This dealer was the best Ford dealer in the area. Victor and Jose went out of their way to assure I purchased the vehicle that we needed. 10 stars to these 2 gentlemen for making this happen. I left my car with them to diagnose an issue I was having with the transmission. They were able to identify the issue request the part and get it back to me in a timely manner. They made sure my rental car was extended when needed and when the car was returned to me it was clean and working as it should. Overall I m very happy with the service. Luis and Eddy in service department are great and go above and beyond for the customer.

Andres is a great agent to work with, he understood what I was looking for and worked from the initial contact until the completion of the purchase, not rush to buy and all the paperwork was done fairly quickly.The location is under renovation so is a little confusing to get there.. Otherwise it would be a 5-star review.Highly recommend this location if you are looking for a vehicle.

Omg where do I start. From the moment I walked into the dealer I was treated with gentle care by the amazing sales representative Manny. The moment I set down he ensured me that YOU ARE LEAVING HER WITH YOUR CAR he instilled so much hope and man was he right! Then the amazing finance Manager Arthur did phenomenal with ensuring I got that best deal and he treated my deal like it was his own . This dynamic duo worked seamlessly together. Oh might I add they made sure I drove off with our new car with a full tank of gas and he even drove me to my bank to get my down payment. What sales reps do that? I never seen it! Manny even came out and met my family of 10 and he made sure he took his time to showing my husband the car we have just been approved for! Man God had his hand on the whole deal and placed the right people to get the job done! Thank you so much Manny and Arthur you all are a blessing and it helps that you all are super supportive and honest! Keep up the excellent job! Give these men a bonus and raise! They deserve it! Got my first oil change at this location. I am happy I went. Even though I was there for over three hours which was long. I did get two other things done to my baby. Thank you so much to the staff there. My favorite is Christopher G. I only go there and talk to him. He is friendly, kind and a great person. This man needs a raise. Y all have someone good who cares. Keep him and treat him this way at all times. This makes your business successful. It s the people there. See you again soon Christopher G. Richard was an amazing salesman, he knows the vehicle very well and was able to explain everything thoroughly. I was amazed by his knowedge and experience being that he has only been doing this for 1 year. He made my experience very comfortable, never pushy. Terry the finance manager was also extremely pleasant, he as well was not pushy but did explain all of our options thoroughly.

I was amazed of the extra mile my service provider extended to me. From handling such a complex job and delivering 2 days before promised date. Regardless, this was A vehicle I lease to own. After the three years of the lease expiration, I purchased it, as I done it prior this buy. This vehicle has a dent, which repair were not added it during the deal transaction. That would had been A+ Auto-deal, but they didn't; which makes me think, consumer satisfaction is not the priority of this dealership, money is. As a result, sales reports must be demonstrating the gap.

Once again, we re being asked by Auto Nation Ford to write a review of our experience buying a brand new Ford car from them back in October of 2023. We already wrote a while back but there has been some development since. So back in October 2023 we purchased a brand new 2023 Ford Escape. We drove it for approximately 2 weeks. It gave us a fault indication. It went in the shop early nov 2023. It stayed there until Jan 2024 . We got it back and it lasted 2 days until it gave us the same indication going back to the shop January 8 2024. It has been in the shop ever since. We had to get a lawyer to apply the lemon law. After much back and forth we finally got Ford to accept their fault and settle on a buy back amount on March 6, 2024. However, here we are. It is March 25 and even though the amount has been settled we re still on the rental car they have provided and still no check has been issued after trying thru the lawyers to get a closing to this ordeal. We need to get this past us so we can move ahead and get a car. It has been total inconvenience after inconvenience. The manager to the dealership has never reached out to us but has asked us to call him instead. We tried that leaving messages to no avail. There is no such a thing as customer service when it comes to Auto Nation Ford. So if you re buying a car looking for good customer service then you better move on to your next choice. Very very sad that such a big company has no regards to its customers. I hope they decide to promptly settle our case so we can move forward to a better experience somewhere else.Sincerely yoursGustavo M Rivera

I brought a car from them September 2023 when I went to go take a look at the car. I noticed that the fender on the driver side was cracked I asked the sales rep Xavier how did this happen? He said he didn t know but we could order the part and fix it so I said okay it is now March 6, 2024 and I ve been calling reaching out no response I even talk with Julio. Julio said he will get back with never got back with me

On October 15 of the current year I purchased a brand new 2023 Ford Escape from your dealer. The purchasing process went very well. I gave the dealership a positive review back then since I had no idea of what was to come. On November 6 the car gave me a fault indication and instructed us to bring in the car for service immediately. So we did. And since that day the car has been in service. That is over 6 weeks already. The service personnel told me that the part was not available and it would be on back order. It s December the 20th. We still have no car and the only message we have gotten from the service department is that they are still awaiting for the part. We no longer want this car. It is the worse service I have experienced from a dealership. We have gone twice to try to speak to the manager. And he is not available. I have spoken to the salesman and he told me the best thing would be to apply for the lemon law. Really? This is the best advice you can give your customers? Your service has been nothing but horrible. I want a replacement car and to be credited for my inconvenience of not having the car I purchased now for over a month and a half. I haven t been able to use my jobs parking lot since the sticker is in the car. It just has been total inconvenience after inconvenience. I highly suggest people think twice about purchasing a car from your establishment.

