055. They did reduce it to $4,400.This is why most people do not use dealerships for service after the vehicle is out of warranty.

Every time i have gone over to have my car maintenance done I have expressed issues with my key fob that are consistently never addressed. This past visit really has me concerned with how well the agents are assisting when clients are coming to drop off their cars for maintenance. I had once again expressed concerns on recently having to get a new battery over the weekend and now had a key system error. I was told there was going to be a diagnostic ran and i will be told about next steps. No steps were mentioned then my car was completed and washed. But to my surprise nothing about my key error was on the sheet. I was never inquired about needing to stay longer to repair what was needed on my car, instead only my maintenance was done, i received a list recommended services and told that I would need to come back to have a better deal for the list of services and handed a business card. This in all honesty felt rushed and i didnt feel listened to about my concerned with my car. Later that week i called another nissan (not this location) about the concerned and was told another diagnostic was needed and i told them i had already received one i just needed this key system error fixed. Because i was not able to open my fuel door at all and had to go a mechanic who fixed my issues. While I usually don t have any issues that are concerning while doing my maintenance here, i am considering switching vehicle companies because it seems clients are not being heard.

Eddie Mayorga helped us through the car buying process. He was incredibly patient as we worked our way through the various choices of colors and seating configurations. I think he even pulled three cars from the off-site storage lot for us see. Ultimately, we joined Eddie on a field trip to the off-site storage lot and found the winner. Eddie was very professional and personable and had excellent knowledge of the vehicle. I think AutoNation presented a fair price and readily agreed to remove the unwanted dealer added options. I shopped at other non-AutoNation dealerships and had to listen to their b.s. about LoJack and the interior fabric protection plan. It was entertaining to watch them go through the routine when they tell you that those items are already installed so they can't take it off the price...until you stand-up to leave and then you hear "lemme see what I can do..." The only thing I did not care for at AutoNation Nissan was the inclusion of the wheel locks for $299. Why? Because you can litteraly buy them at Home Depot for $25. To AutoNation's credit that "option" was removed from the pricing and the wheel locks were still provided. All told, I was happy with my buying experience. I was happy with the professionalism of all of the people I interacted with and would have no objection to being a returning customer.

I went first time but, unfortunately, my experience wasn't pleasant when I arrived. There were like 5 or 6 men at the entrance, but instead of walking towards me saying "Good morning," offering help. They just stayed there talking in between them, like if I was no oneAfter all, I had to go and ask them to take my car for the appointment. At the beginning, they wanted to send me back to the dealership in Doral, which, of course, has been way better on the matter of customer service experience. First and last time I will go there! What a shame

Pros: they put air in my tire, fixed a missing spring in the door to my gas cap, both free of charge, when I was there to get an open recall resolvedCons: when I made the appointment I was told I didn't qualify for a loaner vehicle because the recall repair would take half a day. I dropped the car off early Friday morning and was told it wouldn't be available until Monday (so actually up to a 3 day repair) and that they didn't have any cars left to loan out. They called me 45 minutes after opening on Monday to tell me my car was ready which was....frustrating, because if I had just gotten a call on Saturday I wouldn't have needed to pay $30 for an Uber from work to pick up my car. About 3 minutes from the dealership after picking up my car, I saw that they had scratched the hell out of my driver's side bumper. They didn't let me know and didn't appear to even attempt to smooth over the scratch.Overall, not super happy with the experience, but I didn't bother to call about the scratch because I just wanted my car back.

Absolutely impeccable customer service provided by the AutoNation Nissan dealership team! This was one of the best experiences I ve ever had at a dealership. From the moment I walked in to the moment I drove my new Nissan Rogue sport off the property I felt completely comfortable and relaxed. That is no doubt thanks to the amazing customer service I received. The staff made sure to answer any questions I had and helped me feel comfortable as a first time car buyer! I am so unbelievably happy with my new car and could not recommend this dealership enough!