Left my f350 here for differential work. I was told by Frandy, my adviser, that the vehicle would be ready in 3 weeks. 2 months later, the can t do the differential in timely manner. Poor communication, you might wait for the response for days. Uneducated stuff apparently, they only have 1 tech capable of working on differentials. It s not a rocket science, to have my car there for 2 months to get 15 gears out and put them back in. The truck is new, poor quality. It s still under warranty. Differential broke after 35k miles. Requested to talk to the manger, no response. Overall I would not come here and leave my car to do any repairs. I am not even talking about lies when it is suppose to be ready, no responses, not even looking at the car for the first 3 weeks until I called several times to push them to do their job. Not recommended and would be avoided in the future. Feedback would also be left with the corp office and regional s manger.

I found a used Chevy Traverse on Autonation Ford Miami s website that I decided to buy for my wife. Against my better judgment I decided to purchase the vehicle outright online since the finance manager Terry Thompson said he would cover the cost of shipping the car to a dealership in Jacksonville (where I live). After wiring the full purchase price of the car they overnighted the paperwork to the dealership in Jax for me to sign. Ended up being a few days later that the paperwork actually arrived. After speaking with Terry Thompson on the phone about when the car would be delivered he told me I had to sign the paperwork immediately because he had to have the paperwork back in Miami before the car could be released to me. Dealership in Jax advised me to not bother coming in to sign the paperwork until I had a chance to see and test drive the car. Couple days go by and still no car in Jacksonville, Terry told me that the car was on the way and he d get and expected delivery date for me. He then stopped answering my calls and never got me a delivery date. After that I texted the salesman that if I didn t receive proof that the car had shipped I would fill a police report for fraud to get my money returned. He sends me a shipping invoice with a pick up date and a delivery date. This was after Terry said the car was already on the way, which was a lie because the car had not been picked up yet and was still at their dealership. I finally received a call from the Autonation Ford Jacksonville dealership telling me my car was just delivered. Immediately drove there to inspect the car. As soon as the door was opened the overwhelming odor of marijuana hit me. Car was dirty and in no way was it acceptable. I immediately called the salesman in Miami who put me on the phone with the used car sales manager Julio Roman. When I explained to him the condition of the car and that I did not want the car, he immediately began yelling at me telling me I was a liar and that the car had been deodorized and detailed. When I told him that it was in no way an acceptable car for me to purchase he kept yelling at me that there was nothing wrong with the car and that it was mine because I already paid for it. This is when I realized why they wanted me to go sign the paperwork before the car was delivered so they could get me on the 5 day/250 mile return policy. When I told him that I never signed for the car and that i had not taken ownership of it he just kept yelling that it was my problem. What he didn t know was I put him on speakerphone and stood with the Manager of the Jacksonville dealership who told me to just hang up on him and he would get me my money back.I ended ip purchasing a car from the Jacksonville dealership who was able to go in and take the money I wired to Miami out of their account so I could use it as a down payment. The level of disrespect and lies from Julio Roman and Terry Thompson should be grounds for termination. I would never let anyone I know or don t know purchase a car from the Autonation Ford in Miami as long as either of them are working there. They are an absolute disgrace to the sales profession!!

It's frustrating to paid for a service and the insurance didn't cover it. Read very well the specifics of the coverage and inquire before you sign and purchase a vehicle.t's important to have a clear understanding of auto nation policies becuase later on they not comply.

Zero stars. Dropped off my truck on a Saturday. Called everyday and never was able to reach service writer and every time I asked for manager. They said no one was available and someone would contact me. Never heard from anyone. Finally showed up on Friday (6 days after) to pick up my truck and they said they were working on it. ALL LIES. They didn t do anything to my truck even though they said they adjusted it and aligned it. Went I went to pay. They said they would settle with me when I brought truck back. That told me they never looked at it. I took my truck elsewhere and had it serviced. NEVER AGAIN. it s a shame since I purchased my truck there in 2004, and always had it serviced there (spent thousands ) I guess they Don t need the work. Unfortunately that s how service now a days is. I m in the market to purchase a new truck. I guess I ll never go to Auto Nation.

Auto Nation Ford Miami went out of their way to help me get my truck current on the 40,000 mi tune up. Orlando and Luis got me a great deal on new tires too. They had me back on the road in the afternoon. I m very thankful.
